Brilliant!! The boiler is very advanced and even adjusts to outside temperatures. Matt did a very good job, he is reliable, hardworking and efficient. The work was completed to a high standard, he was clean and tidy. A very pleasant person, would certainly recommend him, in fact he's going to install a new shower soon.

Looked at our old system and suggested several options to sort it out. Opted for new boiler with several new radiators and flush to old system including underfloor system. Can't fault the installation. Everything completed on time with minimal fuss and no mess. highly recommended.

I got four estimates for a replacement combi-boiler. Matt was the only one who showed me his Gas safety card. He explained everything about Atag boilers and understood some of my concerns. When he sent me the estimate he left me alone to make up my mind. (Others rang or did not sent estimate). When he and Dan came to fit the boiler they came on time and worked straight through until the job was done which included putting a new radiator in the bathroom. They put covering on the stairs and landing to keep the carpet clean. They cleaned up and then explained how the boiler worked. A week later Matt texted to see if everything was working ok. I was very impressed and have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

Our old boiler was in need of replacing so we contacted Mat after thoroughly researching his company on line. Mat came to see us the next day and a thorough survey of our needs was carried out. We were given a choice of boilers, there was no pressure to choose a particular boiler or to make a decision straight away but once we made a choice a detailed estimate was sent the same day. The installation was carried out professionally and efficiently to a very high standard. We cannot recommend this company enough, Mat and Dan provide a first rate service.

I asked Matt about replacing radiators that were inefficient and he suggested flushing the old ones and adding a filter. I was very impressed by his professional attitude to the job. The rads are now so hot and I was impressed by just how much rubbish he extracted. I am looking forward to colder days and nights in the knowledge that I'll be warm and snug.

I originally asked this gentleman to service my boiler last year and he pointed out that my boiler was installed incorrectly. I had a Gas Safety inspection which found several things wrong with my installation. The original installation company fixed everything and I was delighted to have Matt do my service yesterday. He was very good, Covid aware and professional. I recommend him highly.

We had been using a company for many years who's prices went up and workmanship went down. So when someone put me in touch with Matt at The Boiler Replacement Company it was a breath of fresh air. He come round the next day and recommended a new Valiant, he gave a full accurate price for the installation and said he could do the job two days later. He turned up bang on time (a first for most plumbers) the house was sheeted up and the work commenced all the work was carry out to a very good standard, and the house was left spotless. This was the second occassion I have called on Matt. Again he was very responsive and promptly got a colleague to find the fault. Next day at 8 am Matt came to replace rge faulty valve. The work was done efficiently, quickly and with minimum fuss. ccommunication was easy and as before Matt accomodated our reduced mobility and respected social distancing. Dealing with tt I have confidence the job is done well.

I chose The Boiler Replacement Company as they are a Which? Trusted Trader. Mat was very professional giving sound advice before providing a detailed quotation. On the day the installation took place the work was carried out efficiently and tidily. It then became evident that there was a fault with the system that had nothing to do with the boiler and yet Mat gave advice and help in resolving this issue which was not part of the original brief. I am unlikely to replace a boiler again but would not hesitate to use Mat again or recommend others to do so.

Mat Baker is a first class workman. He is professional, courteous and takes pride in his work. He did a plumbing job for me this time, and it was done properly, and there was no mess to clear up. I have used him in the past and he has always been helpful, does not overcharge and the work is always up to a high standard. I highly recommend this company. Our boiler was condemned last week, and the insurance company were going to take too long. Matt popped in the same day, advised and quoted us for a replacement boiler, and then pulled strings to fit us in two days later. He and Dan were both superstars as we'd been without heating and proper hot water for a week already, and it was so cold outside but even colder indoors! I had my boiler replaced by mat and Dan . Great service from start to finish . Lots of advice given on products etc .Appointment date given and kept , early start , very tidy and professional job done . They take great care working in your home and mat gives clear instructions on use etc before leaving . All certificates and guarantees emailed straight away . Cant fault this company at all .

Being in my 90's I was a little apprehensive about a new boiler. However Mat & Dan arrived on time with covering for carpets and floors, then straightaway into action. Afterwards everything was put back in place and left clean and tidy. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.

Today was the fourth consecutive boiler service since Essex Boiler Replacement, Mat Baker, installed the new boiler in March 2020. As usual Mat was punctual, very professional and efficient as well as being very amiable and pleasant to deal with. I feel I was very lucky to have found Matthew Baker of The Boiler Replacement Company (Essex) Limited as a boiler engineer. I found him about 10 days ago by chance through online research. The following day he visited my house to check my boiler, which was very old and showing some signs of defects. He explained his thoughts in a way that clearly indicated his expertise. In fact, I had already concluded that it was time I replaced the boiler. My feeling of confidence in him was such that I had no hesitation in choosing him as the boiler engineer to replace the boiler for me. I thought his pricing was reasonable. About a week later he replaced my boiler with a new one of the same brand. The whole process (from selecting a new boiler and the boiler system control, to the boiler replacement work and the post-installation guarantee registration work) was extremely smooth and demonstrated such a high level of professionalism (including customer care) on his part. I don't feel I could have asked for better service from a boiler engineer.
