The contractor put the shower unit in within 4 days and with a minimum of fuss. There was no mess and what there was, was cleaned up very quickly and they left the bathroom very clean. There was a small leak occured about a couple of months later but they came back within an hour , diagnosed the problem and fixed it straight away. We were very pleased with the result.

With a broken electric shower and damaged bath panel, Michaels team did a great job installed a digital shower, replacing tiles and fitting a new bath panel. From quote to completion was less than 4 weeks. Good communication and considerate to our requirements.

Mike was great to deal with setting things up - understood exactly what we wanted and gave good quality advice without trying to 'upsell' anything. Having the work completed during the week was really comfortable - with very good quality workers who were a pleasure to have around and worked meticulously to provide an excellent finish. I have no doubt that, when we move on from our kitchen to our bedroom or bathroom, Mike will be the first person we call.

We asked for work that was non-standard but Michael took this in his stride and completed everything we wanted. Any problems he sorted out quickly and without fuss. Only problem we have is that all he could have done is now completed. Happy to endorse his reliability and workmanship.

The Kitchen Magician converted an unusually shaped bedroom into a dressing room. They talked us through the design and best use of the space with great attention to detail. The work was carried out carefully, turning up when they said they would, leaving the place clean and tidy when finished. We recently had some custom built, fitted wardrobes installed by the Kitchen Magician and we are extremely pleased with the results! Michael has been brilliant from the start - he is very professional and gave us much appreciated advice to help us through the journey. Michael and Tara, were very patient and supportive when it came to us choosing styles and colour as it took us a while to finally make a decision on what we wanted. Michael has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish on my kitchen job. It was quite a big job as walls needed removing and everything was installed new. Michael and the team have been great at every stage. Michael really knows kitchens and how to get things right, advising on things I would not have even thought about. I have had a complete refit of a new kitchen. Michael was very helpful right from the planning stage to completion. All the tradespeople were brilliant. I had met them before too as they installed a new bathroom for me a couple of years ago so I knew the standard of work would be good. I was kept informed all the way through by Michael. He also suggested features I hadn't thought of which are great. One very happy customer!

Mike and his team recently replaced all the doors, panels and plinths in my kitchen and installed a new hob. He and his team always arrived promptly on time and Mike constantly kept me updated on progress. He also very helpfully arranged for both an electrician and a gas fitter to remove the old gas hob and replace it with a new induction one. Both of the kitchen fitters Bill and Dale were excellent. There was minimal disruption, very little mess and they always hoovered and tidied up at the end of each day. I am absolutely delighted with the work they have all done and would have no hesitation in recommending The Kitchen Magician. I would definitely go to Mike and his very professional team again for any future work.

Michael fitted a new shower tray, sliding doors and tile work in my en suite. He was very prompt, always there when he said he would be. Kept me up to date with all costs and kept to the budget. Michael organised a small alteration to our kitchen. This was a small job, but nonetheless was treated very professionally, with work completed to a high standard, on the date agreed and at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend Kitchen Magician.

Mike was very helpful initially in helping me plan and decide what to do about replacing my gas hob with an induction hob. Once decided, he organised the work in short order. He really came into his own when it was discovered that the hole for the hob in my granite top was a few mm smaller than the standard size, and would need enlarging. He managed to organise someone to come in that day to do the work, so all was completed in the day. Top marks for service, quality and value.

I have had a complete renovation of a walk-in shower facility and also new fitted furniture in a bedroom. I cannot fault the quality of the work, the friendliness of the workers, the helpful assistance in choosing what I wanted and being kept informed of progress throughout. Everything about these improvements exceeded my expectations and the cost was very reasonable. I have no hesitation in fully recommending this Company for its all round efficiency and friendliness; definitely a 10-Star service.

