Chris and Noman arrived in good time and set to work in no time at all. They did a very good and thorough job and left very minimal trace of them having been there. They were very polite and kept us informed of the progress through out the work. I would have no problem in recommending this company in future.

I felt the customer service from this company was very poor. Two people attended my property to quote for a gutter repair job. I was advised that I only needed the gutters to be cleared and the cost quoted was £200 for two gutters. The £40 mandatory call out fee would be taken into account and deducted from the bill should I wish to proceed. One of the two people who attended my property was polite and the other was blunt to the point of rudeness. In the end I asked another local company to quote for the work. I had to pay £40 for a 5 minute chat and some pictures when they were on their way back through from another job anyway and decided to bring my appointment forward a few weeks to suit this. Just not happy with the overall experience or how I was dealt with or their pricing structures.

From the outset, this company have been totally professional, very friendly and easy to book a suitable appointment with reasonable cost. CHRIS & NOMAN arrived on time, communication is fantastic, very friendly and they went the extra mile to ensure the gutters were thoroughly cleaned and free flowing, they fixed a couple of areas where the seals had perished, and cleaned some algae from one of the window sills as well, all included as part of the service with no extra charge and NO complaints or moaning from them. Absolutely Brilliant and highly recommended.

We had our gutters cleaned and a downpipe reconnected by a very pleasant gentleman called Scott. He arrived within the time slot agreed and carried out all the work very efficiently. We would certainly like him to repeat the work next time it is needed. Access to the back garden is tricky with little room to manoeuvre ladders etc round the corner of the house extension and Scott was careful not to knock the satellite dish.

Cleaned moss out of our gutter and where the gutter had come apart joined it back together with a new larger joint. They also phoned early morning to say they could come in 15 minutes rather than later that day which suited us better.

I have my gutters cleaned out each year by this company. They turn up on time, are polite, friendly and helpful and leave no mess. The price seems reasonable and the advice I am given is always helpful. This year I asked about a blocked downpipe and two dripping gutters. The dripping gutters have been addressed, plus I have a quote for replacement if the problem recurs. I was advised to talk to a drains company for the downpipe. I have since done so and they were right, the drains guy was needed. I trust this company and that's important to me.

Both operatives Chris and Noman were polite and got on with the clearing of the gutters, cleaning them, the facia and soffits. they work well as a team and finished the work in good time leaving no mess to be cleared up. The work was carried out to a very satisfactory standard, and I would have no problem in recommending this company. This is the second time in three years I have used them for this work and on both occasions have been very satisfied with the standard of the work. The cost of the work was reasonable. I am considering having them return in the spring to remove moss from the roof of the house.

Very pleased with the work carried out, will use again in future when needed, and would recommend to others. I arranged to have our gutters cleaned due over flowing in places following the recent heavy rain and seeing that grass started to grow from where birds had dropped seed in recent weeks (cause of the gutters not working properly). The price quoted was very reasonable, and didn’t try to sell other work that wasn’t required when attending the property. Scott turned up and carried out a visual of the gutters, very polite and well-spoken when explaining things. He advised that our neighbours (semi-detached) had asbestos guttering still and would need to inspect our gutter further when up a ladder whether he could proceed on the day or if needed to come back with safety/protective equipment. Thankfully was able to proceed. Quick and efficient gutter cleaning using ladders and large vacuum (much faster that I had anticipated it to take) and he also checked the down pipes for any blockage. While up the ladder he noticed one of the end facia brackets was broken and causing the pipe to droop slightly. Removed and reinstalled with new screws to ensure gutter piece was back where it should have been. He also advised costings of other work when asked (roof cleaning), how long various repairs/cleans should last, and when during the year its best to do. This transparency really helps when considering value and work. Excellent service from Scott throughout the appointment.

