About

With many years of combined experience, our work is split between maintaining existing guttering by providing a clearance & cleaning service, and providing new installations of guttering and fascia. We also provide a gutter guard installation service.

We are committed to the highest levels of customer service and skilled workmanship. Our reputation and the quality of the work we carry out is of paramount importance.

We undertake both domestic and commercial work and hold full public liability insurance. Safety is always of paramount concern whilst working on site and all jobs we conduct are properly risk assessed before we start.

Where we are able to use ladders we will take pictures of the gutters once they are clear so that you know the work has been carried out properly. All our installation work comes with a 3 year guarantee on parts and fitting. Clearance work is covered by a 3 month guarantee and our repair work is covered by a 6 month guarantee.

Chris and Noman arrived in good time and set to work in no time at all. They did a very good and thorough job and left very minimal trace of them having been there. They were very polite and kept us informed of the progress through out the work. I would have no problem in recommending this company in future.

Poor customer service
I felt the customer service from this company was very poor. Two people attended my property to quote for a gutter repair job. I was advised that I only needed the gutters to be cleared and the cost quoted was £200 for two gutters. The £40 mandatory call out fee would be taken into account and deducted from the bill should I wish to proceed. One of the two people who attended my property was polite and the other was blunt to the point of rudeness. In the end I asked another local company to quote for the work. I had to pay £40 for a 5 minute chat and some pictures when they were on their way back through from another job anyway and decided to bring my appointment forward a few weeks to suit this. Just not happy with the overall experience or how I was dealt with or their pricing structures.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback regarding our gutter clearance service. We are truly sorry the service received from us wasn't positive and will always try to resolve any issues that our customers may have. Our technicians are fully trained in all aspects of guttering and they strive to provide a proficient assessment on a property, and occasionally will call customers to rearrange an appointment if we have a cancellation in the same area. Initial assessments generally involve discussion with the customer regarding issues and how they can be resolved, along with taking pictures of work to be completed. We do charge a small fee for providing an assessment which is reduced from the final bill after the work has been finished. We take our employee and customer safety seriously and we are fully insured and Safecontractor accredited and wish to provide our customers with the best possible service. All feedback is reviewed and taken into account for future customer relations.

From the outset, this company have been totally professional, very friendly and easy to book a suitable appointment with reasonable cost. CHRIS & NOMAN arrived on time, communication is fantastic, very friendly and they went the extra mile to ensure the gutters were thoroughly cleaned and free flowing, they fixed a couple of areas where the seals had perished, and cleaned some algae from one of the window sills as well, all included as part of the service with no extra charge and NO complaints or moaning from them. Absolutely Brilliant and highly recommended.

We had our gutters cleaned and a downpipe reconnected by a very pleasant gentleman called Scott. He arrived within the time slot agreed and carried out all the work very efficiently. We would certainly like him to repeat the work next time it is needed. Access to the back garden is tricky with little room to manoeuvre ladders etc round the corner of the house extension and Scott was careful not to knock the satellite dish.

Cleaned moss out of our gutter and where the gutter had come apart joined it back together with a new larger joint. They also phoned early morning to say they could come in 15 minutes rather than later that day which suited us better.
