From start to finish, The Kitchen Gallery has been amazing. Tracey and Kim are so welcoming and friendly, you feel like you’ve known them forever. Damo the filter was fanatic and did a brilliant job. We were without a kitchen for a couple of weeks but the end result made it worth it. I couldn’t be happier, it looks stunning!

From start to finish, we cannot fault this company, Tracey/CAD, Kim measure, design ideas, Damon kitchen fitter extraordinaire, his mate Harley, plasterer Sam and electrician Paula, YOU ROCK!! We love our new 'forever' kitchen. Thank you so much to all of you. The work was carried out on time and within budget. We are awaiting some internal hinge covers from Hotpoint, but this doesn't affect the overall look of the kitchen at all.

The project was the rip out of the entire existing kitchen, the design and installation of a newly configured kitchen including replastering throughout. We are completely satisfied with our new kitchen, and the whole experience was first rate. All members of the team were brilliant, from owner, sales and admin team, project manager, electrician, painters, and plasterers. The job was completed to budget and within the initial time schedule. The trades people were also able to complete a few jobs additional to the initial installation, and went the extra mile to put right any complications encountered. I cannot recommend the team enough.

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen. From the moment we entered the Kitchen Gallery Tracey was so helpful and knowledgable about everything. we had several designs before we settled on the one we wanted. Kim measured up and was spot on everything fitted perfectly. Damon was a pleasure to deal with and he is so precise and professional, he was on time every day. He made sure the electrician and plasterers arrived when needed and they were equally efficent and professional and have done a great job . Will be recommending this team to everyone we know .Thanks again for an excellent service and lovely kitchen.

Everyone was great,from the first time going to the shop to have a look around, to helping with concerns over the original layout and revising the plans. The finish product is better than expected. Fantastic family run business. Highly recommended.

Really helpful in the design of our kitchen. Installation was done very well by fitter who we could trust to leave alone in the house and who consulted with us every step of the way. It was quite by chance that we discovered them - the tiler who did our bathroom told us his brother-in-law worked for Kitchen Creations. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We had a really good experience with the Kitchen Gallery and our new kitchen is beautiful and lovely to cook in. The whole process from Kim and Tracy doing the design, and installation by Phil and his team, was very good. They listened to what we wanted, made helpful suggestions and the attention to detail was great. We especially love our oak breakfast bar work top which Phil fitted and cut to shape with beautiful curved corners. We also really appreciated the excellent communication at all stages, so it was a much less stressful experience than we expected.

Tracy was firstly involved in our new kitchen and Hallway and she designed this brilliantly ensuring it was to our needs with no pressure selling. The work was surveyed by Kim and always kept us informed of what was happening. Plastering, electrical, plumbing, joinery and fitting all organised by Kim and his team and all tradesmen arrived as scheduled and kept work area clean and tidy. Special thanks to Phil for all his excellent fitting of all the units and for resolving any issues promptly and efficiently. Thanks to Kim, Tracy, Phil and all involved. We love our new kitchen, it looks great. From start to finish, Kim and the team were very organised, offered good advice on planning and explained each stage of the work as it was carried out. No problems at all. You hear so many nightmare stories about kitchen companies and fitters, but these lads and lasses know what they're doing. Finish was spot on, clean workers and always on time. We had to wait a few months for a start date; but that just shows how busy they are and gives you confidence that they are a good company. We would not hesitate to recommend The Kitchen Gallery. From the moment Kim walked through our door to give us a quote we knew we would be working with The Kitchen Gallery for our new kitchen. Kim put us at ease straight away, offered helpful suggestions and guided us through the decision-making. We met Tracey in the shop when we went to pick out fittings - again she put us at ease and spoke to us about our options. The fitting process went incredibly smoothly, Damo was amazing - fantastic attention to detail and kept us fully informed of any changes or alterations that needed to be done - as well as advising us on the kitchen finish itself and coming back to complete the fit after our new floor had been installed. We are absolutely over the moon with our new kitchen, the finished product is amazing but the whole process was a refreshingly good experience! We have recommended The Kitchen Gallery to other people who are thinking of having their kitchen done - we couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely delighted with new kitchen! The Kitchen Gallery were at all times attentive and responsive to our requirements throughout the whole process from early stage design through to installation. Installation team led by Damo was first class - Damo's eye for detail and accuracy was particularly impressive - he's even more pedantic than me which is exactly the approach you want for a new kitchen installation in my view! Any problems which arose (which are inevitable on a project such as this) were dealt with sensitively and efficiently. Very good value for money and the kitchen was delivered on budget. I would highly recommend the Kitchen Gallery to anyone looking to replace or upgrade their kitchen.

