We needed three new external doors. Having never bought doors in the past they were really very helpful in guiding us through the process. The quote (not the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive) matched the final invoice and the actual installation was exemplary. From start to finish it was a very comfortable experience and the communication, indeed all contacts, were prompt and fuss free. We would have no concerns (in fact we would) recommending them to anyone.

From the initial discussion about my requirements for a new front door to the finished job, I can’t fault this company at all. Everybody was very polite and friendly. The door was fitted speedily and everything was left neat and tidy. The fitter patiently explained how the lock worked and when there was a slight problem with the lock, he came back immediately to put it right. It was a fair price and I’m very happy.

We have had triple glazing and a new front door installed by the Door and Window Centre. The quote was very competitive and there was no push by their representative to do more than we asked for. The windows and doors are high quality, the installation was expertly done and they left the house clean and tidy after the work was finished. The noise insulation with the triple gazed windows is amazing and has improved the quality of our life. The staff of the company are very good with their communication and keep you well informed and are helpful. I am very pleased to say we would highly recommend using this company. *If you have not changed your locks for a few years make sure you understand how to get more keys cut as it cannot be done at the local key cutters.

Our new front door was installed on 26 May 2026 & it looks great. Very happy with the quality & style including all the fitting. Just what we wanted. Matt at the Swanley showroom was very helpful o & obviously knows his job well. Mark & Scott installed the door & side panel with fittings & left it looking clean & well presented. We had all our windows & back door done. They were really friendly & patient as we changed the design several times before finalising the contract. The fitters were great respectful of our home, clean, tidy & a cheerful bunch. One window had a manufacturing scratch which they changed without question. I cannot recommend The Door & Window Centre highly enough. Following a recent break-in, Matt was quick to help replace our back door and window. They measured, sent proposed designs and quote, and fitted them perfectly, with no touch-ups to paintwork needed and all debris cleared away. The door and window are excellent quality, with high security materials, 10-year guarantee and FENSA certified.
