I’m so pleased with my beautiful wooden shutters, Adrian fitted to my very deep, wide windows. We agreed on a budget and schedule and both were adhered to. Adrian is a very good communicator and never failed to answer or return my calls. We had a small glitch with some edging strips, which Adrian rectified promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Adrian visited and showed us various plantation blind options. We selected the perfect fit, meaning we could open the windows with the blinds in situ. The blinds were made to order and ready to install earlier than expected. With the perfect fit, our two bay windows had their new blinds within less than an hour. Adrian is friendly, knowledgeable about his trade and was a delight to have in our home. Although plantation blinds aren’t cheap I feel they are value for money. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family. Thanks Adrian for making our home look lovely.

Absolutely delighted with the service provided by Adrian, friendly and professional. Lots of choice of blind styles and colours to choose from. Waiting time wasn’t too long, really happy with the other fitter Bailey, courteous and polite and left the house tidy after the work was done. Would 100% recommend.

I don’t like giving bad reviews but I feel this company needs to be warned about. I went to this company as it’s on trusted traders and had great reviews the guy seemed really nice and was very quick to come out and quote for my loft blinds ( first flag was he had sacked his fitter so maybe him or a new fitter was fitting them) . I purchased these in November and when the 4 week mark hit I was chasing him as haven’t heard anything and he made an excuse that his work colleges car had been broken into and the phones were stolen so the order wasn’t placed. Gave him the benefit of the doubt as it was Christmas and a busy time for a lot of businesses and said he would put it through that day I rung and they would be ready at the start of January and he would keep me in the loop regardless. January has come and again heard nothing so had to chase him again only to be given another excuse that he sacked his receptionist and her laptop has been wiped and the order still hasn’t been placed. I asked for a refund as I thought this is a joke now and he said he would call me back within the hour and I had nothing back and is now ignoring my calls. Absolute waste of my time and money DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY CASH thankfully I was covered by my bank. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!

We had a large and tricky recessed bay window in our lounge to fill with plantation shutters as well as a kitchen blind. Adrian was great with expert advice and suggestions. We agreed a way forward and a price which was significantly more competitive than the other 2 quotes we had. After a reasonable wait, the fitter arrived on time today and after a good morning's work they were expertly installed by an extremely polite and professional fitter. The shutters and blinds look fantastic and fit perfectly so we are delighted with Blind Spot and would heartily recommend them.

I had shutters fitted to my bathroom windows. The initial appointment to discuss my options was on time and Adrian was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to offer several options. A Price was agreed and I was happy with the price. I was told it would take up to 12 weeks to have them fitted, I was happy with that and they were fitted before this time so all good. After the fitting, we noticed a slight flaw in the shutters. Adrian came straight back and agreed with me. He reordered new shutters with absolutely no quibble or problem. New shutters were fitted yesterday and we are very happy with them. Adrian is a lovely and friendly person to do business with and I would highly recommend.

Great service from start to finish. Adrian brought lots of samples and took the time to listen to what we wanted and what look we wanted to achieve. I have used this company for all my window dressing, roller blinds, Ventolin and vertical. Have always had a reliable and good quality service. Would highly recommend

Had 3 different blinds fitted today by Adrian. They are absolutely fabulous. What a difference a kitchen blind makes to finish a kitchen off. Had a new set of perfect fit blackout blinds fitted to my French doors. And a day night in our en-suite . The whole service was brilliant . Great advice on what would suit colours etc .would 100% recommend Adrian at Blindspot.

Adrian from The Blind Spot provided a great service - he arrived on time, he explained and discussed options to achieve a good blackout blind for my two (unusual) Sunlux loft windows which had to be made to measure, there was no pressure to order straightaway, he was cheerful (despite having to work in a very hot south-facing loft!) and friendly. When he fitted them he even bothered to paint the screwheads to ensure they blended in. He was very neat and tidy. A lovely tradesman and really knowledgeable about blinds. I'm delighted with the blinds.
