Scott carried out a very thorough clean of my gutters. He was on time and polite. He left no mess at all.

Scott did a great job today and I have used the Gutter Cleaning People on previous occasions over the past 2 years. Always answer the phone and book a convenient time. Polite and reliable tradespeople.

Scott came to give an estimate, then Scott and Chris came to clear my roof of moss, treat with biocide and clean gutters. Arrived on time, friendly and did a good job.

Short lead time from request for quote to attendance to do the job. Turned up on time and gave good explanation of work to be done. Very personable. Cost reasonable. Would recommend and use again.

We have used this company in the past and have been impressed by the standard of work. Dan cleaned all the gutters and undertook some minor repairs. All work was done to the agreed price in a timely and courteous fashion.

Scott was very polite. He and his colleague carried out the work efficiently and neatly, clearly explaining my options to me. Although the work hasn’t yet been put to the test by rain, I have been happy with the service so far.

I was impressed with the speedy response I got to the phone call I made to them. It was conducted in a very efficient and professional manner and quoted on the basis of looking at my house via Google maps and asking me questions about the rear of the house. They turned up on the day and at the time agreed and the workman not only did the job very tidily with a suction machine as agreed but advised me about an overflowing downpipe, cleared as much as possible, and advised me how to deal with it further. He also replaced a broken Union and left me with an invoice to pay by BACS. I did think the service was rather expensive but they did it quickly as required.

Very punctual, efficient and polite from the initial phonecall to the job being done. Scott arrived on time and spent 1.5 hours getting rid of all old moss and leaves from the gutters. Also provided helpful advice about existing netting. I would definitely recommend The Gutter Cleaning People.

I have had nothing but positive experience with the Gutter Cleaning People, who have installed a complete new guttering on our house. Scott, the fitter, came in before the lockdown to provide us with a quote, and spent a considerable amount of time to evaluate the required work, and finally provided us with a quote that he promised is locked on and will be honoured for 3 months. Then the lockdown happened. After some of the restrictions were lifted I contacted The Gutter Cleaning People and was delighted to find that the quote would still be honoured. We therefore set up a date, and Scott and Chris arrived at the appointed time and completed the work within an afternoon as promised. It looks great and I could not be pleased more. Very nice, knowledgeable and capable fitters. Could not be happier. Highly recommended.

Our gutters were cleaned today. Scott and his colleague arrived on time and started work immediately. All work was completed efficiently and no rubbish was left behind. I was extremely pleased with their work and will use them again.

Great job, quick, efficient and professional. Even fixed a hanging gutter at the top of the house within the original quote. Would recommend.

Arrived early, explained everything clearly, took about an hour to do the work and charged as per quote. Happy to look at a few extra bits that that needed doing. Able to recommend clearly follow up work that needed to be done and were happy to provide the contact details of recommended tradesman to do it.

I would highly recommend the quick professional and efficient service supplied by The Gutter People. Scott arrived within the allotted time window and explained clearly what he was going to do before starting. He completed all of the work within 45 minuets and left our property clean and tidy as he found it. After completing the work, Scott gave professional feedback on the state of the guttering and attempted to take payment which was unsuccessful but rectified quickly via a phone call from the office. As previously mentioned the work was completed to a high standard and at a very reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to use The Gutter People again in the future.

I had an issue with leaking guttering when it rained heavily. Contact TheGutterLeaningPeople based in Reading and appointment arranged for 27 July 2020 to quote. They came out and from visual inspection from the ground said the guttering needs aligning and gave me the quote. I phoned the office next day and arranged for work to be carried out on 12 August 2020. The same guy came and this is where the service plummeted. He said more work needed completing and also said the guttering was blocked. This was incorrect as I had already been up my ladder and then he turned around and said the guttering did not need clearing. He also admitted he had made a mistake and someone from the company would ring me. Nobody called so I contacted them again and was told my call would be returned. Needlessly to say I received no return call. From my own experience of dealing with this Company, I would personally recommend that you avoid employing of them. They misquoted me, tried to get unnecessary work completed and did not return my calls.

The service I received from the first enquiry to the completion of the job was excellent. From Robert who organised the appointment to Scott who came and did the repairs. A thoroughly professional service. The job was done quickly with no mess and within the quote given. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you

Straight forward to book service though a bit of a wait before the work could be carried out; however on the day, Scott turned up on time and vacuumed our front and rear gutters clear of 18 months worth of pine needles (a serious nuisance for many Bracknell residents). The job was was carried out very thoroughly, quickly and mess free - the pine needles went away inside the vacuum cleaner. Would definitely book again, altogether a good experience.
