We chose this company because of the promise of a seamless and stress free process. This was not our experience. In hindsight, problems began at the design stage. The interview was hurried with no opportunity to take the plans home to study them at our leisure. The survey failed to highlight issues which bathroom companies must have seen many times in basement flats. Accessible for someone with mobility issues was emphasised as being of paramount importance at the design stage. However, the design was changed during installation rendering the shower room hazardous. A solution of sorts was reached which included a shower surround which was not delivered. In fairness the company did offer to do remedial work but by this time we just wanted our relationship ended asap. The designer decided unilaterally to change the colour of grout from white to blue without any discussion with us. More positively once alerted the company tried to find solutions. But we thought we were paying to avoid problems occurring. Luckily we stayed on site otherwise we would have come home to a shower room not fit for our purposes. It seems many people had positive experiences with this company. The installers were excellent and the end product is aesthetically pleasing. But it was not a stress free process. If you decide to engage with the co I’d advise you spend as long as you need in the design meeting and don’t go away, as the designer suggested we should, whilst the work is being done.

We trusted the London Bathroom company with our new master bathroom, from design to execution. Design with Valeriya was very enjoyable, she made great suggestions and was very helpful. Yurii was our project manager - great job and super communications skills. We are very happy with the end results - note that this is a premium company so you pay the price for it...

The London Bath Company designed our shower room and managed the project courteously and efficiently. Above all we were very impressed by the standard of work carried out by Michal and his attention to detail. Above all, we were impressed by Mike and Joanna did a great job of keeping us informed.

We were looking for a totally stress free, project managed renovation of our shower room. From having London based show rooms, free design consultation, no waiting times to them handling all deliveries/quality management, high quality fittings and excellent craftmanship, they delivered it all. We barely noticed them working for the 3 weeks they were with us and they left it cleaner than they found it! If you are willing to spend a little more, they certainly deliver to the highest of expectations. It is expensive, thus the value score, but you certainly get what you pay for, which is very high quality.

I'm very happy with the service provided by the London Bath Company. From design to completion they were professional, courteous, and efficient. Nasser's design suited my style, requirements, and preferences. The builders LBC engaged to do the work were considerate and very skilled at what they do. The cost of my bathroom rose considerably after the initial quote, but this was because of structural and plumbing issues the builders discovered during the initial stages. At every step I was fully informed of the potential additional costs and the various options that were open to me. Yurri and his team did an excellent job. The quality of the tiling and the attention to detail were excellent. There was a small amount of damage done to my garden during the works but this was addressed after the work was finished and resolved to my satisfaction. The London Bath Company is certainly an expensive option, but you get what you pay for. I did not have to organise a thing. At one point the wrong tiles were delivered and LBC sorted it out in less than a day. I absolutely love the finished product, it is exactly what I pictured in my mind as my dream bathroom.

Full rip-out and installation of a new bathroom in a Victorian Terrace. Included underfloor heating and all decoration. Full design and project management service in addition to installation. Slight over-run on schedule but work done to budget. Good communication with the office team and the installer. Clear commitment to delivering a high quality installation. Minor issue arose during installation (small leak) but was quickly resolved and remediated. Not the cheapest service but worth the extra cost for the full design, procure, install and manage service.

After a terrible experience with renovating our own bathroom, we decided to use London Bath Co for the guest bathroom. We really wanted a service that had one point of contact who was responsible for everything. Each time I asked for a change to the design, the price seemed to go up so when the final quote came through, it did feel expensive - However, the service was great, everyone turned up at the right time and each day, mostly Tom but not always - no disappearing on the job. At the end of each week I received an update from Jamie as to what had been achieved and what would be happening in the coming week. There were a couple of issues that arose along the way (as there always are) that were resolved clearly - and by e-mail, so there was always a trail about what needed to be done and when it would be done. The follow-up on a few small snagging items has been thorough. Renovating a bathroom is a really disruptive job and London Bath Co made the experience as smooth and unobtrusive as I think it could have been.

We asked The London Bath Co to design and fit a new bathroom and toilet in our apartment on the South Bank. As it’s a converted industrial building we went for the urban industrial look. The team prepared a great design, practical and great to look at. Lots of light, and addressed the limited light we have in the bathroom as it has no windows. The fitting was really smooth, the supplies were all organised for us, it ran to time, and budget. When we needed some extras (we needed to replace the doors to the rooms for example) it was done smoothly, cost effectively, and to a great standard. The whole LBC team were super to work with, and we are delighted with what they have done. Very highly recommend, especially if you are in Central London and know how much complexity that can add to getting a smooth job done.

Plus points: - The design/layout was excellent, especially considering the awkward space the fittings had to go into - The finished product was of a very high quality - The house was kept very tidy throughout - Good customer experience and communication throughout Minus points: - It was a pricey quote compared with other fitters, though perhaps understandable given the quality of the work, however a few extra costs had to be added on top of the initial quote

London Bath Co were great - no hassle and very clean. They were meticulous and did a great job. The finish is excellent and they solved pre existing issues.

This is the 2nd bathroom London Bath has installed for me. Excellent service as before, André did a superb design and installation by Michal was professional, efficient and very high quality. The London Bath Co designed and completed work on our master bathroom. From start to finish the project was completely covered which gave us peace of mind. Andre incorporated all the details we asked for into the design (and more) and ultimately created a haven for us! Florin and team completed the building work to an outstanding quality and were a pleasure to have in the house. The project was overseen by Jamie who kept us updated all the way through and was very responsive to any questions we had. We love using the space everyday and would highly recommend the team. We have undertaken a complete refurbishment of a bathroom, the work including design, provision of fittings and all building works. This was done through the London Bath Co who have provided a very helpful and responsive service. The work was started and completed on time to a very high standard and to the agreed budget. The fitter Michal was excellent. We are very happy with the result.

