I had another company come to do a drop kerb for me and the quality or work was absolutely awful and their attitude on my complaint left me really upset. The kerb they installed damaged my car but I was left with no option to accept their work. I do not usually write reviews, good or bad, but felt following my positive dealings with Driveway Division, Adam, and his team, I had to tell everyone about these people. Wow what a breath of fresh air. Having received the permission for a dropped kerb, and knowing I wanted to invest in a new tarmac driveway as well, I contacted Adam and his team to quote for this work. He responded almost immediately, and within a couple of hours of exchanging messages, emails and photos, and a very quick chat, the quotation was received, the work was booked, and the deposit paid. I had no hesitation at all that I had found the right contractor to complete this work even though I had not met Adam in person. Adam puts you at ease, he is very helpful, polite, super-efficient and above all very professional. I have never dealt with anyone that communicates as well as he does. He gives me the impression that he never stops working, early mornings, evenings, and weekends, seem a norm to him. The job was booked on a Saturday, to be completed by the following Tuesday. His team were on site first thing Saturday and wow did they work hard. I couldn’t believe what they had achieved in the one day. As a result, Monday lunchtime the job was completed, way ahead of time, and what a fantastic job they have done. We're so pleased with our new resin drive, installed by Adam and his team. I wanted to extend the dropped kerb outside our bungalow to make it easier getting onto our drive. Having obtained local authority approval, I contacted several licenced contractors for quotes. Adam at The Driveway Division provided a very competitive quote and several examples of work they'd completed in my neighbourhood. Having checked out their work, I had no hesitation in accepting their quote which I didn't want doing until I'd completed some landscaping to our front garden. However I broke a rib and had do delay all works. Adam was very understanding and was happy to wait until I was ready. Adam and his team arrived punctually on Friday 30 June and set to work straight away. The extension to our dropped kerb was completed to a very high standard the same day. The team took so much care and attention to detail throughout and left the site tidier than it was to start with. Because I was so impressed with their work I asked Adam, while he was onsite, if he'd give me a quote for widening our concrete driveway by 1m (7 metres long). He gave me a verbal quote there and then and told me he could do it the next day 1 July. He e-mailed me a formal quote within the hour and I agreed straight away. Adam and his team arrived bang on time on Saturday morning and again set to work straight away. The finished the work within 5 hours. We had our existing old sloping gravel (farm track style) driveway replaced with tarmac (with granite sets) by the Driveway Division team. The whole process was a breeze, from the initial assessment by Adam and the competitive quote (including recommendations for aesthetic improvements at no additional cost), through to the actual work being completed. They are a great team of guys, extremely polite, tidy and considerate throughout, with their main priority being the quality of the workmanship and that you are truly happy with the outcome. All work was completed to a very high standard and within timescales. Despite the work only being completed a week ago, we have already had many positive comments from neighbours and people passing by on how nice it looks and the quality of the finish. It has transformed the look of the house. I would 100% recommend them to everyone and would definitely use them again in the future if needed.

We contacted The Driveway Division on a recommendation after discussions with another supplier dried up. Within a few days, we had a pervious concrete base put over the site, which was done all in a day with a large and competent team - very impressed, and it served well as a temporary base instead of bare earth. The resin-bound topping was put down some weeks later, delayed due to the very wet early spring weather. Throughout these delays and some additional complications, communication was professional and friendly, and we are delighted with the result, a superb surface and well contoured over a tricky surface in places. Very happy to recommend.

Adam and team constructed a tricky driveway for a young disabled driveway. Unusual crossover from the highway as we had to protect tree roots on three trees with preservation orders on them. The guys accurately worked to the spec and completed the job within a week to minimise disruption. Highly recommend.

What can I say except the driveway division are an exceptional company. They turned up when they said they would, caused minimal mess and completed the first part of our job to an excellent standard. Adam has gone way beyond what he had to, to help us after our last contractor did a terrible job and just disappeared. We have to get all of his work redone and Adam and his team are doing it in phases. I haven't had to chase where anyone is, or query costs, Adam has kept us up to date from the moment he came to quote and has given us excellent advice going forward. We have been talking about replacing our old concrete drive for ages. We contacted the Driveway Division because we had seen seen their work and great reviews. Adam came round and talked through our options as our drive is on an upward slope. Bound resin was decided upon as there will not be any slippage as there might be with blocks. The schedule was explained and the team started quickly and worked very methodically and hard. Adam kept us updated at all times and was very patient with my many questions. We recently used the Driveway Division in August 2022 to have the front of our house transformed. We were going to just get our kerb dropped but then decided to get an epoxy resin driveway done at the same time and also a side fence replaced between our neighbours. Having looked around for a local driveway firm I came across a company called The Driveway Division so I sent them an email. Adam the owner responded quickly and efficiently arranging to meet up the next day. We spoke at length at the options for both my project and my nearby daughter's house which also needed a wider drive. Adam emailed a specification including the price to do both mine and my daughter's drive. The price was fair, but moreover, you must feel comfortable awarding a project of this value. I felt very confident. All the men were polite hard working and nothing was a problem. I’ve ended up with a great-looking drive and would recommend Adam and his team. Very soon my daughter will have a very similar experience, although they might take longer to complete her project because she bakes the most delicious cakes, whereas I could only offer tea and coffee.

Adam was reassuring from the outset mentioning that his company is an approved contractor to Hampshire County Council. Adam and team made a really good job of extending our dropped kerb, adding new path edgings and replacing the edging up to our existing drive. Various tradesmen had tried to sort out my leak over the past 3 months, the Roofing Division checked the problem and reassured me they could find the solution. The men arrived promptly and were polite and cheerful. They located the leak then made good and repointed the ridge tiles. They also replaced the guttering and made good the plasterboard and ceiling to my bedroom. Everything was left clean and tidy and I felt I could relax at last.

Adam and his team have completed my resin driveway (150 m2) to a very high standard. The job involved a full dig out of the old broken concrete (around 30 tonnes), preparing the ground, laying blocks at the borders, installing new concrete and applying the resin bonded aggregate. An area to the side of the house was levelled out, borders installed, ground prepared and gravel laid. Adam and his team worked very hard, were always very courteous and left the site tidy everyday and left it spotless at the end of the job. They had to remove flowerbeds on both sides of the driveway, drop the manhole cover, add some new block paving to both sides where the flowerbeds were and also they matched the paving bricks to the existing ones. Adam and his colleagues went out of their way to deal with all our queries about the work which involved excavation of front lawn, laying of foundations, plastic grass saver grids, topsoil and grass seed.
