My family and I have used this company several times over the last ten years to install doors and windows and their work has always been excellent. Our new front and back doors arrived earlier than expected and the work was completed in one day. The men are always polite, helpful and always clean before they leave. They respond quickly to emails and helpfully arranged for my door to be sprayed to match my garage door. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

After contacting The Door & Window Centre I received a first class service from beginning to end. I cannot fault the work & the friendly staff.

I went into the shop to discuss a new front door and was really pleased with all the information I was given, nothing too much trouble and happily showed me different doors, colours etc. I ordered my door which was fitted on the 24th. Excellent fitters, very clean and tidy and very professional. Would definitely recommend the company.

I can highly recommend The Door & Window Centre Ltd. I had to personally manage a huge window project which involved replacing over 150 windows in 20 apartments. Tony was extremely helpful and honest throughout the quotation period and was very personable to deal with. Having decided to proceed with The Door & Window Centre, I cannot speak highly enough of everyone in their offices and also their fantastic teams of fitters. Matt made my life so much easier, overseeing everything from their perspective, and dealt with the project in a very professional, helpful and communicative manner. Huge thanks to Mike, James, Ricky, Scott and Will for their professional work in installing the windows. They're all a huge credit to D&WC and dealt with all the elderly residents in such a great way. The windows and patio doors look (and are) fantastic and have improved the building no end. I have already recommended the company to a number of friends who have subsequently had work done and also been extremely happy. I'm not usually one for writing reviews but was so impressed with this company. You get such better service with a local family run business and this was one of the best I've dealt with.

Excellent. We have used this company three times now over the years. The products supplied are top class, work faultless and completed on schedule, lovely staff and reasonably priced. We had one instance when something beyond anyone's control happened and that was dealt with professionally and promptly too. Would have no concerns in thoroughly recommending the business, particularly in this day and age.

The whole process from start to finish was very smooth and all dates and times were adhered to. Our windows were good quality and competitively priced. The windows were ordered and installed in a month so there wasn't a long wait. Doors and Windows were recommend to me by friends and family and did not disappoint. They were all very helpful, could not do enough to help and work around us, as we were working from home. We felt very comfortable with them in our home during the windows and door fitting. The new windows and doors have made such a difference to the look and feel of our home already. We have already noticed how much heat the windows keep out of the house while the sun is beating down outside.

I recently had five windows replaced by The Door and Window Centre and am completely satisfied with my whole experience with them. After going through the games played by the large well known companies during their home visits I decided to get in touch with this small local family business and I am so glad I did. They were so open and honest with no shady stupid quotes like the big companies. I received a good honest quote which I liked and was given an installation date that suited me within a reasonable timescale. I was able to go to their showroom and meet them in person and see their windows and doors and felt secure placing my money with these professional likeable people, knowing where to go if I had any problems. The work was done on time and the place looked thoroughly cleaned around the windows they replaced. I was so impressed with the work they did for me and how they handled everything. I have already recommended a couple of friends, who are looking at replacing windows and doors to go and get quotes from The Door and Window Centre as I want to make sure they get good people to do their jobs.

Replace my existing conservatory with a newly designed one. And replace two house windows. I have used Door and Window Centre many times before and I'm always 100% satisfied with the job that they do. The new conservatory that they designed to our requests is fantastic, they also arranged the building and electrical works needed. The team were very clean and nothing was too much trouble 100% recommend Door and Window Centre.

The company measured up, ordered and fitted 3 external doors for us. During the measuring process we discussed how best to fit one of the doors due to some old woodwork surrounding it. The suggestions were both cost effective and sensible. The doors were fitted on the date we were given, really clean work, efficient and we are absolutely delighted with the quality and fit of the doors. They already make a huge difference to external noise and heat efficiency.

From quotation to survey to final fitting Doors and Windows have been brilliant. Communication has always been swift and all questions answered. The 2 fitters were very professional and courteous explaining what they were going to do then taking their time in explaining the locking of the door after fitting so I was able to show them the first time how I could lock and unlock. Extremely tidy it was a pleasure to have them in my house I would definitely recommend them

Ours was a fairly major project, replacing all 12 windows, French doors, a kitchen door, and the main front entrance door. From the start the advice, options, and information were clear and concise, (importantly, with not a hint of "hard sell"!). Everyone was friendly yet efficient and professional. Ideas were introduced to trim the budget, resulting in the final plan being very satisfactory at a reasonable price. I felt sufficiently comfortable not to bother obtaining alternative quotes. The installation, although understandably delayed because of the prevailing conditions, was completed to an extremely high standard. The fitters, Michael, James, and Rick did a brilliant job in difficult, very hot conditions. Their workmanship and attention to detail were first-class. We are delighted with both the quality of the product and the finished job which has exceeded our expectations. Very happy customers!

