I am so very glad I got In contact with the London Bath Co. Nasser and his team have been absolutely brilliant in coordination and making sure the project was delivered on time. The experience was seamless, I did not have to coordinate deliveries with the contractor. I am thankful to the whole team for making this happen in a timely manner and the end product looks very good. Yuri and his building team were fantastic, the guys did a very good quality job and were super professional throughout. I will not hesitate to recommend the London Bath company to my friends and if we were to redo bathrooms or kitchen in the future, they will be my first call.

When my 24 year old bathroom started experiencing issues I went to the London Bath Company to see what they could do for me. They sent a surveyor round to measure up and the following week I was in the showroom discussing their design recommendations, choosing tiles and getting a look at some of the actual fittings. A few days after the design meeting I received the quote and a video of what the bathroom would look like. Having accepted the quote, the installer came round to ensure that the design would work with regard to the electrics and plumbing available in the existing bathroom area. Three days later work began. On the first day all floor areas that would be accessed by the install team were protected with plastic and cardboard coverings. The install team then managed all the deliveries and installation and all I had to do was make the odd coffee. The installers worked really hard and to a high standard from 8 in the morning until 5 in the evening, 6 days a week for 3 weeks and 1 day and the result was amazing. When the job was complete all rubbish and my old bathroom was removed from site and the following day they sent a cleaner in who did a brilliant job of removing 3 weeks of dust and making the bathroom all shiny.

The London Bathroom Company did a great job installing my new bathroom. The design makes great use of the limited space available and the work was completed to time. The builder was also excellent, keeping me updated with developments and quick to make me aware of any necessary adjustments. Would definitely work with this company again.

We were delighted with the service from start to finish. The design team came up with a really clever design that completely transformed a small and awkward space into a lovely bathroom with great storage. The fitting took place weeks earlier than we were initially told it might, which was a huge bonus. The work was completed on time and to a very high standard. The finished product matched the plans exactly. The fitters communicated with us throughout to keep us up to date. The cost was high but there were no hidden extras and when we had a very minor snagging issue they dealt with it really quickly. An added bonus was that the company sent a cleaner afterwards so that the flat was spotless.

We have been beyond impressed with the London bath co from start to finish. Their hard work and professionalism was more than we ever expected. Not only do you get weekly catch up emails you also get to see the progress each day and have a chat to see if everything is going in the right direction. They are an extremely talented team who work very hard and make sure everything they do is perfect for you. They are very clean and tidy and we honestly never expected to have such an amazing experience. They will always out your needs first and adapt whatever they do to suit you. They are right on the end of their emails and their correspondence and customer service is impeccable. We have been and will be recommending them to everyone we know. Will never use another company other than them.

The team at the London Bath Company were quick to respond to the brief for the bathroom renovation project. Our needs were quite specific and everyone we dealt with was very mindful of these, and went out of their way to listen and accommodate them wherever possible. The design process was very quick and the construction team were able to start work soon afterwards because of the time pressure involved for us. This did mean that some issues arose once work started, which may have been ironed out beforehand if we hadn’t had to move so fast. But the upside was that the work was completed pretty much within the timeframe. Tomasz and his team were extremely easy to work with and took care to seal off the rest of the rooms to minimise dust etc. Tomasz is a great communicator and always responded to any questions or issues that came up. The finish on the bathroom is exceptional and the fittings are very high quality. The bathroom looks fantastic. We are very happy with the end result and wouldn’t hesitate to use the company again.

I had been very stressed about the idea of updating my bathroom, and did a lot of research prior to assigning the London Bathroom Co to do the job. Nasser the designer was most helpful in ensuring the placement of the items I wanted would fit well, plus made some good finer detail suggestions. The project manager was also helpful and prompt with answering any questions and it was a great relief I didn’t have to order anything myself except the tiles, two wall lights and a lock for the door. Tomasz who did the whole refurbishment was a very respectful person who works incredibly hard and is a genius at what he does. As a solo woman I can wholeheartedly recommend this company. There was some extra costs on top of the quote because the walls in my bathroom were ancient and I fully accepted that the extra work was necessary to obtain the beautiful finish Tomasz achieved. There was of course a snagging list which was dealt with very quickly and Wioletta did a lovely job of cleaning my house so I could use my bathroom and have my house as it was before all the building work started. As I say I was stressed during the process but I’m thinking of doing my kitchen and would not hesitate to ask Tomasz to do the work if he had time. Looking back I need not have been stressed to the level I was, so I hope if you choose the bathroom Co you can trust them to do the lovely job they will.