The team have worked on three rooms for us this year - main bathroom, en-suite and downstairs toilet. We started discussions in February and worked out our design fairly quickly - we knew we wanted to keep the layout broadly the same but also that we would have to have similar tiles, flooring units and sanitary wear across the three rooms, albeit in different colours. Mike talked us through options, let us take catalogues home and suggested alternative sites to look at as well. The fitters were friendly and cheerful, hard working and helpful. They worked quickly and the bathrooms looked great once completed. We had the bathroom and toilet completed first then 6 weeks later the en-suite. The team did a great job and Mike popped in most days to check on work and deal with any issues, queries etc. We had a couple of minor issues at the end of each process and these were dealt with by the team quickly - eg a chip on one of the cupboard doors, a slow draining sink and a non-working shower (had to get the supplier our for that as it was a faulty board in the unit, but Mike coordinated with the supplier for us). We are very pleased with the work.

What can I say about my experience with Mike (a.k.a The Kitchen Magician)? To start with, Mike is an extremely friendly, fair and trustworthy individual. From start to finish I have felt at ease and treated with the upmost respect. This was my first big tradesman job in my first home, so those aspects count for A LOT! During the consultation process Mike was very approachable and clear about what could or could not be done. This was a massive benefit for me as it helped me narrow down my choices and options on what materials and parts to choose. Throughout the job Mike was prompt and clear in his communications, and always available to answer my questions and messages. Furthermore, he has worked really hard to give me a better-than-fair price, I have saved a lot of cash on this job. The quality of the bathroom is nothing short of superb and I anticipate many happy years of use. It is really great to support a local business; even better when they are so good at what they do. I can say with 100% confidence that in the future when I need work done on a kitchen or bathroom, I will go to Mike first.

In Aril 2011, I had a complete kitchen refitted and Kitchen Magician did an excellent job This month I contact them again to replace to my Induction Hob and was please to meet again the fitter and electrician who had refitted my kitchen. Once again, thank you Kitchen Magician, you worked your magic.

I have used the Kitchen Magician several times before for different jobs and each time Mike has provided excellent advice and service. This time it was for a shower replacement for a bath. The work was carried out by very reliable and trustworthy workmen and to a very high standard. Problems were encountered during the work but I was kept informed and these problems were overcome quickly and efficiently. I have no problem recommending the Kitchen Magician for any work you should want doing wether it be for a kitchen, bedroom or bathroom. They would be my first port of call for any work I might need doing in the future.

Mike took on the job of refitting our kitchen, utility room and en-suite toilet, at short notice, after our first choice supplier had ceased trading. Mike took a lot of time to discuss our plans with us and had good ideas to improve the layout and appearance. He has a very wide knowledge of what fittings are available and insisted on the highest quality, while still working within our budget. His team of workmen were pleasant, reliable and did excellent work. When there were unexpected issues arose, they were explained, discussed and quickly resolved. Mike monitored the whole process closely, answered our questions promptly and made adjustments when we requested them. The quality of the units supplied were at least as good, if not better, than the other suppliers we considered and the detail choices (handles, lighting, wire work etc) were much wider. The job was started promptly, proceeded efficiently and Mike was also prepared to delay the final touches until we had finished decorating. Overall, we got more for our money than were expecting. In summary, we are very pleased that we found The Kitchen Magician!

Following a leak in our bathroom, we approached a number of places about replacements. From the first conversation, Mike guided and advised with knowledge, skill and honesty. We felt we knew where we were with costs and timelines throughout. His selected fitting team were brilliant. The work was project managed to completion on time and in budget and all of the work was done respectfully. We were having a heat pump installed (through our energy supplier) the following week and Mike liaised with that team to ensure that appropriate connections were all in place. We are delighted with our new bathroom. We'd have no hesitation for whenever we have future work.

A full kitchen refit with good quality fit and finish, at a very competitive price. Mike was helpful and communicative throughout, providing suggestions and presenting different options during planning, and all the contractors involved were friendly and worked to a good standard. We wanted some changes made to our kitchen which included the removal of an old and the fitting of a new sink, removing our built in fridge freezer, the installation of an enclosure to accommodate a free-standing fridge freezer, replacing a couple of cupboard units with drawer units and the removal of an old and the fitting of a new kitchen sink. Michael was professional and very knowledgeable in all aspects of the jobs which needed to be done and gave us freely of his time to ensure we got what we wanted and without any pressure whatsoever. All works were carried out by his team on time, within budget and to a very high standard.