A good experience from start to finish thanks to Kim and Tracy for their advice and planning. Also to Phil for the fitting, the plastering team, Jay and his colleague, the electricians after the hold up because our cookers did not arrive on time (from a different supplier and due to Covid restrictions). Cookers delivered late Saturday afternoon I contacted Kim on Monday and Jay and his colleague came the next day, Tuesday and fitted them. A big thank you to all the team for a good job and a good experience.

My original kitchen was about thirty years old, with cables to the washing machine and cooker dangling from the wall sockets. During the initial quotation Kim stated that the cables would be enclosed in the new design. Now the kitchen is much tidier and easier for us to operate the appliances. The installation and completion were on time. I highly recommended the work force who installed the units, leaving very little mess for us to clean up.

From our first enquiry we were impressed by the knowledge and care Kim, Tracey and their team displayed. We were made to feel so welcome in their lovely showroom. Their advice was invaluable and they were kind, reliable and kept in touch with us throughout the whole process. Their designs really helped us picture exactly what we wanted and they were quick to respond when we had questions or changes in mind. We had a full kitchen refit with plastering, appliances and electrical work. The work itself was on time and on budget, every member of the team was helpful and courteous. Even the collection of the waste at the end of the project was done with great care. We are so happy with the work and would definitely recommend The Kitchen Gallery.

The kitchen gallery have just completed installation of a new kitchen for me, the whole process went very smoothly and on time. The outline design looked good and the final product looks really good, they helped give me just what I wanted, the fitters worked quickly and left it all nice and tidy, I’m very pleased that I went with them and would have no reservations about recommending them

Work started as planned on the seventh of February. From the very beginning the work done was extremely professional with fitters Damian and his helper Perry referring to us and communicating with us the whole time. They kept to the schedule even though extra work needed doing i.e. replacing missing floor joist and the whole kitchen floor. Damian worked long hours and was always very efficient and Paula the electrician did a fine job with the electrics. The staff at kitchen galleries were extremely helpful and patient with us even though we kept changing our minds about certain things prior to work commencing. We are totally happy with the end result, and would definitely recommend them.

From start to finish we thought the service from the kitchen gallery was excellent. There were no issues with communication and the team were easy to contact by phone and email. The kitchen fitting went smoothly and issues were highlighted and remedied. They even came out a few months after the majority of the work was done to cut the plinths to size after we had the floor done. I was very impressed and would recommend them to any one considering doing their kitchen.

Kim and the team did a fantastic job with our new kitchen. In addition to fitting a new kitchen we required some building work to achieve the final result we wanted, The Kitchen Gallery arranged and coordinated the entire project and took the hassle out of having to arrange builders, plumbers and electricians ourselves. They helped and guided us with the designs to maximise the space available. Communication was great throughout the process, we always knew what was happening and when. All the work was completed to a very high standard, I'd be more than happy to recommend the company to others.

The Kitchen Gallery were recommended to us by friends and we have not been disappointed. Tracey and Kim really listened to us when describing what we wanted and added their own good suggestions, incorporating a place for our cats to eat and sleep, and our request for an oak window sill. They cheerfully accommodated the many changes we made to our plans along the way! Damo, who fitted the kitchen and utility, is an absolute star and a pleasure to have in the house. His craftsmanship and attention to detail is great, and he always asked our preferences when there were options for finishing details. Every day he left the place clean and tidy. Crucially, communication was consistently good, with our (many) questions being answered promptly. We were rather daunted by the prospect of a large (to us) house project, but the team at The Kitchen Gallery made the whole process as manageable as these things can be and we would definitely recommend them.

