We had a lovely experience with The London Bath Co. who installed our new master bathroom. They were very professional throughout and our experience was stress free as they took care of everything from start to finish. The end result is a stunning luxury bathroom which is designed to our specific requirements. Nasser was our designer and from our initial design consultation we were impressed with his various design ideas, many of which we had not thought of and he was patient throughout as we tweaked the design a number of times to get to something which was perfect for us. Our installer Tomasz did an amazing job and the quality of his workmanship and finish is exceptional. He prided himself on keeping the house clean and tidy and carried out additional unforeseen work without any issue. Jamie, our Project Manager kept in regular contact throughout the process and quickly dealt with any issues as they arose. Overall we are happy that we used The London Bath Co. and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We had a great experience with The London Bath Company and are very pleased with the result. They completely replaced our old bathroom with only the ceiling, walls and door remaining. The design was thoughtful and resulting work carried out to a high standard. The installation was carried out very efficiently, cleanly and to budget, with the team proving very reliable, adaptable and able to overcome the inevitable minor problems and complications they encountered without trouble. The team was very responsive to changes and additions to the inital schedule of works, and we have had no problems in the months following the work and would recommend them to friends.

After a really successful but expensive first experience with London Bath Company refurbishing a large en-suite bathroom, I thought I would save a little money by going with a local independent tradesman to refurbish my small hallway cloakroom. What a mistake! The job was thoroughly botched, but London Bath Company came to the rescue. Not only did Andre (designer) and Yurii (foreman) and team fix the mess the previous builders had made, but they also refurbished a third bathroom as part of the same project. Both are gorgeous, and were completed exactly to specification and in record time. I couldn't be happier.

The London Bath Co (TLB) have just renovated our master bathroom. We are extremely happy with the result. No doubt a huge amount of complex organisation was required behind the scenes, but we experienced minimal disruption and everything was very smooth. There were no surprises, everything was done on time and to budget and with minimal stress. The bathroom is airy and elegant, all fittings are very comfortable , and the cleverly designed storage keeps everything neatly hidden away. The professional skill and cleanliness of the installation team (Sigis lead & Victor assisting) was outstanding. The whole experience from the design (by Andre) to the final clean (by Wioletta) and final handover was very smooth. Also, thank you to TLB for completing the project in just 3 weeks - we had a tight deadline with family visiting- the speedy completion is very much appreciated. Please extend our thanks to everyone involved in making this project such a success. We will certainly be coming back to TLB in a year or two when we need to renovate our other bathroom.

The project we gave the London Bath Co. was really quite a challenge from the problems of a very poor untouched 1966 pink bathroom being made into a modern, light, habitable, efficient bathroom. From Steve's original creative ideas, through Emma and Jonathan's administration and communication skills, which we are sure were put to the test. To Yuri, Pavel, Sacha and Roman's practical skills the project was well conceived, well thought out, well timed and executed and kept to deadline. The complete team where flexible in the sense that any problems that occurred or presented themselves where quickly and professionally addressed. Our overall feeling was one of confidence and competence with the London Bath Co. in what we where trying to achieve and that they where completely behind us and there to give us advice when needed and keep us up to date on any on-going costs. We where so encouraged by the finished product that another project may be proposed next year. Again, Thank you the London Bath Co.

We are delighted with the new bathroom and adjoining toilet installed by the London Bath Co. We wanted a company that would take care of the whole process. The work started on schedule and Tomasz worked very hard each day and completed the work to a very high standard. He was proactive in dealing with any issues and was clearly motivated to deliver a quality finish. We live in quite an old property whose walls and floorboards needed a bit of attention in order to accommodate the new facilities. This was all done quickly and without any hassle. The company was also happy to accommodate our individual design requests. Although quite expensive, the service was very professional and I would certainly be happy to use LBC again or recommend the company to others.