From my first meeting with The London Bath Co. to discuss a bathroom re-design, to the final installation and clean, the experience and finished result has been excellent. Andre created a beautiful design that met all my requirements and budget. However the skill is then ensuring that the finished product looks exactly like the pictures and that is where Eigis (who completed the full installation) excelled. The quality of finish, care and pride that Eigis took in transforming our bathroom was the best workmanship I have seen. He was extremely quiet and respected our neighbours, incredibly tidy and left the site immaculate. I am so delighted that we had Eigis manage our installation and would highly recommend him. It was a pleasure to have him work in our home.

This is the second time we have used The London Bath Co. for a bathroom renovation. We chose them again because we were so pleased with the service and quality of the work provided for the first project. We are equally satisfied with the outcome of the recent renovation. On both occasions, the process has been very straightforward and stress-free thanks to the help and responsiveness of the designer Andre and the project manager Joanna. The quality of the building work, attention to detail and finish provided by Michal, the fitter, has been exceptional both times. The work started on the agreed dates and was completed in the predicted time. We have been kept informed of progress throughout both builds with clear, regular communication. We would happily recommend this company based on our experience.

I entered the process of designing and executing my bathroom change with a degree of trepidation. Previous building work had left me wary that it would be troublesome and badly executed. From day one, Steve and the team were professional, courteous and polite. Design was excellent, and the actual build was amazing. Cannot speak highly enough of builder. Brilliant experience and would wholeheartedly recommend.

We have the most beautiful bathroom as a result of Jonathan's designs and Tanko's installation. LBC were great to deal with - and handled everything quickly and quietly - cleaned up after themselves and when we had a small snagging issue, came round the next day to fix it. I would highly recommend them. The work wasn't cheap, but their professionalism kept my (usually high) anxiety levels under control and the finish is excellent. I got exactly what I was after and my bathroom now feels like it belongs in a high-end hotel. From being two rather shabby rooms, my bathroom is the nicest room in the flat!

Our experience with London Bath Co was seamless from start to finish. Taking it from the top, first the team visited the house for measurements - they were courteous and insisted on wearing plastic shoe covers before entering so as to protct our floors. We quickly had a first meeting with Andre, the Design Director - Andre was lovely to work with, he was intuitive and showed good active listening when it came to taking on board what we wanted (he was also very patient with us through multiple changes to the design!) Sigis carried out the work, he was incredibly professional, timely, he protected all relevant areas of our house/stairs to protect them from damage and was discreet and helpful the entire way through the process. Karen emailed us every 2 days to keep us appraised of Sigis'work/where he was at in the process and was lovely to work with. They are not the cheapest outfit, but in the scheme of things - we have the bathroom we wanted, done in record time, with no mess, no fuss and a level of professional courtesy and reliability we haven't experienced before with other trade businesses (and at every point of the value chain). A huge plus is that they do 'everything' - removal of the pre-existing bathroom, electricals, plumbing, flooring etc. so no faffing around with multiple vendors. We are now considering them for our kitchen & bedrooms!

I've been really pleased with my experience at The London Bath Co. The design process was really simple - I had a few ideas already so sent my brief through to Andre the designer and booked my first design consult. When I got into the showroom, he'd already worked up a design that was almost exactly what I was after. We discussed about different materials, fittings & finishes and post the consult made a few more changes via email. Andre was always super efficient at coming back with new options or answering my questions and I soon had a plan that I was happy to proceed with. I was lucky enough that they could fit me in quite quickly so after someone came to check the measurements, Tom the builder was sent over to discuss the project and it started a couple of weeks later while I was away for work. Tom was a pleasure to talk to and he & his team did a great job at not only completing the job to a high quality but also on clearing up the house before my return. I was kept in the loop of how things were progressing and a few weeks after I returned, he also came back to finish off a few small things that hadn't been possible at the time. Every time I interacted with anyone in the team they were helpful, supportive and easy to work with. Karen in customer service has been exemplary in answering all my questions and guiding me in the right way as I made decisions. I'm so happy with the final product and its made the space feel so much bigger as well. Recommend!

London Bath Co installed a new bathroom for us. After a discussion on what we were looking for the showroom team created a fabulous design for us. A little later, the build team arrived. They were clean and tidy and checked in on our preferences for the details as they installed. We were on holiday for most of the build and they kept in touch with photos and it was great to come back to a new bathroom. They also made sure the property was completely cleaned up after the building works. All in all we got the bathroom we wanted with minimal work and effort on our part - just what we wanted.

Id just like to say thank you to the team at London Bath Co who have executed on my full bathroom renovation completely remotely. As I am based in Singapore, it was essential that I used a team that I could trust to manage the entire process (soup to nuts) without any fuss. The great reviews led me to London Bath and I wasn't disappointed. The services levels were exceptional- always providing prompt replies and updates to any queries I had. Outside some unplanned delays due to stock imperfections (that needed to be replaced), things went smoothly and to plan. Picking tiles was definitely the hardest to do from a brochure, but seeing the final photos I can see my decisions were fine - the design team supported my choices which de-risked things a bit! The team also retiled my kitchen floor in the same tiles at the same time, to keep the flat working as one. We've really brought the place up to spec! Very happy with my new en-suite bathroom. The installers did a fantastic job, taking care of the communal parts and clearing all the rubbish away. There were a couple of problems with the wrong items being delivered but these were quickly rectified, leaving me with a bathroom I’m very happy with. The use of high quality materials resulted in a fabulous new room.

An excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble. Florin and the whole team were extremely attentive and professional. And the end result is of an extremely high quality.