Despite the difficult conditions that successive lock downs and Covid restrictions imposed the company were consistently professional, kind and considerate throughout. Cannot praise this company enough. From our very first visit to the show room, through the planning process, queries and eventual completion of our new kitchen and utility room. All members of the team were very helpful, knowledgeable, polite and efficient and workmanship second to none. The company removed our old kitchen, organised all plastering work, all electrical work, leading on to the complete fitting of our Kitchen and utility room. We are highly deleted with the end result and would have no hesitation in recommending Kitchen Gallery to family and friends.

Our existing kitchen was 18 years old very dated. I needed help in the design to prevent bending into difficult cupboards. Kim came to measure up ABC suggested modifications that have worked like a dream. The team arrived on time Phil the kitchen fitter was amazing his fitting skills are second to none. Paula the electrician planned the lighting to perfection. I am delighted with the result. When we visited the sales office to pick the units Tracey and Kim were so professional and friendly. They helped with choice of white goods, the choice was spot on. They also recommended the larger units as I was loosing some cupboard space due to a large integral fridge freezer I had decided on. The work was done on budget. A unit had to be replaced as it was damaged it was done immediately. Kim recommended a tiler and he was a perfectionist. Everything was done professionally and the finished product is amazing. I love my kitchen, no more bending and lots of storage. Finished off to a very high standard. Thank you Kitchen Gallery.

Nothing was too much trouble for the Kitchen Gallery right from the design from Tracy to completing the installation. Tracy made us feel right at home & this is why we chose them. The fitters were great and very efficient. Every problem they came across was handled superbly and nothing was too much trouble. We had to have two walls & the ceiling plastered which they did beforehand. They were always early each day which made the installation go exceptionally well and on-time. We had a problem getting some of the appliances we wanted (not their fault) but Kim was right on the ball and obtained alternatives that were just as good (some even better). We are really pleased with our new kitchen and would say to anyone thinking of using The Kitchen Gallery, don't hesitate they will not let you down.

I am delighted with my new kitchen and would highly recommend the whole Kitchen Gallery team. Kim and Tracey were very patient and professional in sorting out my alterations and design. The fitter Phil was very conscientious and nothing was too much trouble - he has done a brilliant job. I was a bit concerned with lockdown and living in Nottinghamshire that there may be issues, I needn't have worried. Kim kept on top of things and everything was completed perfectly on time.

We have just had a completely new kitchen and utility room designed and constructed by Kitchen Gallery and are absolutely delighted with the results. From the very start of our project, we have been very impressed with their friendly and professional service. Tracey and Kim listened carefully to our requirements and worked with us to achieve the functionality, style and comfort that we wanted. Our expert kitchen fitter, Damo, is a master craftsman and everything was cut to size and fitted to perfection! As we also wanted to have a wet underfloor heating system fitted as part of the overall refurb, careful project management was required and delivered by Kim who liaised efficiently with plumbers and flooring fitters. Build quality very good, excellent value for money. We highly recommend them.

We're ecstatic! Over the moon and well impressed with our new kitchen! Well, what a pleasant experience, such professionalism but with friendliness and a personal touch all the way through. From the first walk into their showroom we knew they were the right company for us. Options galore but no forcing down any route. Zero pressure or push to sign up. So it all started out great, and carried on great. Kim arriving to measure up and talk technical all went well and inspired confidence, the building works, removing a wall, electrics and gas work all done to spec and without a single issue from our side. Problems arose, as you would expect, but options and solutions were offered at the same time and each of the guys were happy to talk through the problems or options and let us come to the decision with no issues. And leaving Damo the fitter, to last as, what a guy, superb skills, personable and a perfectionist. Always wanting to make the best job for us, from chatting through the problems to a solution down to his excellent silicone/calking skills. A big thanks from us to Damo! We've had a fair few trades people/companies over the years. Not many we would have back. But if we need a kitchen in the future we know where we're going to come! After working with the team to design my kitchen I was helped and supported to pick something that was right for me. With little knowledge and experience in new kitchens the team guided me to pick something and I am delighted with the outcome. This was part of a major transformation in my home and the Kitchen Gallery worked with the company completing building redesign to ensure work was completed in a timely manner with minimum disruption and to my complete satisfaction. The work done is of a high standard and the products I chose are excellent quality. I would definitely recommend anyone thinking of a new kitchen taking a trip to the showroom!