From the planning stage and production of the design plans, to the project management, installation and post-cleaning for our new kitchen, the London Bath Co. were absolutely fantastic. We were kept up-to-date by the project manager Karen without any unnecessary communication and she managed the project excellently. Our installer Sigis was brilliant, he was always on-time and kept the work as neat and clean as possible as he went along. He answered all our questions with patience and good humour. When his colleagues attended on occasion they were also excellent. The mound of rubbish that was produced was dealt with well and collected promptly which caused as little disruption for our neighbours as possible. Being without a kitchen for a few weeks was a bit stressful but this was eased by how well everything was handled and completed. We cannot praise the team enough. The electrician was also very good and dealt with extra issues without fuss. Despite being in quite a bit of pain when she arrived, the cleaner, Wioletta did an excellent job of cleaning not just the kitchen but the areas used by the installers as storage. I would definitely recommend the London Bath Co.

I contacted the London Bath Company in April for a quotation for complete renewal of a thirty year old bathroom. Someone immediately came to measure up and in early May I had remote and then showroom consultations to discuss a design which faithfully reflected my preferences and in many ways surpassed them. I asked for work to be undertaken in the first three weeks of August and these dates were respected. The work was done by Yurii and his team, all of them craftsmen of the highest calibre, skilled, quick workers who were a pleasure to have in the house. The job was finished three days ahead of schedule and the result is breathtakingly good. Beautiful materials used throughout and Jonathan's good taste and keen eye for detail show throughout. The final cherry on the cake, Wioletta came on the Monday after installation to clean thoroughly not only the new bathroom but also the surrounding area. This is not the cheapest option but I think it was money very well spent and I appreciated the efficiency and integrity of all involved.

We’re delighted with our finished bathroom. Klaid and his team were very easy to work with. Their attention to detail and tiling skills are excellent, which shows in the finished job. Minor snagging issues, were dealt with very promptly. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Klaid again.

We used The London Bath Co for three full bathroom renovations and are delighted with the outcome. The entire process and customer service was exceptional from the moment we first walked into the showroom, to the several exhanges back and forth to get the perfect design we wanted, to the on the job workmen who were professional, tidy and really went out of their way to ensure we were happy with every aspect of the work. Can't rate the company and team high enough and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautifully designed bathroom renovations.

I had a great experience with Andre, Piotr and Jamie at The London Bath Co. Andre was very responsive to my very general ideas and brought his expertise to coming up with a stunning redesign of a small and dated bathroom. Jamie and Piotr did an absolutely fantastic job project managing and carrying out the works, respectively, especially as I was away during the renovation period. They kept me updated with photos and emails and worked efficiently and courteously. I returned to such a beautiful bathroom that all worked absolutely perfectly. I'm so happy with my experience and wholeheartedly recommend this company.

I contacted the London Bath Co to completely redesign my bathroom in a Victorian conversion flat (with all the plumbing, gas&electric delights that Victorian properties hide). From the beginning each person I spoke with and attended the property were, without fail, available, calm, capable, professional and kind. Following a very quick and precise measurement of the space, the design was produced by André according to email specifications and an in person meeting to decide on colours, tiles and fixtures all of which I could see in person at the show room. André's expertise and architectural background was clear from the start, I am so grateful. Very quickly, 2 days in fact, after I agreed and paid the deposit I was connected to my project manager Jamie and given start date options. 1 week later I had the pleasure of meeting Yurii who led the build team. Yurii came with an incredible wealth of experience, nothing was a problem and everything was explained at the level which I desired (no vague responses and no extensive lessons in plumbing). Yurii and his team extensively protected the flat from dust. No decisions or Victorian surprises were made on my behalf and no communication was delayed. Ultimately my bathroom, a space I dreaded, was delivered with immaculate detail well within the time. I was immensely apprehensive of the process and I can absolutely say I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to work with these professionals again. Thank you to each of them.

I came to the London Bath Co with the hopes of revamping my Master bathroom, it was dark, cold and had absolutely no space/storage at all. From the outset communication was great. They were quick to book me in for a visit for their home measure and Design Meeting. Valeriya was amazing and used my mood board to create exactly what I was looking for. From there, it was a quick turnaround to the start of the build. Yuri and his team were efficient, professional, talented and super tidy. With Jamie making sure throughout that I was happy with everything. In just over 2 weeks they completely revamped the room into my absolute Dream Bathroom! Having Wioletta come in once the build was finished and thoroughly clean all the areas used was such a nice touch. I am super impressed with everyone I came to contact with at the London Bath company- I cannot thank them enough, I've had so many compliments on my new bathroom. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them for future projects.

