Reliable, punctual, conscientious, efficient and hardworking, neat and considerate. These are all words I can use to describe Nathan and team. It was a sizeable job taking from Monday to Friday installing a full heating system - boiler, tank, radiators and new piping throughout the house including resisting the boiler to the opposite side of the house from the old boiler. All old boilers, tanks (asbestos free), radiators etc were removed and disposed of and we just had cardboard to manage. Six hours after finishing, having made sure everything was working as it should before leaving, Nathan checked in with us again to double check everything was running and bedding in as it should. All certs, instructions and helpful videos promptly provided too. Very happy to recommend The Gas Pro.

Nathan did a fantastic job installing a new boiler as soon as possible over early January. His communication was excellent and the job was done professionally and with no fuss at all. He responded well when asked about his gas safe credentials and also went above and beyond by offering portable heaters when asked if any spare. He picked up on the fact that there was an additional thermostat on the top floor that I had forgotten to mention. All documentation and warranties were prompt and aftercare arrangements were provided. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends, family or anyone in the Bristol area for that matter.

From the off, Nathan’s communication was brilliant. He was quick to respond and we got a date booked in quickly. Nathan gave us good, balanced advice on what we were doing and we actually ended up with a better solution than what we had been thinking previously. Work was completed on time and to a high standard, and they left the house clean and tidy. I will definitely be calling Nathan about any future work.

I had a boiler replacement from the company. From the word go I have had very clear communication from Nathan responsive and interactive. The quote process was good- appraised the pipes etc and gave recommendation for boiler that would work in our situation; no hidden costs. The installation was fast , efficient and the installers, Sean and co were excellent ; fitted the boiler and drain pipe as I asked and actually resolved legacy issues with water exhaust that have accumulated. Put water exhaust into my sink drain for no extra charge and actually helped sort a leak there in process . The Veissman boiler itself is great. I have all certificates by the time they left electronically. Very satisfied wit the work done and the post service communication. They offered a call back to make sure system cleaned out and protected as standard.

I needed to replace my 15 year old boiler that had packed in. Nathan and his colleague came within 5 working days of my original call. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and tidily, using dust sheets to keep my house clean and taking rubbish with them ( I recycled the cardboard from the new boiler). The new boiler works great, it’s quieter and the central heating is noticeably warmer. A great job by Nathan, I would recommend this company.

I had a new boiler installed and Nathan was incredibly helpful from start to finish. When my old boiler broke I didn't have any hot water so he arranged for someone to fix my old boiler temporarily until he could come round to fit my new boiler. The team installed my new gas boiler one year ago. The whole process was very fast and smooth. Very good value for money for a top of the range boiler. Today they returned to do the first service.
