As we're not always resident at the property we wanted a company that would manage the complete renovations at our central London flat - and cleaning afterwards. The London Bath Company (TLBC) fit the bill. Online CAD design to view the expected final product is a really nice feature and project management services with regular updates on progress were all included. We discovered a licence for the works was needed by the building management company and TLBC were extremely helpful in satisfying their surveyor's requirements and rescheduling the project. The Managing Director himself got involved and helped in obtaining permissions. Tanko the lead installer and his team were professional, extremely competent, pleasant, and responded immediately to every question and request. They did amazing tiling, fitting, woodwork, and painting. The plumbing and electrical were all done to spec and met code for the surveyor. They even fixed a small pipe leak they discovered in the central heating line. The project was completed efficiently and on time. Great clean-up everywhere afterwards by TLBC cleaner. Would thoroughly recommend The London Bath Co. to anyone for quality work at a good price.

The fact that The London Bath Co offers a service from design through to build was the principal reason we refurbed our bathroom with them. Their examples of previous builds gave us the confidence they could certainly create what we were looking for. Working with their designer, Nasser, the process was reassuring / exciting as he walked us through layout designs, materials and options. We had a good idea of likes and dislikes before starting this process and it was certainly a positive collaborative journey to design sign off. The build itself was remarkably stress free and most importantly the craftsmanship, excellent. People turned up when they said they would and did the work they said they'd do. No juggling, no frustrations. Finally, it's really impressive to see such skills and attention to detail by Yurii and a team that obviously cares. Any issues were sorted proactively and without fuss by both Yurii and their project manager, Jamie. Considering the project was significant we're delighted with the end result and the bathroom totally fulfils the brief.

I'd just had a new bathroom fitted by the London Bathroom Company. Right from the start, they were friendly, helpful and most of all honest about the time it would take and cost. After a very pleasant visit to their showroom in Blackheath, the contract was signed for them to begin work. I was impressed and surprised at the amount of work involved in such a small bathroom. I did wonder at the cost but now with the finished product, WOW! This is the best bathroom I've ever paid for! Even my Dad's impressed and that's saying something! Egis is an ARTISAN, no doubting that. Thanks to: The designer Tellisa, project manager Joanna, installer Egis and Wioletta, the very engaging cleaner.

LBC designed, spec’d all materials and installed a new bathroom in a 1BR flat. After Steve proposed a design to completely reconfigure the placement of the shower, WC and sink to better use the space, we worked with Veronika on all of the design finish details. We were able to schedule the work to begin on exactly the date that worked for us. The work took about 3.5 weeks. Tomasz, the builder, was prompt everyday and very communicative. We had updates via WhatsApp regularly and he was happy to explain the progress along the way. It’s finished beautifully and we are very happy. There were a few snags of course in an 1895 building but everyone at LBC was super fast to respond and follow-up with every detail. Our only regret is that we didn’t have this work done sooner. I had anticipated all sorts of hassles and overseeing such a project but Steve’s whole team actually made it really easy for us as clients. I would highly recommend.

Three bath/shower rooms were totally redesigned, everything was newly specified and installed within a central London block of flats. Each stage was meticulously carried out with care and professionalism. As a result these (tiny) spaces were totally transformed from cheap, poorly plumbed ’cupboards’ into fully tiled, luxurious well-lit and heated spas. Everything was planned and executed by London Bath Company staff who overcame every difficulty (including the 4th flat with a tiny lift and no parking outside the building ) with a timely and tidy solution. Always responsive, polite and punctual they were a pleasure to do business with. We are delighted with the result of their efforts.

We have just had both bathrooms in our house re- built by the London Bathroom Company. They are wonderful - everything went according to plan, all materials, fixtures and fittings arrived on time and are of very high quality. Tom, the person who fitted both bathrooms, has done an absolutely expert job on both bathrooms, which are different in design and layout. He was extremely tidy, considerate, hard- working , helpful, warm and friendly, and a joy to have around the house. The whole operation is meticulously organised, and any trouble- shooting is dealt with straight away. Nothing is too much trouble for them and I am sure that I could not have found a better outfit to do the work.

Steve and all the London Bath team were an absolute dream to work with - from initial design to final tidying up. The bathroom concepts Steve came up with and developed to suit my tastes were vividly brought to life in glorious CAD and match perfectly with the finished products. His staff on the ground were polite, tidy and kept me in the loop throughout and together the team took care of everything seamlessly leaving me free to get on with business as usual, and they worked overtime to get things done, and came back without any fuss to take care of any minor snagging. The bathrooms are now my favourite part of the flat hands-down. I would recommend the London Bath Co in a heartbeat.

