We have been beyond impressed with the London bath co from start to finish. Their hard work and professionalism was more than we ever expected. Not only do you get weekly catch up emails you also get to see the progress each day and have a chat to see if everything is going in the right direction. They are an extremely talented team who work very hard and make sure everything they do is perfect for you. They are very clean and tidy and we honestly never expected to have such an amazing experience. They will always out your needs first and adapt whatever they do to suit you. They are right on the end of their emails and their correspondence and customer service is impeccable. We have been and will be recommending them to everyone we know. Will never use another company other than them.

I had a great experience with Andre, Piotr and Jamie at The London Bath Co. Andre was very responsive to my very general ideas and brought his expertise to coming up with a stunning redesign of a small and dated bathroom. Jamie and Piotr did an absolutely fantastic job project managing and carrying out the works, respectively, especially as I was away during the renovation period. They kept me updated with photos and emails and worked efficiently and courteously. I returned to such a beautiful bathroom that all worked absolutely perfectly. I'm so happy with my experience and wholeheartedly recommend this company.

The team at the London Bath Company were quick to respond to the brief for the bathroom renovation project. Our needs were quite specific and everyone we dealt with was very mindful of these, and went out of their way to listen and accommodate them wherever possible. The design process was very quick and the construction team were able to start work soon afterwards because of the time pressure involved for us. This did mean that some issues arose once work started, which may have been ironed out beforehand if we hadn’t had to move so fast. But the upside was that the work was completed pretty much within the timeframe. Tomasz and his team were extremely easy to work with and took care to seal off the rest of the rooms to minimise dust etc. Tomasz is a great communicator and always responded to any questions or issues that came up. The finish on the bathroom is exceptional and the fittings are very high quality. The bathroom looks fantastic. We are very happy with the end result and wouldn’t hesitate to use the company again.

I contacted London Bath Co after I bought a one bathroom flat and needed to have it done before I moved in 3 months. I've contacted other companies before. However, everyone I contacted requires me to use only their product, or I have to project manage it myself. As I have wanted a deep soak tub which was only made and sold by one company in the UK, as well as having a full-time job, I need to work with a company that understands what I want and can manage it from start to finish. London Bath Co is precisely that. I sent over pictures of the bathroom I liked during the consultation, and they helped me design my dream bathroom. They take into account things that are important to me and make sure I get the items that I like. In this case, a deep soak tub and a Japanese-style toilet. They accommodated me in such a short time, and it was done before the time to move in. During the process, they maintained open communication and updated me at every step. They also accommodated some changes I needed to be done after installation. I never had to worry about the entire process, which enabled me to concentrate on everything else. I have also recommended this company to my other friends and family, and I would wholeheartedly work with them again if I ever build a new bathroom.

After thorough research, I have chosen the London Bath Company to design and build our bathroom on the third floor of our property. I am very happy with my decision to proceed with them as the process has gone smoothly and quickly. This included measurement, design, ordering the products, building the bathroom, attend post build issues, and cleaning. Andre the designer has followed my brief and designed a beautiful hotel inspired bathroom. Michal our builder was nothing less than exceptional and was a pleasure to work with. The leaks we had in this bathroom over the years are now gone. I highly recommend the London bath company due to their attention to detail, customer service, and taking away the stress when it comes to complex renovations.

We took the plunge to spend a little extra on our bathroom and must say its been a fantastic experience. From the initial chats with Andre in store through to Joanna's management and Egis' installation - the experience has been a dream. Proper care was taken at every stage to understand our needs and guide us when we ere making strange choices! Communication was excellent and the install was neat and tidy with barely any disruption (we continued to work from home throughout). We're left with a high quality, beautiful bathroom. We would definitely use The London Bath Co. again.

We used The London Bath Co for three full bathroom renovations and are delighted with the outcome. The entire process and customer service was exceptional from the moment we first walked into the showroom, to the several exhanges back and forth to get the perfect design we wanted, to the on the job workmen who were professional, tidy and really went out of their way to ensure we were happy with every aspect of the work. Can't rate the company and team high enough and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautifully designed bathroom renovations.

I have recently had a new en-suite bathroom installed with The London Bath co. - it was a smooth process from design to installation and the result is better than I could of imagined. My installer Tomasz was excellent taking care of my house and going the extra mile with every little detail whilst patiently answering all my questions. I am looking forward to getting my family bathroom done next and will definitely be asking for Tomasz.

The London Bath Company has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. The initial design and in-store consultation was great, with great consideration to my needs and some cool suggestions and options. But what really wowed me was the actual building phase. Not only was it done incredibly well, but the builders involved took incredible care of my home and very extremely considerate. The work itself was beautiful craftsmanship, I was frequently consulted along the way and the final delivery was better than I had expected. The whole experience won't be the cheapest bathroom you can get, but this end to end service (including cleaning and warranty) is not just hassle free, it's enjoyable and the outcome is a bathroom you will love.