After visiting many kitchen showrooms we were extremely impressed with the service provided during our first visit to The Kitchen Gallery, Sheffield. We spoke with Tracey who gave us advice on Kitchen styles, colours and outlined the whole fitting procedure, we met Kim when he came to measure and plan our dream kitchen, very professional and detailed plan, all computer generated which gave us the perfect view to agree and change to our exact requirements as and when we wanted, nothing was too much trouble, every phone call or email was dealt with effectively and efficiently. Damo was our fitter and he is an extremely conscientious well skilled fitter, he takes immense pride in his work, Damo was joined by Joe who is also a well skilled fitter and takes great pride in his work, can we also thank Paula the electrician, excellent work with limited disturbance during the build. Picking a kitchen company to spend lots of money with is a big decision for anyone. There is such a wide choice out there and there is no doubt it can be a bit of a minefield. Thankfully, we chose probably one of the best, if not the best.From the very moment we walked into the showroom we had a good feeling about the quality and professionalism of this company.Within a few days they had a good understanding of what we wanted and they showed us what was possible.We went for a Laura Ashley kitchen and they have given us a service which we think was second to none.The fitting service was amazing, such attention to detail and extremely helpful with aspects of the preparation which we had decided to do for ourselves. The kitchen is very solid in its construction and design and it feels like it will last a lifetime.We have had no reason to call them back for any problems, but I feel sure that if there had been any, they would have been right there to sort it. The Kitchen Gallery Sheffield have certainly made the experience of having a new kitchen the least stressful as is possible with the disruption it can cause to everyday living. We now have an amazing kitchen & dining room and its all thanks to The Kitchen Gallery. We received an excellent service every step of the way from walking into the showroom meeting Tracey & Kim to the kitchen being completed. Damo carried out work for the kitchen and dining room with absolutely fantastic results, Damo takes real pride in his work and is a perfectionist which is definitely what you want. We are over the moon! Every workman that came through our door was professional, friendly, personable and completely trustworthy. We knew exactly who was coming & when, they were punctual and communicated well all through the process and our kitchen was left clean and tidy every evening. To our amazement the whole job took just 3 weeks! The only remnants of our old kitchen/dining room is the boiler, windows and patio door... so it was a big job, and has been carried out to a very high standard. Like others we popped in to Kitchen Gallery as one of many showrooms we visited. Tracey was so friendly and helpful that we simply stopped looking elsewhere and stayed. Kitchen Gallery sell Symphony kitchens, which is not restrictive as there are different styles and price ranges. We chose a style and colour and a quartz worktop. Kim came and measured carefully and gave lots of advice and suggestions. Then we went back several times and changed things - Kim and Tracey were very patient! The fitting was done mainly by the very experienced Phil - he found woodworm damage in part of the floor, but took out the wood and replaced it in no time and it didn't slow the work. The whole job took almost three weeks, which was exactly as planned because we needed plastering and wiring work plus the floor, and it takes several days to measure and make a quartz worktop. We firstly went down to the kitchen gallery showroom on London Road to get some ideas of what we wanted as we went in with an open mind. Kim was very helpful and showed us different options. He came out and measured up and drew us different plans which changed several times but Kim was extremely patient. I eventually chose and we were happy with the quote although we never felt the need to go anywhere else so didn’t get prices elsewhere. We set a date as we were going on holiday and all the work was done during this time leaving Damo in charge of our property. Wow! What a surprise we came home too. It was practically done when we returned. The house was spotless. They did it from start to finish. Ripped it out and did all the building, plastering, electrics etc all in 2 weeks. No mess to come home too. Definitely the way to do it!! Couldn’t praise them enough. Extremely professional and trustworthy. Had to have them back for minor things(these things happen) but nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend. Wouldn’t think twice about using them again. Thank you. Highly recommended. We had a new kitchen supplied including fitting & we are delighted with the quality & service throughout. They have a great showroom where Kim talked is through the options with an honest explanation of the quality of each range. He made helpful suggestions without taking over & this helped our final design. The work was completed on time - in fact it was delayed due to our builder & Kim took this in his stride. We did visit two other retailers but neither came close in terms of range, quality, knowledge & sheer helpfulness & we quickly decided to stick with Kitchen Gallery. Lovely people & reliable. We used The Kitchen Gallery to remove our old kitchen and refit a new one- including all building work - electrics, plumbing, gas and plastering. Kim was helpful with quoting and providing a free design, amended a couple of times to suit our changes. Damo fitted the kitchen and was both friendly and professional and did a great, high quality job with the units and wooden worktops. Like any job, there were a couple of niggles which were sorted very quickly and effectively- which is the sign of a great company. We would highly recommend The Kitchen Gallery in Sheffield to anybody who, like us, would prefer to support a local independent business rather than one of the 'big boys'. Thanks Again.