It was quick and easy to contact The Guttering Repair People over the phone. They explained their cost structure and we made an appointment for them to visit. Scott duly arrived exactly on time, introduced himself and inspected the gutter where it was leaking. He quickly found the cause and explained the problem to me. Scott, a polite and friendly gentleman, did a first class job in cleaning the gutters, soffit and fascia boards of our house. He took photos to prove the high quality finish of his work, which he sent by text to his employers, who in turn forwarded them on to me. I’m well past the UK pension age, so the photos reassured me that the job was well done without me having to climb two stories up a ladder to inspect the work. Also, in response to my query about the company having public liability insurance, it e mailed me a copy of the relevant insurance certificate straight away. Mike and his colleague arrived on the scheduled day (3 hours earlier than expected, but I think that was an error by their office). They were well equipped for the job of cleaning high gutters on our house and garage and moss on our garage roof. They worked professionally and quickly. They dealt effectively with a problem of gutter alignment caused by a patch of rot in a fascia board. It's obviously difficult to judge the outcome of most of their work, especially on a dry day, but the garage roof looks really clean, and I suspect that the gutters are in much better shape. I felt that the price charged, which matched Mike's earlier quote, was reasonable for around 3 hours of professional work. Mike and colleague were very pleasant to deal with. On the basis of what I have seen so far, I am happy to recommend this firm and would deal with them again.

I was happy for him to do so and complete the clearance, which had a blockage in the downpipe, hopefully curing the overflowing issue I had. He completed work quickly and efficiently. I inquired work regarding gutter replacement with new upvc facia and soffit. He gave me a quote on the spot, which I am giving consideration.

I was impressed with the speedy response I got to the phone call I made to them. It was conducted in a very efficient and professional manner and quoted on the basis of looking at my house via Google maps and asking me questions about the rear of the house. They turned up on the day and at the time agreed and the workman not only did the job very tidily with a suction machine as agreed but advised me about an overflowing downpipe, cleared as much as possible, and advised me how to deal with it further. He also replaced a broken Union and left me with an invoice to pay by BACS. I did think the service was rather expensive but they did it quickly as required.

I've used this firm twice, with Scott doing the work each time. Scott was pleasant, punctual and did the work to my satisfaction. The first job was to clean the gutters, which I hoped would stop the gutter at the rear of the house from overflowing at a particular point in heavy rain. Scott said the cleaning wouldn't be enough as the section of gutter fitted when the house was extended was sloping the wrong way. He came back last week to realign that section. I will need to wait for heavy rain again to confirm the fix, but the work has a 12-month guarantee so I'm confident in the work done.

I called to make an appointment for the gutters to be cleared and inspected. As I expected, the cast iron downpipe was cracked and I was given a quote for replacement with a cast iron look alike. Scott was careful to ensure he knew what type of guttering and downpipe I wanted and he and Chris have done an excellent job; I am very pleased with the replacement which looks just like the original cast iron. We called The Gutter Cleaning People after receiving a flyer through our door, and then doing some research-customer reviews etc. We noted they repaired gutters as well as cleaning them. The engineer named Scott arrived at the pre-arranged time and diagnosed the cause of our gutter leak, and left us an estimate should we wish to have the work done, there was a charge for this visit, which would be deducted from the repair work bill should we go ahead. We agreed and once again Scott arrived on time, was courteous and professional and replaced a length of gutter as agreed. From my experience, I would recommend The Gutter Cleaning People.

I had an issue with leaking guttering when it rained heavily. Contact TheGutterLeaningPeople based in Reading and appointment arranged for 27 July 2020 to quote. They came out and from visual inspection from the ground said the guttering needs aligning and gave me the quote. I phoned the office next day and arranged for work to be carried out on 12 August 2020. The same guy came and this is where the service plummeted. He said more work needed completing and also said the guttering was blocked. This was incorrect as I had already been up my ladder and then he turned around and said the guttering did not need clearing. He also admitted he had made a mistake and someone from the company would ring me. Nobody called so I contacted them again and was told my call would be returned. Needlessly to say I received no return call. From my own experience of dealing with this Company, I would personally recommend that you avoid employing of them. They misquoted me, tried to get unnecessary work completed and did not return my calls.

