About
With many years of combined experience, our services are split between maintaining existing guttering by providing gutter clearance, gutter repairs and providing installations of guttering, fascia's and soffits.
We can repair, paint or clean soffits and fascia's, and we also provide a roof moss removal service.
We are committed to the highest levels of customer service and skilled workmanship. Our reputation and the quality of the work we carry out is of paramount importance.
We undertake both domestic and commercial work and hold full public liability insurance. Safety is always of paramount concern whilst working on site and all our technicians are fully trained.
Where we are able to use ladders we will take pictures of the gutters once they are clear so that you know the work has been carried out properly.
All our installation work comes with a 3 year guarantee on parts and fitting.
Clearance work is covered by a 3 month guarantee and our repair work is covered by a 6 month guarantee.

The cleaning of our gutters had been arranged two months earlier and I was concerned that because of the inclement weather the work might have to be postponed. My concerns were unfounded as Chris turned up precisely on time and despite the rain and sleet proceeded to start the work. Once the job had been completed Chris advised me what he had done and what I should be aware of bearing in mind the position of the house with regard to trees etc. He was very courteous and efficient and I would not hesitate to use the firm again.

I called to make an appointment for the gutters to be cleared and inspected. As I expected, the cast iron downpipe was cracked and I was given a quote for replacement with a cast iron look alike. Scott was careful to ensure he knew what type of guttering and downpipe I wanted and he and Chris have done an excellent job; I am very pleased with the replacement which looks just like the original cast iron. I would recommend The Gutter Cleaning People. They are professional, with good communication and great service.

I had issues with my guttering with broken brackets and slipped pipes. Scott and Chris visited this morning and fixed everything in one visit, doing an excellent job. Mike and his colleague arrived on the scheduled day (3 hours earlier than expected, but I think that was an error by their office). They were well equipped for the job of cleaning high gutters on our house and garage and moss on our garage roof. They worked professionally and quickly. They dealt effectively with a problem of gutter alignment caused by a patch of rot in a fascia board. It's obviously difficult to judge the outcome of most of their work, especially on a dry day, but the garage roof looks really clean, and I suspect that the gutters are in much better shape. I felt that the price charged, which matched Mike's earlier quote, was reasonable for around 3 hours of professional work. Mike and colleague were very pleasant to deal with. On the basis of what I have seen so far, I am happy to recommend this firm and would deal with them again.

Scott and Chris arrived at the agreed time today to replace an old cast iron downpipe that had split. This pipe was removed and a new plastic pipe fitted. This was all done speedily and neatly. This company had been recommended by a friend and from the moment I made contact by phone I was impressed by the efficiency by all concerned.
