With many years of combined experience, our services are split between maintaining existing guttering by providing gutter clearance, gutter repairs and providing installations of guttering, fascia's and soffits.
We can repair, paint or clean soffits and fascia's, and we also provide a roof moss removal service.
We are committed to the highest levels of customer service and skilled workmanship. Our reputation and the quality of the work we carry out is of paramount importance.
We undertake both domestic and commercial work and hold full public liability insurance. Safety is always of paramount concern whilst working on site and all our technicians are fully trained.
Where we are able to use ladders we will take pictures of the gutters once they are clear so that you know the work has been carried out properly.
All our installation work comes with a 3 year guarantee on parts and fitting.
Clearance work is covered by a 3 month guarantee and our repair work is covered by a 6 month guarantee.

Basically they do what they say on the tin - clean gutters! A leaflet was dropped through the door - I don't usually look at bits of paper touting for work but this one looked more professional, and gave a web address as well as the Which? seal of approval, so I looked up their website and then spoke to their office. Was very impressed by the fact they looked at my property on Google Earth and were able to tell me which gutters were most likely to be a problem! Additional services were offered on the website but I didn't take any of these. The estimate was about what I expected (as I'd checked with a friend who'd had her's done by someone else), so we went ahead. Scott was cheerful, well presented and very user-friendly. He arrived on time and just got on with it. Apparently a couple of clips on the gutters needed to be put back but nothing major needed to be done and he said the job took less time than planned (so he gave a small discount on the full price).

We had our gutters cleared by Chris who arrived on time. He explained what he was going to do. This was both cleaning the gutters and looking for any problems. The work was undertaken without delay and following completion he explained what he had done and issues found. These were only minor - gutter clips unfastened which he fastened on the spot. The price was as agreed when booking the job. Chris was professional, friendly and efficient and I will use the company again.

They arrived ahead of schedule and explained the work that was to be carried out and how it would be done. Both operatives Chris and Noman were polite and got on with the clearing of the gutters, cleaning them, the facia and soffits. they work well as a team and finished the work in good time leaving no mess to be cleared up. The work was carried out to a very satisfactory standard, and I would have no problem in recommending this company. This is the second time in three years I have used them for this work and on both occasions have been very satisfied with the standard of the work. The cost of the work was reasonable. I am considering having them return in the spring to remove moss from the roof of the house.

I have my gutters cleaned out each year by this company. They turn up on time, are polite, friendly and helpful and leave no mess. The price seems reasonable and the advice I am given is always helpful. This year I asked about a blocked downpipe and two dripping gutters. The dripping gutters have been addressed, plus I have a quote for replacement if the problem recurs. I was advised to talk to a drains company for the downpipe. I have since done so and they were right, the drains guy was needed. I trust this company and that's important to me.

We are very pleased with the work carried out by Chris and Norman to clear the moss from our roof and to clear all the guttering of leaves and debris. They were friendly and professional and before starting explained what work they would do and how it was to be done. They paid a great deal of attention to detail, thoroughly cleared the moss from the roof, applied a biocide, and cleared the guttering. They kept us informed during the work, and cleared away the moss, leaves and debris that had been removed. They advised us about the option of retreating the roof in the future if we so desired. The roof and guttering look so much better thanks to their excellent work. We would have no hesitation in recommending the Gutter Cleaning People to anyone who needs similar work done.