Turned up on time. Four men worked tirelessly, on one of the hottest days of the year. Work was complete in four hours, old doors removed, new doors installed. Cleaned up after themselves, very pleasant.

Their communication with ourselves and our tenants is faultless, as are their products and installation. I always obtain two or three quotes and the Door & Window Centre Ltd. are always competitive. With the Door & Window Centre Ltd. you don't get some high-pressure salesman trying to offer you a bargain or getting a 'special price' agreed by his Manager if you sign-up now! You get straight forward good advice and pricing direct from them. I cannot praise them highly enough and have and will recommend them to friends and family alike.

We asked a double glazing contractor who advertised that he installed conservatories. He said that as he was a sole trader it was now not in his remit. He recommended Doors and Windows in Swanley as they were geared up for conservatories, installed a good quality product with a good standard of work. We obtained quotations from two other companies. Doors and Windows provided the best price and as part of the quotation provided a cad drawing impression of the proposed installation. All of the tradesmen were very professional from ground work excavations, foundations, brickwork, base, plaster boarding, plastering, laying of screed, and of course the double glazed windows, doors and roof. Doors and Windows didn't start until they had received the windows and doors. As a result each part of the installation went like clockwork. The work was completed as originally scheduled and to the agreed price. Communications were good at all stages of the work. The above may seem a bit long winded but just saying they were great doesn't really tell you much. From our experience we definitely recommend Doors and Windows.

We had a porch door and an inner door fitted and a couple of windows. Great local family run business. All the team from sales to the fitters were helpful and friendly and although we didn't have loads of work done I still felt a valued customer. Having used Doors and Windows to supply and install several products for us over the years, they were our first choice when looking for replacement windows. We experienced a friendly and professional service from the initial contact for a quotation right through to installation, exactly as we expected. We had very little disruption and the fitters showed great consideration during the installation and once the work had been completed, they made sure everything was clean and tidy before leaving on both days they were on site. In the midst of covid it was not the best time to fit new doors and windows, but the entire team at Door and Window Centre Swanley made it as painless as possible. From the sales team to the fitters everybody was customer focussed. The mix up with the handle type in one room was resolved speedily and without a quibble. The quality of the product is superior and the fitting perfect. So as my title says, why go to a large company when a smaller one does it better

Third time of using this company - for a conservatory at our last property, and this property we have had a new front door and very recently, new windows fitted. Their product quality is excellent, their staff are friendly and polite, and they are extremely reliable. And everything was left spotless at the end. There are no hidden costs. Full quote at the beginning, different options explained. No hard sell - entirely our choice what we wanted. Would recommend them to everyone, they might not be the cheapest - although they're certainly not the dearest; but every penny is a penny very well spent. I wouldn't ever go elsewhere. Fantastic.

An old aluminium back door had served its time. The Door and Window Centre were contacted and in less than 4 weeks the site had been surveyed, door made and installed to everyone's satisfaction. The team are very experienced and not pushy. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

The installers arrived promptly in the morning, and got to work right away. The installation was done quickly and debris was taken out of the property as they worked. The Door and Window Centre Ltd recently installed our bungalows new windows and doors, fantastic service.

The job was to supply and fit a new front door. Doors and Windows were very helpful when I was choosing the product. They were clear about costs and the possible installation dates. I waited. They called me, on a Monday and much earlier than I had anticipated, they came the following Wednesday to install the door. They were gone by midday along with the old door, the draught at floor level which could blow paper across the room and that whistling sound from the top of the old door frame. The whole process was characterised by simplicity and a lack of "noise".

We have used this company a number of time, always excellent work, polite, clean workers, go out of there way to make sure the job is completed to the customers satisfaction, in fact having them back to do a composite stable side door.

We have known Dave and Tony at Doors and Windows for over 20 years. The Company have carried out lots of work at our home from completely changing all the windows all the external doors, soffits fascias and rainwater systems over the last 20 years. They have recently completed the complete refurbishment of the conservatory they installed for us over 20 years ago now including new high efficiency frames and windows and a solid insulated roof. Needless to say we are very happy with the works completed and would highly recommend Doors and Windows.
