What a complete mistake. Had some garage doors fitted, which they had to return to due to ill fitting. This was sort of corrected, but after about a year the paint started peeling from the frame. I contacted them and after much chasing some 5 months latter they came out and replaced the frame and made such a bad job of the fitting the doors were dragging on the ground, the frame had been splayed at the bottom. This was the way they remained for another 10 months, failed visits, excuses and when they did arrive the doors could not be removed as all the heads had been chewed up. Some 15 months after the original problem and many hours on the phone they eventually replaced the whole lot. Only this time the lock is a cheap clone yale lock rather than a proper latch and dead lock, and after being on there a couple of months is already starting to cease up despite being oiled. There was no apology and no compensation, absolutely shocking quality, fitting and service.
