Fenetic Wellbeing

After deciding to upgrade my recliner armchair, we were recommended by a friend to contact Fenetic in Skipton. We arranged an appointment to visit the showroom where we were shown a variety of chairs by the friendly and knowledgeable Gabby. We decided on a Cullingworth Premier Plus and selected Ocean from a range of fabrics. Gabby told us that delivery maybe between 6 and 8 weeks, because it would be custom built. We also requested that Fenetic dispose of my old chair and agreed a reasonable charge. We were contacted after just over 2 weeks to book a delivery slot and after only 17 days the chair was delivered. Mick and Dudley arrived promptly, efficiently removed my old chair before installing the new one and gave me a helpful briefing on operating the chair. They were both very friendly and affable and good communicators. The chair appears to be everything I hoped it was and just what I needed. Overall, I have been very pleased so far by my experience with Fenetic.

We had to purchase a Rise/Recliner chair for our mother who has been in a Care Home for over 12 months now. Mainly because her mobility has sadly reduced significantly. None of the mainstream furniture shops were very knowledgeable and particularly helpful - particularly for the mandatory requirements of CRIB 5 for care home furniture. So, we found 'Fenetic' on the internet and from our first contact via a phone call right through the Sales process to Delivery/Installation and after-sales support, they were so professional, friendly and very helpful. Leah was amazing when we visited the factory, guiding us through the 'Cullingworth' chair and options - she clearly understood our needs for our Mother and was happy to listen to what we needed. And Emma helped us after sales with a query regarding the 5 year warranty and the Operation, Care & Warranty Manual. We'd recommend 'Fenetic' to anyone looking to buy a Rise/Recliner chair, as the people at this company are very knowledgeable and will do everything they can to meet your needs.

Efficient and polite. All that was promised was fulfilled. The delivery driver's communication was excellent. Only draw back is that I am now reluctant to leave the front room, as I am so comfortable.

Highly recommended chair From the time of order to delivery and installation (included in the package), everyone involved was helpful, informative, and generally pleasant to deal with. The chair itself, proper leather and utilising 5 motors, can achieve a comfortable position in all circumstances. The chair is actually made in the USA and imported to the UK. When you read the brochure/ instructions that come with the chair, the manufacturer gives a lifetime guarantee (only 1 year in the UK), which gives absolute confidence in the build quality and longevity of the chair.

Fenetic Wellbeing are one of the best companies I've ever bought from. It was also very well priced in comparison to other sellers. A problem with the charger was addressed promptly in a happy, friendly manner by everyone I spoke to. A real Joy to deal with! This manually folding scooter was delivered very quickly, in new condition, excellent quality, a gorgeous deep red colour, lightweight, with a battery I can lift easily; it takes up very little space when folded and runs like a dream. Delivery and setup were fantastic.

The service from Fenetic was very good they called me to arrange a day for delivery and said that I’d receive more information by text the evening before the delivery date to arrange a time frame. They also advised that a helpline was available if the delivery men were having any issues assembling the product. I received a message with the delivery time the day before and they arrived within the time frame stated. They assembled the chair very efficiently and they were very friendly. They also gave a demonstration of the chair and took away all the rubbish and made sure I had the instruction booklet available in case I needed any further information. Very good service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Bought a jazzie power wheelchair which I am very satisfied with with Now purchased a reclining two seater sofa which was delivered on time agreed. I am 66 and the youngest of my group of friends, and i wanted a rollator, that didnt look old ladyish . I wanted something that was pleasing to the eye , in this case artistic . so i purchased the rollator , and what a delight when i received it , so light weight , easy to use . Very, very steady. I feel safe. Easy to fold, easy to store; in every way it surpassed expectations. very highly recommended. oh and while i think of it, i found customer service so helpful and considerate .

Great to know there is a local business that provides superb service - no more taking a risk buying on the internet for me.

We had been let down by others and were on a tight timescsle for a powerchair for a holiday, so travelled nearly 2 hrs to Fenetic at Skipton and it was well worth the visit. We rang the day before to make an appointment and were greeted by Tom on arrival. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgable and spent so much time with us. The chair we chose was not in stock but he still managed to get my husbands chair delivered to us within 3 working days and just in time for our holiday. I would not hesitate to recommend Fenetic to other and would return to Fenetic for other mobility aids in the future. Thank you Tom.

