Automated awning fitted. The overall service we received was exceptional from start to finish. The marketing team at the Grand Design Show where we initially saw the awning took the time to discuss all the options that helped us identify what product would best suit or requirements. This was complimented by the visit from Kim who answered all our residual concerns on size and style. Added to this the administrative support provided by Julie and Dave kept us informed of Kim's visit and the fitting date. The fitters supported the company's ethos with prompt arrival, efficient and effective installation and displayed a high level of professionalism throughout.

The awning makes all the difference in the summer to how hot my (south-facing) lounge is. I no longer have to sit in the dark. The fitters turned up when they said they would and got it fitted with no fuss. And pointed out a problem with my patio which needed fixing and I hadn't noticed.

This is the second canopy we've had installed. The first being a motorised sun shade for our south facing veranda and the most recent a fixed poly carbonate awning at the rear of our property. Both are excellent quality products and we received a professional service on both installations.

The company carried out a survey and explained the proposed work and likely timescale. The support frame consisted of a wall bracket and stanchion, to carry the motorised awning. A wide choice of materials were offered for the awning. Construction was spread over two days and we were kept informed of the progress followed by instructions on its safe usage on completion. We are happy with the awning and look forward to many years of usage.

Early in the summer of 2024, we had an awning installed by the Great British Awning Company across the wide expanse of the south-facing rear of our house. It has provided excellent protection for the patio, allowing us to sit out even in the height of summer's very hot weather. It is very easy to extend and retract - just the touch of the remote control. We have been cautious about leaving the awning extended during windy weather - one disadvantage of the house being in an exposed position.

Yes, we had an awning fitted last year. We chose a dark blue material that I believe has already been stained by bird droppings. I wonder if the colouration is fixed Staff were great throughout the process, both sales and installation. The mechanism works really well and though we extract it periodically incase it needs drying out, it always seems dry, so I guess the cassette is working perfectly. We chose an additional valance, to keep out the low evening sun, and that too has been really good for us. We haven't had it a year yet so I'm unable to comment on it's reliability. Perhaps I should be asked for a review a couple of years in

I had a freestanding, electrically operated awning erected. From the initial consultation to completion of the work, everything was very professionally handled. The advice on the size of the awning has been perfect- my patio can be completely shaded and inside the house is much cooler when the sun is shining onto my patio doors with no more blinding sun in the eyes. The awning is very easy to operate using the remote control.

We had an awning fitted on roof terrace. The whole process was completed efficiently and professionally from start to finish. The design and planning were meticulously carried out in consultation with us ;and the installation team were friendly, helpful and efficient. Before leaving they made sure everything worked properly and we were comfortable with the controls and ongoing operation.

From the initial meeting to produce a quote through the survey and finally the installation everything was conducted in a thoroughly professional manner. They are an excellent company with great staff and lovely products.

We requested a quotation for an awning at the Hampstead Court Flower Festival and were very impressed by the speed at which the survey and quotation were arranged. Everything was explained to us very thoroughly and we had every confidence in the company. Installation of the blind was arranged and although one incorrect part was supplied the fitters collected the replacement part and stayed until the job was completed. Everybody was very polite, efficient and thorough. We would have no hesitation in recommending.