The fact that The London Bath Co offers a service from design through to build was the principal reason we refurbed our bathroom with them. Their examples of previous builds gave us the confidence they could certainly create what we were looking for. Working with their designer, Nasser, the process was reassuring / exciting as he walked us through layout designs, materials and options. We had a good idea of likes and dislikes before starting this process and it was certainly a positive collaborative journey to design sign off. The build itself was remarkably stress free and most importantly the craftsmanship, excellent. People turned up when they said they would and did the work they said they'd do. No juggling, no frustrations. Finally, it's really impressive to see such skills and attention to detail by Yurii and a team that obviously cares. Any issues were sorted proactively and without fuss by both Yurii and their project manager, Jamie. Considering the project was significant we're delighted with the end result and the bathroom totally fulfils the brief.

We are very pleased with our new bathroom from London Bath Co. We had our bath removed to install a walk-in shower and the design provided for a much better use of the available space. The quality of the workmanship was superb, Viktor is a true craftsman, and the project came in on time and on budget. We would have no hesitation in recommending London Bath Co.

A full design and build solution for a bathroom in our house. The design work was innovative and sensitive blending to existing architectural features. The work was quoted. The amount paid was as quoted. Completed to agreed timeline and budget. The build was managed well and they take great pride in their work. The tiling work was exceptionally good. Full service and solution delivered. Good team work between all of them - helpful and a desire to get the best results for us. We had some issues with our old plumbing system but they worked through and rectified it quickly and professionally. We asked them to to an upgrade on soe plumbing areas. Peace of mind full solution.

The service received by the London Bath Co was second to none. Right from the design with Andre, though the project management with Jamie and the fit with Michal. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Everyone was incredibly helpful, attentive and on hand to provide advice. While they are not the cheapest they are worth every penny and I would use them again immediately if I had another need. First class outfit.

3 weeks into lockdown we suffered a major leak from our family bathroom. Having decided it was time to refresh the design completely we started to look for a company who could take on the complete job from design through to installation. The London Bath Company had taken a very proactive approach towards Covid preparedness and we were able to swap photos, measurements via email and discuss the bathroom design via Zoom meetings. We were very grateful for Steve's patience as he worked through our questions and fine tuned the design to meet our needs. The communication between ourselves, the office and the installation team were excellent throughout and we felt we knew exactly what was going on at every stage. The bathroom installation was such a success that we decided then to go ahead and ask The London Bath Company to refit our ensuite bathroom as well. Both bathrooms look stunning with good quality fixtures and fittings and well designed storage. Where problems did arise the team was tenacious in tracking down the issue until it was properly resolved. Really impressed by everyone in the team and can heartily recommend.

I stumbled upon the London Bath Co while trying to find a company to change up my girls bathrooms from their bath to a more mature looking bathroom with a shower. I had the initial consultation which led to me receiving a really well organised design plan of what I could expect. I went in to choose my tiles and fixtures and the project commenced a week later. The whole process was so well organised and the biggest compliment I can offer aside from how the bathroom came out, is how well each player communicates with one another, so that the original selections are exactly what the end guy is installing. The guys on the job spent the first day laying down mats and wall sheets to ensure that everything was covered so well. They were kind and came and went without a big noise. The process was very smooth, I would use them again. The bathroom looks great! Very pleased.

As we're not always resident at the property we wanted a company that would manage the complete renovations at our central London flat - and cleaning afterwards. The London Bath Company (TLBC) fit the bill. Online CAD design to view the expected final product is a really nice feature and project management services with regular updates on progress were all included. We discovered a licence for the works was needed by the building management company and TLBC were extremely helpful in satisfying their surveyor's requirements and rescheduling the project. The Managing Director himself got involved and helped in obtaining permissions. Tanko the lead installer and his team were professional, extremely competent, pleasant, and responded immediately to every question and request. They did amazing tiling, fitting, woodwork, and painting. The plumbing and electrical were all done to spec and met code for the surveyor. They even fixed a small pipe leak they discovered in the central heating line. The project was completed efficiently and on time. Great clean-up everywhere afterwards by TLBC cleaner. Would thoroughly recommend The London Bath Co. to anyone for quality work at a good price.