After trying three other companies to replace our small challenging bathroom, I came across the London Bath Company, Steve Baker produced a stunning design, my response was that if that bathroom could be achieved in that space they had the job! I really did not believe it was possible then I met the installer - Piotr. He undertook the whole process - surveyor, tiler, electrician, plumber and builder. I felt part of the whole process, always being asking for my input. The final result is totally down to his his attention to detail and perfectionism. Always punctual, he worked tirelessly throughout the whole day with the minimum break, considerate and always cheerful. He made sure I had a functioning toilet during the whole process! My office contact Emma regularly checked that I was happy with the progress, addressed any queries or passed them on to the relevant person. A date was set to remove the contents of the old bathroom and the timing was spot on and completed in less than hour, I would mention that access to the property is very difficult, with narrow twisty stairs. Upon completion a cleaner appeared to clean the bathroom, adjoining room, patio door windows and stairs Steve advised that it was the smallest bathroom they had to deal with and Piotr, that it was the most complicated! I am unreservedly pleased with the result and still find it amazing that it was achieved exactly as Steve's original video. It makes me smile every time I open the bathroom door!

The whole experience was painless and so much better than other firms we have used in the past - would thoroughly recommend the London Bathroom Co. The whole team was very professional and responsive. The work and payment schedule was agreed upfront. They kept us informed every step of the way and the work carried out by Egis (our installer) was to a very high standard. He was clearly skilled and very respectful and organised while in our home and we are very happy with the end result - it's a beautiful bathroom. Any questions raised were immediately dealt with and the before, during and aftercare from the whole team was fantastic. Great job.

I researched a number of companies that do bathroom renovations and decided on the London Bath Company. This was based on their standing on review sites and their willingness to take on a fairly small bathroom. Throughout the planning stage the designer, Andre, demonstrated his experience and detailed knowledge of the mechanics of bathrooms. The attention given to detail and the companies' willingness to listen to what their customers really want ensured that the final bath bathroom was exactly what we were after. Installation was just as competently executed and the installer, Michal, worked exceedingly hard and finished the job within the initial estimated time despite encountering a number of problems arising from the poor condition of the original bathroom. He was courteous, responsive and helpful throughout the construction process and visited us afterwards to ensure that there were no problems and everything was completed to our satisfaction. At all the stages of the process Emma was in email contact with us, ensuring that we were happy with the process. I am happy to recommend this company to anyone. They are not cheap but they are probably still good value for money given the high standard of the materials, fixtures and fittings and workmanship.

We have had a flawless experience with the London Bath Company. So much so that we are going to use them to do our second bathroom. Firstly, the communication right from the start to finish was excellent, which is so important to us. The company are extremely responsive on email and phone and very good at keeping us up to date. Everything just worked. Andre is an incredibly talented designer who is extremely knowledgeable. We did not believe the bathroom he presented could fit in our space. It was far beyond what we imagined (in a great way!). The design was fabulous and Andre was great at going through it, highlighting different features with honest advice. Michal was a wonderful fitter. Punctual from start to finish and always in communication with the team, he was very pleasant and made the process as smooth as possible. We are most grateful He was also very clean. At the end of the job, the bathroom was professionally clean and we are just in love. The transformation is incredible- we now can't bear to look at the other bathroom! Thank you to all the team and also to Emma who was an excellent communicator and helped to ensure the project ran smoothly.

After thorough research, I have chosen the London Bath Company to design and build our bathroom on the third floor of our property. I am very happy with my decision to proceed with them as the process has gone smoothly and quickly. This included measurement, design, ordering the products, building the bathroom, attend post build issues, and cleaning. Andre the designer has followed my brief and designed a beautiful hotel inspired bathroom. Michal our builder was nothing less than exceptional and was a pleasure to work with. The leaks we had in this bathroom over the years are now gone. I highly recommend the London bath company due to their attention to detail, customer service, and taking away the stress when it comes to complex renovations.

The London Bath Company has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. The initial design and in-store consultation was great, with great consideration to my needs and some cool suggestions and options. But what really wowed me was the actual building phase. Not only was it done incredibly well, but the builders involved took incredible care of my home and very extremely considerate. The work itself was beautiful craftsmanship, I was frequently consulted along the way and the final delivery was better than I had expected. The whole experience won't be the cheapest bathroom you can get, but this end to end service (including cleaning and warranty) is not just hassle free, it's enjoyable and the outcome is a bathroom you will love.