Kim and his team were great from the first visit. It took awhile to sort through the myriad of choices and design options. They were always happy to suggest solutions when we were stuck and were not afraid to give us a gentle prod if we were making mistakes they had seen others make. The kitchen fitter was a gem who had a real attention to getting the details spot on. Any issues were spotted by the fitter and resolved promptly without our intervention. The worktops took 3 visits to complete but the guys wanted to get everything spot on, avoiding any shortcuts. The result is a great Kitchen.

From the visit to the showroom to the survey,advice about different layout we already had and different units managing the whole project Kim was great. Very knowledgeable with fab suggestions. Just had our Kitchen done by Sheffield Kitchen Gallery and we are absolutely thrilled. It is not an exaggeration to say it has transformed the whole house. The Kitchen Gallery Sheffield are true crafts people. They are honest and transparent (no hard sell) and importantly true to their word. They finished exactly on time to the best possible standard. Damo (the fitter) was a true perfectionist paying more attention to details than we would ourselves. Kim (project manager) managed to perfection. We didn't have a moments worry throughout the whole project. If you are thinking of using them we don't believe you could do better.

We can only repeat everything the previous reviewers have said. We looked on the refurbishment of our kitchen with trepidation, we expected 2 weeks of absolute hell. We can only thank the whole team and especially Damo (the fitter) for the way they made the experience bearable. They are an excellent professional team of people. The standard of the workmanship is second to none, the quality of the Symphony and Laura Ashley cabinets is exceptional. The price is very reasonable for the quality of kitchen and the high standard of fitting as compared with other companies. The Kitchen Gallery team are certainly a happy, highly organised bunch of people, we would recommend them to everyone. Thanks to Kim and his team.

Where to begin? a 100 year old house desperately needing some Kitchen TLC. So back to basics and back to brick! Removal of, doors, walls, windows, an awkward chimney breast and falling ceilings. Enter Kim and The Kitchen Gallery Crew to the rescue, New electrics including spots,pendants,sockets,switches and extras where needed, Next Gas & plumbing to suit new layout, then the plastering ceilings,walls,recesses and niches an all outer walls damp proofed. Then the actual kitchen fit! Beautifully designed by Kim and constucted by a very very patient fitter, Then along can the granite mob fitting exceptionally cut Quartz and Granite. The Kitchen was transformed from an Ugly Duckling to a Regal Swan. Thank you sooooo much, to Kim for his patience and expertise, The Electrician for her electrical wizardry, The Gas man & Plumber for making the house warm again, The Plasterers for their Icing perfect plastering, The Granite lads for their fitting Technics and an extra thank you to Phil for his 'No Problem' approach to fitting what was a very difficult project with an even more difficult customer. I love my kitchen and can't believe its mine, I would highly recommend anyone to use The Kitchen Gallery, You will not be disappointed.

