We had a broken lock on our bi-fold doors and despite trying a couple of sources, we just couldn’t get it open. Christian initially tried but couldn’t get it to open. Instead of just moving on, he came back a further two times (without us asking) determined to get it open. Just when we were thinking we would need to smash the window, Christian managed to open the door. Very professional and friendly service that we would certainly recommend! Thank you.

I contacted The Lock Fox in early March after being recommended by a neighbour. I needed the locks on windows and doors around my home replaced. I called and spoke with Christian Moore who was polite and professional and offered to come by to quote for the work. We agreed a time and Christian kept me updated by text and arrived on time. My wife and I were impressed as after reviewing, Christine suggested that two of the windows in the house didn’t need replacing so didn’t quote for those. The quote was in the range I was expecting based on speaking to my neighbour, so we agreed to move forward. On the day Christian arrived with another member of staff and the work was complete within 5 hours. They had to remove each window and for those who have seen that done before it creates a lot of dirt and mess which have been sitting around the window. The team had their own small hoover and ensured everything was clean before they left. Really all round experience. Would certainly recommend The Lock Fox to anyone. Simple , straightforward and competitively priced. I have already recommended The Lock Fox to friends and family.

Really happy with the service from Christian. He installed extra locks and security on my van and the whole job was done to a very high standard. He was friendly, clearly knows his stuff, and took the time to explain everything properly and offer some helpful advice as I’m just starting out with my gardening business.