Service was superb. Rang for advice before purchasing as I needed some guidance on choices. Brilliant advice given and I purchased a different chair to the one I was looking at. Fenetic advice was first rate. Delivery was very prompt also. Great company would definitely recommend.

We went to get a chair and wheelchair for my mam as she needed some new ones for the nursing home she is in and right from the start in the showroom Carl was amazing he was very helpful and advised on the best things to have for her needs he wasn't pushing for a sale at all we managed to sort the wheelchair no problem the chair was also easy to get sorted as the o e she wanted we was advised that it wouldn't fit her needs as it wasn't long enough to support her legs the next one we looked at was perfect for her we payed for the items they sorted the wheelchair chair so we was able to take it with us at the same time which was amazing and they took her old one off us they delivered the chair the same day a few hours later the two lads who delivered was just as amazing as Carl they were also very helpful pick and dudley came in to the home checked were the chair was going the brought everything in to the room assembled everything and checked it was all working and demestrated how everything works also advised that the power pack took batteries incase of a power cut all in all our hole experience from walking in the showroom to having it delivered was amazing we would definitely recommend this company to anyone

Mick and Charlie came out and took away our old chairs and swapped for new ones. Quick efficient and friendly, they are a credit to the company. Couldn’t recommend more for mobility needs.

Had an adjustable bed delivered and installed today. Mick & Dudley were fantastic, friendly, helpful and efficient and did a terrific job. Carl in sales also deserves a big shout out. Can’t recommend Fenetic highly enough.

Had excellent demonstration at FENETIC WELLBEING from Karl of the Rollz performance walker / wheelchair it was just what I wanted . I had seen one before on a cruise and thought how good it looked the young lady loved it and sang its praises so on our return I got in touch made an appointment to see it in Skipton and tried it before buying it . Very pleased with it as I feel more comfortable walking about with it but can perch on it if I feel breathless ( as I have COPD ) and if I can’t get any further my husband push me in the easily converted wheelchair.

Absolutely great service from this company. Made an appointment to view a Rollz walker wheelchair that I had seen someone using on a cruise and told them I would like to try one out . Was met by Carl and he demonstrated the walker to us there was no pressure at all in his technique. I decided to buy one as I have c o p d and sometimes struggle with my breathing and yet I do try to walk as far as I can for my joint health . Then if needs be I can either sit down for a while or can convert this great Rollator into a wheelchair for hubby to push me . I would definitely recommend the Rollz Rollator and using this great company for your needs . It was very competitively priced too . Bought it there and then in store .

Needed a wheelchair for my child. The staff were knowledgeable, kind and brilliant. This will give us a new lease of life.

Both warehouse workers worked hard. They had to move a large armchair that did not pass through the back door. In the end, they had to use the front door that is nomally blocked off by a tumble-dryer, which they had to move out of the way. Then they moved another large armchair. This was before they installed the new reclining chair. Nothing was too much trouble. Mick and Dudley are excellent ambassadors for the company. I have used Fenetic on several occasions after my stroke for me and my wife who has osteoporosis and has been in hospital after a bad accident. They are excellent.

From the first telephone contact, to viewing the chair, buying it and the delivery, everything went very smoothly. Carl in the showroom was understanding and helpful. The delivery guys, Mick and Danny, were helpful in explaining the chair to me and they even took the chair we had been using, upstairs for me. Service with a smile, which is always welcome. I contacted Fenetic Well Being on Monday the 6th April around 11am, I spoke with Tom who answered any relevant question I had regarding the purchase of a bath lift seat. After speaking with Tom about the product I was interested in, I ordered the seat on line from Fenetics web site. I was able to track my order and I was kept up to date from the courier as to its progress, I received my order on Wednesday the 8th April around 2:30pm. I thought this was excellent service form both Fenetic Wellbeing and the courier which was APC overnight. The actual bath seat is a Belavita Nova Bath Lift and does exactly what is designed for, and is very easy to set up and seems well made. So far we are very happy with our purchase and would not hesitate to use Fenetic Wellbeing again.