We took the plunge to spend a little extra on our bathroom and must say its been a fantastic experience. From the initial chats with Andre in store through to Joanna's management and Egis' installation - the experience has been a dream. Proper care was taken at every stage to understand our needs and guide us when we ere making strange choices! The London Bath Co did complete refurbishments of my bathroom and my ensuite. The results are just what I wanted and have been widely admired. Everyone I spoke to at TLBC was patient, helpful, friendly and professional: Nasser, the designer, responded with good humour to my tweaks. There was no problem when I chose wall tiles from a different supplier and very fortunately Nasser obtained samples which enabled me to make the right choice of flooring. He told me the quantities I had to order, and even spoke to the company to make sure they could store them until my project start date. Jamie, in the office, kept me informed at all times. Florin, the site manager, went out of his way to be helpful and to alleviate my anxiety, and his team were extremely hard working. The inevitable kinks were handled with no fuss and I was involved in the decision-making at every stage. They made an effort to keep mess to a minimum, covered all the floor services and made sure I had access to my wardrobe despite the mountain of tools in my bedroom (I was fortunate to be able to move into the spare room temporarily), and they cleaned up at the end of each day. The process was as fast, efficient and as stress-free as possible. I would have no hesitation in recommending The London Bath Co.

We are very pleased with our recent bathroom renovation, undertaken from start to finish in just under three weeks by the London Bath Co. It's been an absolute pleasure dealing with Nasser and his entire team. A highly professional service. From the planning stage, the meticulous measuring through to the proposed plans and subsequent work, they provided great advice and dealt with snags and complications with impressive efficiency in addition to keeping us informed at every stage of the project. Rules and regulations at the property were followed at all times, and besides protecting the floors and walls perfectly during the actual works, the flat was left spotless on completion. The budget overran marginally due to outdated electrical fittings, but the upgrade now in place also facilitates planned future renovations in the kitchen. So, in all, a good recommendation and necessary expense. We most heartily recommend the London Bath Co.

The London Bath Co. offer that perfect service of packaging up a beautiful contemporary redesign, with exceptional expertise in terms of fitting and using the most modernised fixtures/technology. From the first conversation with Richard who project managed the entire refurbishment, through to the actual work being done, I felt extremely looked after. I wanted a complete transformation, ripping everything out and starting again and that is exactly what was delivered. They used very high quality materials from the grout through to the lighting, the switches matching others in the rest of the flat, the redecoration to make sure that everything looked perfect at the end. The actual bathroom itself, is stunning with beautiful lights that give it a different setting and atmosphere, as well as so much storage that I did not have before and heated flooring. They were also very considerate as the work was done while I was working from home, checking times when I could not be disturbed and still ensuring the project was finished on time. I literally cannot how beautiful it is and how easy it was. The client service was also very good with communication throughout. I would like to thank Richard, Greg and the team for their exceptional hard work and attention to every single detail.

The London Bath Company have just finished a complete refit of the bathroom of my small London flat. I couldn't be happier - the result is simply beautiful, despite challenges (a tiny space, imposing constraints on the design; hideous 1970s plumbing, which all had to come out; and an awkwardly placed boiler). The office team could not have been friendlier or more flexible; Jonathan did a fabulous design, and adapted it as we went along; and Tanko and his installers were lightning quick, inspired confidence, and finished everything to an amazingly high standard. LBC aren't cheap, but I wanted something top notch, with no fuss, and they delivered that well above my expectations, so I would say that they are good value (such a slick bathroom is a massive asset to the property) and would recommend them without hesitation. First class, all the way through.

We had a bathroom re-done. Emailed the website and 6 minutes later I received a phone call. We arranged a visit to our house for their surveyor that week, and a showroom visit for us the next weekend. Happened as planned, Nasser had designs ready, which we tweaked over a couple of hours in the showroom, chose tiles, taps etc etc, and a fully costed proposal was with us a couple of days later. We confirmed and due to a cancellation, work started almost immediately. First day they cleared the drainage issue that had been plaguing us for ages. Pleasant experience having 3 professional and friendly Ukrainian guys in the house - excellent workmanship, really responsive to the small tweaks required, cleaned up thoroughly every day. Thank you Yuri, Ruslan and Sergei! Although we spent more than we had initially planned, the quote Nasser gave us was respected, and the finish is brilliant. It is a super job. Time-wise we were lucky and due to a cancellation, a month after my first email to the website, we had a brand new bathroom. Build time was just under two weeks. Summary - they are not cheap, but the final outcome is impeccable, the experience of the builders in the house was one of the best we have had, and the overall customer service is extremely good.
