Both warehouse workers worked hard. They had to move a large armchair that did not pass through the back door. In the end, they had to use the front door that is nomally blocked off by a tumble-dryer, which they had to move out of the way. Then they moved another large armchair. This was before they installed the new reclining chair. Nothing was too much trouble. Mick and Dudley are excellent ambassadors for the company. I have used Fenetic on several occasions after my stroke for me and my wife who has osteoporosis and has been in hospital after a bad accident. They are excellent.

From the first telephone contact, to viewing the chair, buying it and the delivery, everything went very smoothly. Carl in the showroom was understanding and helpful. The delivery guys, Mick and Danny, were helpful in explaining the chair to me and they even took the chair we had been using, upstairs for me. Service with a smile, which is always welcome. I contacted Fenetic Well Being on Monday the 6th April around 11am, I spoke with Tom who answered any relevant question I had regarding the purchase of a bath lift seat. After speaking with Tom about the product I was interested in, I ordered the seat on line from Fenetics web site. I was able to track my order and I was kept up to date from the courier as to its progress, I received my order on Wednesday the 8th April around 2:30pm. I thought this was excellent service form both Fenetic Wellbeing and the courier which was APC overnight. The actual bath seat is a Belavita Nova Bath Lift and does exactly what is designed for, and is very easy to set up and seems well made. So far we are very happy with our purchase and would not hesitate to use Fenetic Wellbeing again.

I supported my mother in law to purchase a riser recliner chair from Fenetic. Service was outstanding from start to finish. We visited their showroom in Skipton where Carl spent time helping my mother in law find the right chair for her. What I really appreciated was that there was absolutely no sales pressure at all. Carl's knowledge of the products was clearly evident. We left without making an order and my mother in law was able to consider her options. We later placed the order by phone. The chair was made and delivered within 3 weeks. Thanks to Mike and Dudley who delivered the chair and spent time ensuring it was placed just where it was needed and then went through all operations of the chair ensuring it was working correctly. All in all a very positive experience purchasing from Fenetic. I can recommend.

The team who arrived to install my new chair were very busy, but they could not get the riser to work on the chair. They phoned Fenetic Wellbeing Services and the following a new team arrived who were experienced with the chair and got it working quickly. Both teams were very polite and took away the packaging. I also found the staff at Fenetic Wellbeing with whom I had contact were helpful.

I just wanted to share what a WONDERFUL service all the team provided. Right from the start the team could not be more helpful, and kindly and very quickly sent me swatches of the sofa, video of the sofa (your Yorkshire and we’re Bognor!) and answered any of my questions very quickly and efficiently. As you can appreciate without seeing it in the “flesh” first was a risk for us – but all paid off. Thanks should go to the whole team as today you don’t always get brilliant service and Fenetic certainly provided that. Whatever training, recruitment etc you all provide it’s certainly working. Fabulous local company. Delivery was less than a week after choosing. Salesman took care to measure my legs etc.. Really good quality. Only just delivered but seems comfortable. The delivery guys Mick and Dudley were absolutely brilliant, taking care not to damage anything and removed our old furniture no problem. The Installation of the chair by Fenetic were excellent. Information given, timing kept to as said, and expected arrival time given. The two men were very quick and professional about unpacking, setting up chair and demonstrating. All rubbish cleared up and all in all it was a good experience. Although they had a lot of deliveries to make they didn't make it feel rushed and made sure I understood the workings of the chair.

After lots of emails back and forth with Abigail we finally ordered the Large Tall Radiance. It arrived quickly and was put together by two very helpful men who also put it into position for us. My husband has found it to be an ideal fit and very comfortable. He is delighted to have finally found something that works for him and that can bring a degree of relief to his day. The company, and Abigail in particular, went beyond what we expected with multiple emails and really putting effort in to find the right suggestion for him, even when we were upfront about not necessarily being ready to order financially. This, in large part made us feel confident to order from them rather than try a cheaper alternative from elsewhere. Overall the customer service was excellent and felt very personalised which is a rarity these days. Over a month later the chair looks perfect and is very comfortable. Can't fault a thing.

Previously bought a Cullingworth Recliner from Fenetic which I was very happy with. I depend on this chair as I would otherwise be bed bound. This review is for the purchase of a backup battery power supply for the chair. I was faced with a day long power cut with 6 days notice. I contacted Fenetic who arranged immediate dispatch of their backup battery power supply which should arrive in the next 3 days, so plenty of time. they answered several technical questions and took the time to be friendly and helpful. Because of my medical situation I am entitled to a VAT exemption and this was arranged over the phone as part of the purchase. This is my second good customer experience with Fenetic.