I would highly recommend the quick professional and efficient service supplied by The Gutter People. Scott and his mate very quickly cleared to very badly blocked downspouts (that I had already had someone else try to clear without success). They also cleaned out the horizontal runs. The work was completed surprisingly quickly such the the estated price dropped during the afternoon! When a fitting broke, they replaced it immediately at no cost. Obviously we need to see that everything works well under very heavy rains but very pleased with the way the booking and work went

I used this company for gutter cleaning of all guttering on a 4-bed house which also has dormer windows with guttering to the side of the dormers. They turned up on time, were polite, and efficient using their hoover to clean the gutters, and their photos afterwards showed they were clean. I saw them test the downpipes for drainage at the rear of the house, but not the front. They were finished in 1 hour exactly, and it cost £180, which I thought was a little expensive.

Easy for the quote, lovely people (Scott) & did not leave any mess which is a really good sign! Will definitely be using them again.

Straight forward to book service though a bit of a wait before the work could be carried out; however on the day, Scott turned up on time and vacuumed our front and rear gutters clear of 18 months worth of pine needles (a serious nuisance for many Bracknell residents). The job was was carried out very thoroughly, quickly and mess free - the pine needles went away inside the vacuum cleaner. Would definitely book again, altogether a good experience.

Basically they do what they say on the tin - clean gutters! A leaflet was dropped through the door - I don't usually look at bits of paper touting for work but this one looked more professional, and gave a web address as well as the Which? seal of approval, so I looked up their website and then spoke to their office. Was very impressed by the fact they looked at my property on Google Earth and were able to tell me which gutters were most likely to be a problem! Additional services were offered on the website but I didn't take any of these. The estimate was about what I expected (as I'd checked with a friend who'd had her's done by someone else), so we went ahead. Scott was cheerful, well presented and very user-friendly. He arrived on time and just got on with it. Apparently a couple of clips on the gutters needed to be put back but nothing major needed to be done and he said the job took less time than planned (so he gave a small discount on the full price).

Chris was a thoroughly nice bloke who simply got on with the job and was quick and professional. He chatted through what he was doing and what we required. I have invited him back to complete the repairs he suggested and would happily recommend him and The Gutter Cleaning People to anyone. Very pleased.

I have had nothing but positive experience with the Gutter Cleaning People, who have installed a complete new guttering on our house. Scott, the fitter, came in before the lockdown to provide us with a quote, and spent a considerable amount of time to evaluate the required work, and finally provided us with a quote that he promised is locked on and will be honoured for 3 months. Then the lockdown happened. After some of the restrictions were lifted I contacted The Gutter Cleaning People and was delighted to find that the quote would still be honoured. We therefore set up a date, and Scott and Chris arrived at the appointed time and completed the work within an afternoon as promised. It looks great and I could not be pleased more. Very nice, knowledgeable and capable fitters. Could not be happier. Highly recommended.

Scott came along a couple of weeks ago and quoted to clean and do minor repairs on 19 house in our cul de sac then after giving a great value quote (we didn't even bother to get a 2nd quote we were so pleased) he and his colleague came back and did a superb, efficient and tidy job even in the rain, but due to the torrential rain they had to leave "early" at 5.00 pm but were back the next morning to finish the job. 19 very happy owners! Can't recommend them highly enough, just great.

Had an appointment at 1pm to clean out our gutters. Arrived spot on time and completed expeditiously. Left everywhere clean and tidy and even took away our old "hedgehogs".

Scott arrived on time, quickly assessed the job and got to work in a quiet , and friendly manner. He efficiently cleaned our gutters some of which were difficult to access. On completion of the work, he gave me a detailed brief as to what he had done and where there might be possible problems to watch out for in the future.