We have had a complete bathroom refit and have been really impressed by LBC - great communication, professionalism, personal service and attention to detail. They understood our needs right from the outset and worked with us at all stages. They turned up when they said they would, kept everything as clean and tidy as possible and were really respectful of the people living in the space during the project. They really care about their work and their clients.

The London Bath Co did a fantastic job refurbishing our very dated bathroom. The design was done by Nasser, following some initial instructions from us, and was exactly what we were looking for. Our bathroom is fairly small and Nasser made sure we were using every inch of space, and he also incorporated in to the design the type of colour and pattern detail which we had told him was our personal taste, so it really felt like “ours”. The installation was then done by Yurii and his team, who could not have been easier people to have around the house. They were polite, considerate and tidy- and completed the work well within the estimated timeframe. The project was managed by Joanna, who kept in touch with us regularly to ensure everything was going smoothly and very quickly responded to any questions we had. We were very pleased we chose the London Bath Co because we really did need no involvement once the design was agreed and could get on with our own busy jobs and lives. The pricing was also very transparent. We paid what was agreed in advance. There was one additional charge related to some rotting in our floor which wasn’t known about in advance but the additional work was clearly explained to us, and the additional price charged was very reasonable for what was needed. I would highly recommend.

After a terrible experience with renovating our own bathroom, we decided to use London Bath Co for the guest bathroom. We really wanted a service that had one point of contact who was responsible for everything. Each time I asked for a change to the design, the price seemed to go up so when the final quote came through, it did feel expensive - However, the service was great, everyone turned up at the right time and each day, mostly Tom but not always - no disappearing on the job. At the end of each week I received an update from Jamie as to what had been achieved and what would be happening in the coming week. There were a couple of issues that arose along the way (as there always are) that were resolved clearly - and by e-mail, so there was always a trail about what needed to be done and when it would be done. The follow-up on a few small snagging items has been thorough. Renovating a bathroom is a really disruptive job and London Bath Co made the experience as smooth and unobtrusive as I think it could have been.

As we're not always resident at the property we wanted a company that would manage the complete renovations at our central London flat - and cleaning afterwards. The London Bath Company (TLBC) fit the bill. Online CAD design to view the expected final product is a really nice feature and project management services with regular updates on progress were all included. We discovered a licence for the works was needed by the building management company and TLBC were extremely helpful in satisfying their surveyor's requirements and rescheduling the project. The Managing Director himself got involved and helped in obtaining permissions. Tanko the lead installer and his team were professional, extremely competent, pleasant, and responded immediately to every question and request. They did amazing tiling, fitting, woodwork, and painting. The plumbing and electrical were all done to spec and met code for the surveyor. They even fixed a small pipe leak they discovered in the central heating line. The project was completed efficiently and on time. Great clean-up everywhere afterwards by TLBC cleaner. Would thoroughly recommend The London Bath Co. to anyone for quality work at a good price.

The London Bath Company designed our shower room and managed the project courteously and efficiently. Above all we were very impressed by the standard of work carried out by Michal and his attention to detail. Above all, we were impressed by Mike and Joanna did a great job of keeping us informed.

We have used London Bath Co three times now and the service is impeccable. The installation is immaculate and Piotr, the installer and plumber, is so good. Very tidy and great at solving any issues that arise. We would use them again if we had another bathroom!

Completely over the moon with the fantastic workmanship done by Egis from the London Bath Company. The completed bathroom is exactly the same as the initial designs, that we worked closely with Lawrence and Nasser on. It was project managed from start to finish with regular updates and check-in. Excellent service! They have transformed our bathroom from a plain 1980's suit to a room you could find in a 5 star hotel 😊

I came to the London Bath Co with the hopes of revamping my Master bathroom, it was dark, cold and had absolutely no space/storage at all. From the outset communication was great. They were quick to book me in for a visit for their home measure and Design Meeting. Valeriya was amazing and used my mood board to create exactly what I was looking for. From there, it was a quick turnaround to the start of the build. Yuri and his team were efficient, professional, talented and super tidy. With Jamie making sure throughout that I was happy with everything. In just over 2 weeks they completely revamped the room into my absolute Dream Bathroom! Having Wioletta come in once the build was finished and thoroughly clean all the areas used was such a nice touch. I am super impressed with everyone I came to contact with at the London Bath company- I cannot thank them enough, I've had so many compliments on my new bathroom. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them for future projects.

