The Blinds and Shutter Company is a family business with calls handled by Charlotte & Carole (Mum), quotes handled by Gary (Dad) and Drew. With installations handled by Zac. (Son-in-law) and Max (Zac's brother) and Tom (daughters partner)

Gary previously worked for Hunter Douglas for 10 years where he ran two nationwide blinds, shutter and awnings companies on their behalf.

The Blinds and Shutter Company provided a superb customer service experience at every stage of the process from quote to installation. It was evident from the onset that I was dealing with a very professional company. Drew arrived promptly to measure numerous windows in the kitchen and utility for blinds. He provided useful advice and answered my questions clearly and concisely. A quote was also provided on site. Charlotte was also excellent to deal with, responding to phone calls within minutes. The blinds were installed last week by Tom and we could not be more pleased with them. He was professional, extremely pleasant and a pleasure to have in the house. They are excellent quality and look superb. To summarise, I can't recommend The Blinds and Shutter company highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any future work.

The blinds and Shutter Company have done a fantastic job of fitting shutters throughout my five bedroom home - so quite a large job! From start to finish they have been very professional and the team are all lovely people. Charlotte took my initial enquiry and dealt with admin. Drew came out to show me the product and to measure my doors and windows. Zac and Max came to fit the shutters on 16th June 2023 and did a fantastic job. They were very professional; worked very hard as there was a lot to fit. They were a pleasure to have in my home. I would highly recommend this company, their staff and their product - which is good value for money. Shutters create such a lovely ambience and enhance kerb appeal of any property. I would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking about having shutters in their home.

Just to say we are so pleased with our new curtains and Roman blind fitted by the blinds and shutter company. The room has been transformed. The quality of the materials are excellent. Tom the fitter came, once they were fitted he took all of the rubbish away, no mess whatsoever. Would highly recommend. Thanks very much

The minute I saw my new blinds I knew I had gone to the right place for them. The fitting is perfect Zac and co have done an amazing job. My daughter had her whole house done last year and every time I went I loved them. The Blinds and Shutter company were very professional from my first phone call to having them fitted. From the minute they came they never stopped even for a drink. They took all the rubbish away and didn’t leave any mess at all, such nice lads who are a credit to the company. I love all my blinds but especially my bay window. Thank you.

I cannot recommend this company enough. We have recently had both a blind and 2 shutters fitted by them. From the start they have done everything they said they would. The surveyor was not pushy, the fitters were friendly, super quick and professional and even the office contact Charlotte was super helpful, called when she said she would and sorted all transactions quickly and efficiently. The blinds and shutters look fabulous and are great quality. We will definitely be using again.

The sales process was easy and not “pushy”, the quote was competitive and it was great to be offered a finance option for 50% of the total price. We are thrilled with the shutters that have been installed - they fit perfectly to our slightly unusual windows and the quality is fantastic. Highly recommend this trader!
