From the outset, this company have been totally professional, very friendly and easy to book a suitable appointment with reasonable cost. CHRIS & NOMAN arrived on time, communication is fantastic, very friendly and they went the extra mile to ensure the gutters were thoroughly cleaned and free flowing, they fixed a couple of areas where the seals had perished, and cleaned some algae from one of the window sills as well, all included as part of the service with no extra charge and NO complaints or moaning from them. Absolutely Brilliant and highly recommended.

It was quick and easy to contact The Guttering Repair People over the phone. They explained their cost structure and we made an appointment for them to visit. Scott duly arrived exactly on time, introduced himself and inspected the gutter where it was leaking. He quickly found the cause and explained the problem to me. He proceeded to carry out the repair, clean and reattach the gutter union. The work was carried out efficiently and Scott was very polite, friendly and professional. The cost of the repair represented very good value. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service provided by this company and, based on my experience, would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The 2 tradesmen, Chris and Noman did a super job. Arrived on time, explained what they would do. Completed the job and tidied up all round. Double checked everything. Could not recommend this company and staff higher. 5 Star all round. “Well Done”

I felt the customer service from this company was very poor. Two people attended my property to quote for a gutter repair job. I was advised that I only needed the gutters to be cleared and the cost quoted was £200 for two gutters. The £40 mandatory call out fee would be taken into account and deducted from the bill should I wish to proceed. One of the two people who attended my property was polite and the other was blunt to the point of rudeness. In the end I asked another local company to quote for the work. I had to pay £40 for a 5 minute chat and some pictures when they were on their way back through from another job anyway and decided to bring my appointment forward a few weeks to suit this. Just not happy with the overall experience or how I was dealt with or their pricing structures.

Scott and Chris did a great job, they arrived promptly, worked very quietly and were friendly and nice to deal with.

Guttering on two storeys needed clearing and repairs. Scott and Chris arrived at the agreed time and completed the work quickly and efficiently, and were polite, helpful and friendly to deal with. We have had rain since the work was done and there are no signs of leaking or any other problems. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I cannot rate the company and their two technicians Chris and Norman high enough. Last November I contacted three companies to quote for this work. This company stood out from the rest , from initial meeting to firm quotation. They listened to my requirements , made helpful suggestions and quickly sent their quotation. Between 12/2024 and 4/2025, I noticed some tiles on my ajoining garage needed re- cementing, and asked them to add this to their planned work, expecting to pay extra for it. Chris and Norman, the technicians who came to do the work , were polite, worked hard, were extremely professional and carried out the work to a high standard. They carried out the additional work I requested and also found extra tiles that needed cementing. When I paid the bill, I found they had not charged for this extra work. In addition, the Biocide treatment that they had applied to the house and garage roofs was guaranteed for 5 years with an accompanying Certificate! None of the other companies who quoted for similar work offered this. A top company with top employees.

Scott arrived on time, quickly assessed the job and got to work in a quiet , and friendly manner. He efficiently cleaned our gutters some of which were difficult to access. On completion of the work, he gave me a detailed brief as to what he had done and where there might be possible problems to watch out for in the future. We needed to get our gutters cleaned and after phones a couple of companies who didn’t come back to us, we got in touch with the gutter people. We agreed a date and time, and the work to be done, Scott arrived on time, carried out the work, took away the debris quickly and efficiently all within an hour.

I was impressed when Scott came to provide a quotation by the fact that he got out his ladders and inspected all the gutters and the roof before deciding on the figure. Both he and Chris arrived at the appointed time to carry out the work which they did thoroughly, without fuss and with no disruption to us - apart from the unavoidable noise when scraping moss from the roof. When they departed all the debris had gone and the patio and driveway were clean. A well done job carried out with no fuss. Thoroughly recommended.
