Mike took on the job of refitting our kitchen, utility room and en-suite toilet, at short notice, after our first choice supplier had ceased trading. Mike took a lot of time to discuss our plans with us and had good ideas to improve the layout and appearance. He has a very wide knowledge of what fittings are available and insisted on the highest quality, while still working within our budget. His team of workmen were pleasant, reliable and did excellent work. When there were unexpected issues arose, they were explained, discussed and quickly resolved. Mike monitored the whole process closely, answered our questions promptly and made adjustments when we requested them. The quality of the units supplied were at least as good, if not better, than the other suppliers we considered and the detail choices (handles, lighting, wire work etc) were much wider. The job was started promptly, proceeded efficiently and Mike was also prepared to delay the final touches until we had finished decorating. Overall, we got more for our money than were expecting. In summary, we are very pleased that we found The Kitchen Magician!

Following a leak in our bathroom, we approached a number of places about replacements. From the first conversation, Mike guided and advised with knowledge, skill and honesty. We felt we knew where we were with costs and timelines throughout. His selected fitting team were brilliant. The work was project managed to completion on time and in budget and all of the work was done respectfully. We were having a heat pump installed (through our energy supplier) the following week and Mike liaised with that team to ensure that appropriate connections were all in place. We are delighted with our new bathroom. We'd have no hesitation for whenever we have future work.

From measuring up to completion the job only took 5 weeks, which was impressive. Mike was very knowledgeable and gave good advice. The work was carried out to a high standard.

I used Kitchen Magician to remodel and refit my kitchen. It was complete removal of the existing fittings, replumb, installation of new electrics and re-plaster. Mike was knowledgeable. Giving professional and extremely helpful advice. Always available to answer any questions. A full kitchen refit with good quality fit and finish, at a very competitive price. Mike was helpful and communicative throughout, providing suggestions and presenting different options during planning, and all the contractors involved were friendly and worked to a good standard. The work also started quickly - no multi-month waits like some other providers!

We wanted some changes made to our kitchen which included the removal of an old and the fitting of a new sink, removing our built in fridge freezer, the installation of an enclosure to accommodate a free-standing fridge freezer, replacing a couple of cupboard units with drawer units and the removal of an old and the fitting of a new kitchen sink. Michael was professional and very knowledgeable in all aspects of the jobs which needed to be done and gave us freely of his time to ensure we got what we wanted and without any pressure whatsoever. All works were carried out by his team on time, within budget and to a very high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kitchen Magician to all my friends and family and would be more than happy to use the company for any works of this kind and more we might require in the future.

The last job Micheal did for us was to replace a kitchen tap. No big deal you might think but over the last 12 years Micheal and his team have installed a new kitchen, remodelled our lounge and dining room by removing a fire place and laying a timber floor, installed built in wardrobes in a bedroom, upgraded an ensuite and modernised our utility room. So from a simple tap to a completely new kitchen the service has been the same. Reliable, professional, well informed, creative and with a keen eye for style and design. He does what he says he will do. He has always done his work to time and budget and has been very flexible and accommodating when we have changed our minds on things we want done. Occasionally things don't go quite to plan and he is the first to point it out and make any corrections needed to get to his standard. I can thoroughly recommend the Kitchen Magician with out reservation.

Nothing was too much trouble for Michael and his team. I needed several visits to the showroom to get my head around what I actually wanted for my new kitchen. I knew I didn’t want a total refit and Michael was more than happy to work around what I wanted to keep - which included moving some bits around. He is very knowledgeable and guided me as to what would work best, but there was no pressure at any time. I appreciated all the input received. His team of fitters/electricians/plumbers etc were all very friendly and respected my property. The work was completed within the timescale planned and within the initial amount quoted (actually slightly cheaper). I have now got a kitchen I am proud of, with quality appliances and a wonderful work surface. I would definitely recommend The Kitchen Magician to friends and family.

Mike and his team installed a new fridge freezer, an electric shower and a mixer tap for us on the agreed day and did not exceed their estimate, even when finding a water mains input and a power socket which had to be moved after removing a cabinet to make room for the fridge freezer. I'm impressed with the planning of the work, the information given beforehand and the different skilled traders he can call upon quickly. All good!

The Kitchen Magician did a complete bathroom refit for me. Mike was always helpful, listened to my queries and found solutions. The work was carried out before schedule which was very convenient, and his workmen were efficient, tidy and always polite and on time. The result was a quart into a pint pot, achieving what I wanted, a bath with shower over, basin and toilet and full tiling and new flooring into a fairly small space. It looks great and came in on budget. One very minor glitch was resolved within 24 hours. I thoroughly recommend this company.

I Needed a new ceramic hob and realised the size I have is no longer manufactured. After contacting various local companies with no luck I called the Kitchen Magician and spoke to Pippa who arranged for Michael to call round. In no time at all he found a hob that was slightly larger, and in just a few days his team were round cutting my worktop to size with his electrician doing the necessary wiring. Excellent work, really helpful and such nice people, I would definitely recommend them.

Micheal and him team updated our en suite which was completed to an excellent standard. Micheal has done work for us before and always completes the job efficiently and any problems will always be rectified immediately. I can honestly recommend this company…..

I had the kitchen and bathroom refitted. The work was completed to a very high standard. The company was aware of what I wanted to achieve and the design was perfect. It was not a problem when I wanted non standard items/sizes, units were designed and made to fit my kitchen. Everything was planned and organised we weren't waiting around for tradesmen and everything from removing the old kitchen to the plastering, electrical work, fitting, plumbing was arranged by The Kitchen Magician. He used skilled efficient tradespeople for all the work. I expected to pay a lot more for this service, but the quotes were comparable to 2 other leading kitchen suppliers.

As always, a professional and helpful service from Kitchen Magician. Mike was able to guide as through the options available and the oven was ordered and then delivered and installed promptly.

The Kitchen Magician team have just finished updating our utility room by installing new wall and floor, cupboards around the existing worktop, sink and tiles, and tidying up the plumbing. The finished look is even better than I imagined it would be. The work was done on time and to budget, and they even came a week early to remove the old cupboards to give us time to redecorate before they installed the new ones. Everyone I have met at Kitchen Magician has been friendly, professional and keen to help, and the work was done quickly and cleanly with little fuss. All round an excellent job and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Can't thank the team enough. From initial design, the angled cupboard was a stroke of genius, that opened up access to the kitchen which we would never have thought possible, all the way through to sorting out our dodgy electrics and plumbing, plus fitting new ceiling and flooring. The whole team were punctual and nothing was too much trouble. More than pleased with the end result.

We really needed a new kitchen for our home, and after getting quotes from the normal places, we looked for an independent fitter and found Mike. He was great from the start, explaining all of our options and helped us keep within our budget. Importantly, he made sure he involved both of us when talking us through the options. We went to see Mike to talk about refitting our shower room & cloakroom. We didn't know exactly what we wanted but talking to Mike he gave us ideas & alternatives which helped us to make the final decision. The guys did a good job & always made sure we were satisfied with their work each day. We are absolutely delighted with the final outcome.
