Paul & Jordan have just finished fitting my Shutters. They had done a fantastic job, and they were very professional, tidy & very helpful. I had blinds fitted in my kitchen extension, which were fitted fist, they were so helpful in advising what fabrics and patterns would be best. I would 100% recommend them, they are a family run company and give a very professional and value for money service.

We contacted Carolina Blinds for an estimate and Paul and Jordon visited the next day and were very helpful and informative about what would work in our kitchen/diner. Having agreed what was needed we were told it would take two weeks, yet only 10 day later Paul rang to arrange fitting which was done the next working day. Paul and Jordon arrived on time and spent the morning fitting the blinds and did a great job, despite challenges with one of our window openings being not quite square. Once done Paul explained the maintenance and cleaning and they both cleaned away all there packaging and debris. Overall a very friendly and efficient service.

We had 3 blinds fitted aligned to pairs of French and bi-fold doors. No fuss, professional service with effective communication at all stages from initial enquiry to measuring up, choosing material, fitting and payments. Would definitely recommend this company

We had Carolina in recently for shutters in our whole house. It’s been a few weeks now and we absolutely love them. They are amazing quality and look perfect. Paul and Jordan fitted our shutters in our living room (flat shutters), office (bay shutters) and roman blinds in our kitchen and we are so pleased they did. From the moment they provided us with a quote, their customer service, communication and professionalism was excellent - keeping us informed and up-to date with how things we progressing. Paul's attention to detail is excellent too. We had an issue with how one of the blinds was hanging (due to the blind manufacture), however Paul brought this to our attention and replaced the blind immediately - no questions asked. We couldn't ask for anything more. If you're considering getting shutters or blinds then I would recommend that you ask Carolina Blinds to provide you with a quote. We would certainly use them again.

Paul and Jordan were highly recommended to us by a number of people and were quickly able to come and give us a very reasonable quote. There was a delay with our order but they came and fitted the parts that did arrive as soon as they could. Once the rest of our order arrived they fitted us in straight away to compensate for the delay which was much appreciated. The guys fitted blinds to the whole of my house, having taken measurements 3 weeks ago. They have done an excellent job. The blinds are good quality and have been fitted quickly and easily. Paul fitted all the blinds in our last house and our new house too. What amazed me is the excellent service provided when we had an issue (with a very large, complicated blind after 8 years). It was a total error on my part but Paul came over swiftly and didn’t make me feel as awful as he should have!! I always find this company offers good products at very competitive prices and there’s an honest approach to sales. I don’t normally write reviews but I’ve had such great service over ten years now that it felt very deserved.