Our bathroom renovation was completed in a very professional way from start to finish. Nasser’s design met our needs perfectly. Communication with Jamie our project manager was excellent. Tomas and Pavel were pleasant and considerate whilst installing our new bathroom. Everything from the old bathroom was cleared away at the end and Wioletta arrived to give a thorough clean to our new one.

I had a new bathroom and guest loo installed which included moving walls to re shape the footprint. The available space was very small making it a challenge to design against my stringent criteria. Andre, the designer listened very carefully to my requirements and added thoughts and ideas, may of which I adopted. The result is magnificent and much admired by those who have seen it ( including contractors doig other work in the property). What makes TLBC exceptional is the team they employ. Led by the excellent Yurii, they offer a one stop shop service which means anything to do with the installation is their responsibility and they take that very seriously. Jamie, co-ordinating, was in regular contact to ensure that I was happy and did not close the project until I had used the bathroom for some weeks to ensure there was no 'snagging'. Any little adjustments were dealt with quickly and efficiently and with great courtesy. I cannot recommend these professionals highly enough.

We recently bought a old cottage in London which needed quite a lot of work done, many quirky spaces and no straight walls nor ceiling heights. Therefore we decided to got to professionals to help us design the space. I never in a million years thought that our quirky little bathroom could turn out so incredible! Nasser went above and beyond the meet the brief: fitting all the appliances, making it look nice and in keep with the victorian heritage of the house, and even making it super luxurious whilst being highly functional (not a easy job!). Yuri and his team were super quick at work and gave every detail a professional and nice finish and James kept us well informed throughout the process. Even if they were a bit more expensive than other providers, it turned out to be the most seamless, beautiful and well done space of the entire house. They even sent in a cleaner in the end so the space was 100p ready to use when they departed with it. We are so happy with it all and couldn't recommend more!

The London Bath Company undertook the remodeling of my en-suite bathroom and ground-floor half bath, delivering results that far exceeded my expectations. Furthermore, they enhanced both the exterior and interior of my home by painting the entire house, rebuilding my staircase, and adding a custom-built feature to my kitchen. My builder, Piotr, deserves special recognition for his level of expertise, respectfulness, creativity, punctuality, and the immaculate condition in which he left my home. A new kitchen after a new bathroom! In the last year, we have turned twice to London Bath Co for a complete renovation and renewal of these two key rooms in our flat. The result has been delight beyond all expectation; at every stage the pleasures of working with kind, competent, efficient people have been deep and memorable. I recommend the company with the very highest conviction and enthusiasm.

I entered the process of designing and executing my bathroom change with a degree of trepidation. Previous building work had left me wary that it would be troublesome and badly executed. From day one, Steve and the team were professional, courteous and polite. Design was excellent, and the actual build was amazing. Cannot speak highly enough of builder. Brilliant experience and would wholeheartedly recommend.

We have the most beautiful bathroom as a result of Jonathan's designs and Tanko's installation. LBC were great to deal with - and handled everything quickly and quietly - cleaned up after themselves and when we had a small snagging issue, came round the next day to fix it. I would highly recommend them. The work wasn't cheap, but their professionalism kept my (usually high) anxiety levels under control and the finish is excellent. I got exactly what I was after and my bathroom now feels like it belongs in a high-end hotel. From being two rather shabby rooms, my bathroom is the nicest room in the flat!