Kim and Tracey made it all so easy. Kim quickly understood what I wanted , and then came up with the inspiration......I use that word advisedly. He is knowledgeable, good at design, and experienced. I am thrilled with the flat front wooden doors that all look slightly different, so the kitchen blends beautifully into the sitting room. Daemo took a lot of care fitting it, and it shows. Tracey was always cheerful, endlessly helpful and competent. Wouldn’t life be wonderful if all new kitchens came with such happy memories. Of course I would unreservedly recommend them. If there was 10 stars I would have given 10,cannot recommend kitchen gallery enough what a fantastic company and amazing staff they have , we needed to worry about ...NOTHING if we changed our minds on any little thing or added anything Kim was more than helpful helping us make decisions for our choices. We got loads of quotes from different companies and in the end chose The Kitchen Gallery and we are glad we did! The quality and price was brilliant. Tracey and Kim were so helpful and all the guys that fitted the kitchen were very professional and nothing was too much trouble. We had everything done, the kitchen needed to be stripped right back to brick, ceiling lowered, floor levelled, re-wire the electrics, re-plumb the water works, re-arrange gas connections and plastered. From planning to fitting Kim and Tracey were amazing, we had a rough idea of how we wanted the kitchen to look, the key features were a range cooker, Belfast sink, ivory units and black stone worktop. Just had my kitchen fitted by the kitchen gallery and from the moment we walked through the door to the completed fittings all I have experienced is friendly honest and professional service. I have had several other tradesmen in my home as I have been renovating other areas and they have all commented on the craftsmanship of the fitting. I couldn't get time off work to be around whilst they fitting took place and as we was going along some things didn't work as we first planned but this was not and issue is was sorted the same day. I am very particular who I have in my home but I trusted these people 100%. If you are looking for a new kitchen if you go with this company you will not be disappointed.

Just had my kitchen installed bye this company.From meeting Kim & Tracy to the kitchen being installed by Adrien who was a brilliant fitter he was amazing the workmanship was outstanding.The overall cost was unbelievable.I would highly recommend the Kitchen Gallery to anyone who is wanting any work doing they will not be disappointed in this company with the price and quality of work. After looking and getting quotes from quite a few traders, we decided to pop into the Kitchen Gallery. We are so glad that we did. Kim and Tracey took us through the process of choosing the kitchen we wanted, from doors to tap. They made great suggestions, which we took on board, and are so glad that we did. We found the quote that they gave us very reasonable and there were no hidden extras, as we had found with other companies. When it came to the fitting, Daiman and the other tradesman were great and couldn't have worked harder. They were all so friendly and helpful. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and have already recommended the Kitchen Gallery to a friend, and will be glad to do so to others in the future.

The Kitchen Gallery Sheffield (TKGS) were excellent in helping us to plan our new kitchen; guiding us through design decisions and assisting us with numerous choices on units, carcassing and appliances. Commercially, TKGS were straightforward and open, itemising their quotation and being approachable with ideas on how we could make our kitchen the best we could for our available budget. The fitters were fantastic; really rolled their sleeves up, did a good job in an efficient manner and were very polite and courteous whilst doing so. I can recommend The Kitchen Gallery Sheffield.

I'm really enjoying our beautiful new replacement worktops which have given our kitchen a new lease of life. Kim who measured up and advised us what could be done, and Phil the fitter were both very knowledgeable and professional and did a great job. Phil refitted our existing sink and hob into the new work tops which made it more affordable.

We are in the process of refurbishing our early Victorian house and had agreed a design with Kim some two years ago.We paused for breath and told Kim we would be back! We had worked up the initial designs with Kim in conjunction with our concept designer and Kim was happy to work in tandem with her and ourselves, blending his technical knowledge and expertise with the concept to make the project a reality. Two years later we returned to complete the kitchen ! However in the meantime Kim had started stocking the Laura Ashley range, and despite several previous iterations, Kim was as enthusiastic as ourselves in amending the designs to suit the new range.We asked for some non standard components to suit our requirements, and Kim liaised with the supplier and ourselves to successfully introduce a blend of curves into the design. The new kitchen was to be fitted into a completely refurbished and insulated space .Timing of the project was critical in ensuring the refurbished space was completed in time to take delivery and fitting of the kitchen to the agreed timescale. Kim was very proactive in liaising with our contractors to ensure the project ran to timescale and budget.The actual fitting of the kitchen happened right on schedule and his fitters were professional and expert.Their good humour and unobtrusiveness were key in delivering the project to our satisfaction. The result is a great looking kitchen, good quality and all delivered to an agreed budget.

We contracted the Kitchen Gallery team to fit our new kitchen early in 2018. We were well-looked after right from the initial consultation stage, and the quote was very reasonable. Ours is a relatively old, terrace house and the nature of the house threw up a few unforeseen problems in the early stages. The Kitchen Gallery team dealt with all these challenges effectively and responsibly, and the result was a fantastic kitchen that we are still delighted with several weeks on. I was pleased by both the attitude of the team and all the work carried out, and I would certainly use them again.