We are delighted with the new bathroom and adjoining toilet installed by the London Bath Co. We wanted a company that would take care of the whole process. The work started on schedule and Tomasz worked very hard each day and completed the work to a very high standard. He was proactive in dealing with any issues and was clearly motivated to deliver a quality finish. We live in quite an old property whose walls and floorboards needed a bit of attention in order to accommodate the new facilities. This was all done quickly and without any hassle. The company was also happy to accommodate our individual design requests. Although quite expensive, the service was very professional and I would certainly be happy to use LBC again or recommend the company to others.

I had been very stressed about the idea of updating my bathroom, and did a lot of research prior to assigning the London Bathroom Co to do the job. Nasser the designer was most helpful in ensuring the placement of the items I wanted would fit well, plus made some good finer detail suggestions. The project manager was also helpful and prompt with answering any questions and it was a great relief I didn’t have to order anything myself except the tiles, two wall lights and a lock for the door. Tomasz who did the whole refurbishment was a very respectful person who works incredibly hard and is a genius at what he does. As a solo woman I can wholeheartedly recommend this company. There was some extra costs on top of the quote because the walls in my bathroom were ancient and I fully accepted that the extra work was necessary to obtain the beautiful finish Tomasz achieved. There was of course a snagging list which was dealt with very quickly and Wioletta did a lovely job of cleaning my house so I could use my bathroom and have my house as it was before all the building work started. As I say I was stressed during the process but I’m thinking of doing my kitchen and would not hesitate to ask Tomasz to do the work if he had time. Looking back I need not have been stressed to the level I was, so I hope if you choose the bathroom Co you can trust them to do the lovely job they will.

We have undertaken a complete refurbishment of a bathroom, the work including design, provision of fittings and all building works. This was done through the London Bath Co who have provided a very helpful and responsive service. The work was started and completed on time to a very high standard and to the agreed budget. The fitter Michal was excellent. We are very happy with the result.

I couldn't be happier with my new en-suite bathroom from London Bath Co. They managed to meet the challenge of matching my tastes (expensive!) with my budget (limited!). Two visits with the designer and three weeks of stripped-to-the-studwork renovation and I have a fabulous new en-suite. They even managed to find me an early start date for construction. Sophie-Anne (designer), Karen (project manager), Tom and Pavel (construction team) were amazing from start to finish. Tom especially kept the project moving at pace and was extremely patient in answering my many questions. This project was definitely an investment... and worth every penny!

We needed our bathroom to be renovated quickly as we knew we had a leak that was going into our basement below. We had a design appointment with Andre at London Bath Co's St. John's Wood showroom and he was fantastic. We weren't sure exactly what we were looking for, but he was so patient with us and gave us his advice and we arrived at a design we were delighted with. Because London Bath Co have their own directly employed installers, we had a really quick turnaround between design and installation. We did have some additional costs as it was necessary to replace rotten joists in the floor, but we'd anticipated this and the project was still completed on schedule. We were out of the country while the work was done, but Jamie gave us regular progress reports with photos and when we returned home the property was in immaculate condition. Our installer Yuuri did an incredible job and we absolutely love our new bathroom. London Bath Co were not the cheapest, but I do think they're the best.

I contacted the London Bath Co to completely redesign my bathroom in a Victorian conversion flat (with all the plumbing, gas&electric delights that Victorian properties hide). From the beginning each person I spoke with and attended the property were, without fail, available, calm, capable, professional and kind. Following a very quick and precise measurement of the space, the design was produced by André according to email specifications and an in person meeting to decide on colours, tiles and fixtures all of which I could see in person at the show room. André's expertise and architectural background was clear from the start, I am so grateful. Very quickly, 2 days in fact, after I agreed and paid the deposit I was connected to my project manager Jamie and given start date options. 1 week later I had the pleasure of meeting Yurii who led the build team. Yurii came with an incredible wealth of experience, nothing was a problem and everything was explained at the level which I desired (no vague responses and no extensive lessons in plumbing). Yurii and his team extensively protected the flat from dust. No decisions or Victorian surprises were made on my behalf and no communication was delayed. Ultimately my bathroom, a space I dreaded, was delivered with immaculate detail well within the time. I was immensely apprehensive of the process and I can absolutely say I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to work with these professionals again. Thank you to each of them.

The London Bath Co designed and completed work on our master bathroom. From start to finish the project was completely covered which gave us peace of mind. Andre incorporated all the details we asked for into the design (and more) and ultimately created a haven for us! Florin and team completed the building work to an outstanding quality and were a pleasure to have in the house. The project was overseen by Jamie who kept us updated all the way through and was very responsive to any questions we had. We love using the space everyday and would highly recommend the team. The entire process with the London Bath Co. was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Egis the installer did an absolutely phenomenal job! Both the bathroom and bathroom area look absolutely phenomenal and I couldn’t be happy with the end result. I will most definitely use them again when I move onto my next bathroom project.