Our experience with London Bath Co was seamless from start to finish. Taking it from the top, first the team visited the house for measurements - they were courteous and insisted on wearing plastic shoe covers before entering so as to protct our floors. We quickly had a first meeting with Andre, the Design Director - Andre was lovely to work with, he was intuitive and showed good active listening when it came to taking on board what we wanted (he was also very patient with us through multiple changes to the design!) Sigis carried out the work, he was incredibly professional, timely, he protected all relevant areas of our house/stairs to protect them from damage and was discreet and helpful the entire way through the process. Karen emailed us every 2 days to keep us appraised of Sigis'work/where he was at in the process and was lovely to work with. They are not the cheapest outfit, but in the scheme of things - we have the bathroom we wanted, done in record time, with no mess, no fuss and a level of professional courtesy and reliability we haven't experienced before with other trade businesses (and at every point of the value chain). A huge plus is that they do 'everything' - removal of the pre-existing bathroom, electricals, plumbing, flooring etc. so no faffing around with multiple vendors. We are now considering them for our kitchen & bedrooms!

I've been really pleased with my experience at The London Bath Co. The design process was really simple - I had a few ideas already so sent my brief through to Andre the designer and booked my first design consult. When I got into the showroom, he'd already worked up a design that was almost exactly what I was after. We discussed about different materials, fittings & finishes and post the consult made a few more changes via email. Andre was always super efficient at coming back with new options or answering my questions and I soon had a plan that I was happy to proceed with. I was lucky enough that they could fit me in quite quickly so after someone came to check the measurements, Tom the builder was sent over to discuss the project and it started a couple of weeks later while I was away for work. Tom was a pleasure to talk to and he & his team did a great job at not only completing the job to a high quality but also on clearing up the house before my return. I was kept in the loop of how things were progressing and a few weeks after I returned, he also came back to finish off a few small things that hadn't been possible at the time. Every time I interacted with anyone in the team they were helpful, supportive and easy to work with. Karen in customer service has been exemplary in answering all my questions and guiding me in the right way as I made decisions. I'm so happy with the final product and its made the space feel so much bigger as well. Recommend!

London Bath Co installed a new bathroom for us. After a discussion on what we were looking for the showroom team created a fabulous design for us. A little later, the build team arrived. They were clean and tidy and checked in on our preferences for the details as they installed. We were on holiday for most of the build and they kept in touch with photos and it was great to come back to a new bathroom. They also made sure the property was completely cleaned up after the building works. All in all we got the bathroom we wanted with minimal work and effort on our part - just what we wanted.

Id just like to say thank you to the team at London Bath Co who have executed on my full bathroom renovation completely remotely. As I am based in Singapore, it was essential that I used a team that I could trust to manage the entire process (soup to nuts) without any fuss. The great reviews led me to London Bath and I wasn't disappointed. The services levels were exceptional- always providing prompt replies and updates to any queries I had. Outside some unplanned delays due to stock imperfections (that needed to be replaced), things went smoothly and to plan. Picking tiles was definitely the hardest to do from a brochure, but seeing the final photos I can see my decisions were fine - the design team supported my choices which de-risked things a bit! The team also retiled my kitchen floor in the same tiles at the same time, to keep the flat working as one. We've really brought the place up to spec! Very happy with my new en-suite bathroom. The installers did a fantastic job, taking care of the communal parts and clearing all the rubbish away. There were a couple of problems with the wrong items being delivered but these were quickly rectified, leaving me with a bathroom I’m very happy with. The use of high quality materials resulted in a fabulous new room.

After a lot of bathroom installer research I opted to use the London Bath Co because it offered a one stop shop for design and installation....and I wasn't disappointed. We already had a good idea of what we wanted the bathroom to look like and our designer Andre brought it to life via a very cool 3D online presentation following on from a zoom call. Our installer Tom was brilliant, clean, tidy, polite and hard working. The installation took slightly longer than anticipated but it was worth the wait and the LBC was in regular contact to check all was going to plan. The few snags were immediately resolved and I feel very comfortable knowing that there is a good warranty period to cover any unforeseen problems in the future. As other reviewers have said, it is not a cheap service but I believe you get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend the London Bath Co.

An absolutely faultless experience from start to finish. We loved our fitter, who was tireless and uncomplaining up and down stairs through hot weather. The quality of his work is outstanding and he has been a pleasure to have in the house. I would thoroughly recommend.
