The Loft Man is a family run business which prides itself on providing an excellent service to each and every customer.
We provide a complete loft storage solution service, including boarding, ladder and hatch installation.
Our boarding service is unique in that it provides a strong cradle support for the boarding, ensuring that weight is distributed over multiple joists. Construction grade timbers are used to raise the joists above insulation, creating a strong platform while allowing free movement of air below the boarding. All boarding is P5, treated to resist moisture penetration, measuring 2400mm by 600mm. Each interlocking and screwed allowing easy removal and replacement if required.
A Selection of loft ladders to suit most properties. These range from two and three section aluminium ladders to fully integrated wooden ladders with spring assisted mechanism for easy operation.
Bespoke wooden and modern PVC hatches are available to suit most properties, along with top up insulation if required.
