Chris and Scott arrived at property at the arranged time after having previously given a quote for the work. The work was done within the hour, with minimal mess and minimal fuss. I'd be happy to book them again for the work in the future.

Scott and his work partner cleaned out guttering and did some repairs. They were on time, friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend.

A quick and efficient service by Chris. He cleared all top gutters and sealed 2 leaking joints after first ringing to advise he had been delayed. Would use the company again.

We had our gutters cleaned and a downpipe reconnected by a very pleasant gentleman called Scott. He arrived within the time slot agreed and carried out all the work very efficiently. We would certainly like him to repeat the work next time it is needed. Access to the back garden is tricky with little room to manoeuvre ladders etc round the corner of the house extension and Scott was careful not to knock the satellite dish.

Really great service, from the initial phone call to the end. Phone call was clear and professional, providing an estimate and outlining how the process would work (respecting COVID guidance). Scott was on time, friendly, respectful of distance and efficient. All our gutters were cleaned and a couple of potential issues I'd identified he reported back on to reassure me. We had our roof cleared of moss, treated with Biocide and the gutters cleaned yesterday. The crew led by Scott, arrived on time, were hard working, courteous and friendly and the job was carried out efficiently. On completion of the task all of the mess was cleared up and the site left pristine. This is the second time that we have used The Gutter Cleaning People and we would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Called after Storm Eunice to get an estimate for repairs to gutters. Chris and Noman came and advised on work to be done and quoted a reasonable price. On the morning the work was due to be done they arrived on time and got on quickly, working efficiently and cleanly. Very pleased with the finished job.

Very pleased with the work carried out, will use again in future when needed, and would recommend to others. I arranged to have our gutters cleaned due over flowing in places following the recent heavy rain and seeing that grass started to grow from where birds had dropped seed in recent weeks (cause of the gutters not working properly). The price quoted was very reasonable, and didn’t try to sell other work that wasn’t required when attending the property. Scott turned up and carried out a visual of the gutters, very polite and well-spoken when explaining things. He advised that our neighbours (semi-detached) had asbestos guttering still and would need to inspect our gutter further when up a ladder whether he could proceed on the day or if needed to come back with safety/protective equipment. Thankfully was able to proceed. Quick and efficient gutter cleaning using ladders and large vacuum (much faster that I had anticipated it to take) and he also checked the down pipes for any blockage. While up the ladder he noticed one of the end facia brackets was broken and causing the pipe to droop slightly. Removed and reinstalled with new screws to ensure gutter piece was back where it should have been. He also advised costings of other work when asked (roof cleaning), how long various repairs/cleans should last, and when during the year its best to do. This transparency really helps when considering value and work. Excellent service from Scott throughout the appointment.

Chris and Noman arrived in good time and set to work in no time at all. They did a very good and thorough job and left very minimal trace of them having been there. They were very polite and kept us informed of the progress through out the work. I would have no problem in recommending this company in future.

Having accepted a quote for gutter cleaning and a review of other possible work required, I was totally happy with the experience. Chris arrived promptly for both appointments. He carried out a diagnostic inspection of the gutters to discover the cause of a leak and repaired the problem. He then returned to clear the gutters of debris. He was reliable, carried out the necessary work efficiently and left the area clean and tidy. The communication was good. Chris was polite and explained the problem and process clearly. Highly recommend this company.

Scott turned up from the GCP. it was horrible weather and he went straight into the job. I told him the guttering was not the whole house just the one side as the rest was new Our existing guttering was spilling excess water onto our wall so the guttering was cleaned and all debris was removed and water is now flowing down the guttering where it should be.

Easy for the quote, lovely people (Scott) & did not leave any mess which is a really good sign! Will definitely be using them again.

Booked this company to cear and clean gutters. Excellent and prompt communication to arrange the job. Enquiry made on 19th Aug and job completed 27th Aug. Dan came to do the work. Really friendly, polite guy who explained all the work really clearly. An excellent job done. Very pleased with this service and would recommend them.
