An excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble. Florin and the whole team were extremely attentive and professional. And the end result is of an extremely high quality.

I contacted the London Bath Company in April for a quotation for complete renewal of a thirty year old bathroom. Someone immediately came to measure up and in early May I had remote and then showroom consultations to discuss a design which faithfully reflected my preferences and in many ways surpassed them. I asked for work to be undertaken in the first three weeks of August and these dates were respected. The work was done by Yurii and his team, all of them craftsmen of the highest calibre, skilled, quick workers who were a pleasure to have in the house. The job was finished three days ahead of schedule and the result is breathtakingly good. Beautiful materials used throughout and Jonathan's good taste and keen eye for detail show throughout. The final cherry on the cake, Wioletta came on the Monday after installation to clean thoroughly not only the new bathroom but also the surrounding area. This is not the cheapest option but I think it was money very well spent and I appreciated the efficiency and integrity of all involved.

After searching far and wide for a company that would really do it all and also truly care about the project as if they were an owner themselves, we found London Bath Co. The whole process was super smooth, professional, and reassuring throughout. After having done the design consultation via Webex and gone back and forth a bit on different tile samples we agreed on a plan. We then left the country and handed over our keys to our 1 bed London flat knowing we were in safe hands. Despite being out of the country, Nisha and Emma were providing progress updates almost daily via email including pictures (this was our preference) and flagged important questions that needed our attention. They really cared that the bathroom be exactly according to our specs and wishes and genuinely went above and beyond to make that happen. Sigis, the installer or should I say artist, has the best workmanship I have seen with real attention to detail. For e.g. Sigis aligned tiles, put things together with the same care and thought he would as if he were installing this bathroom in his own house. You cannot wish or ask for more! Even now with the bathroom complete everyone on the team made sure that everything was exactly to our liking and there were a few things we wanted to change a bit and modify, and without any issues Sigis and his team were here within a few days and did everything. Trust me you will be extremely happy you went with London Bath Co.

We commissioned the London Bath Company to carry out a complete renovation of the two bathrooms in our apartment. Tomasz led the works, together with a colleague for the initial weeks. Although the project timeline was affected by factors outside of everybody’s control, Tomasz was one hundred percent professional at all times. His workmanship has been outstanding and his attention to detail second to none. Tomasz always took the time to explain decisions that had been made, double checking what we wanted before proceeding. We felt totally confident leaving him to carry out the work as planned and he communicated very efficiently with the concierges in our building. I would recommend Tomasz without hesitation for a thoroughly professional, high quality service.

I recently had a whole new bathroom installed by Yurii from the London Bath Co. I literally can’t fault anything about the experience. Both the support and contact from the shop team and the hard work and care of Yurii were exemplary. I was even chased to see if I had any snagging issues after completion which was certainly a pleasant new experience! I’m delighted and I would thoroughly recommend them to others.

Fantastic experience, great, truly great job done on my two bathrooms and the cloakroom. Tomek, Pavel and Pavel were professional workers and exceptionally nice people to be with. Everything finished to the highest standard and on time. Not a speck of hesitation would I have to recommend them to whoever. I am sorry I do not have more bathrooms for them to work on. The people in the office were also most helpful with any questions I had, Nasser, Nisha, Emma. Do not look anywhere else, go for them.

Mario and the whole team at LBC have been amazing to work with right the way through the process from Nasser’s incredible design ideas right through to the installation and finishing touches. Mario is a perfectionist and made sure every element was exactly as it should be. The materials were high quality. The finish perfect and the aftercare above and beyond. When installing a bathroom, you always expect the odd hiccup once installed and I was expecting a few things to go wrong once I started using the bathroom but aside from a tiny issue with a little sealant around the shower, which was resolved instantly and the need for a stronger flush because of the water pressure in our townhouse, which was also addressed swiftly, there was nothing. It was not a cheap bathroom but I didn’t want something cheap that I’d need to replace in ten years. This bathroom feels like it will stand the test of time so I feel it is good value for what it is. I’m so impressed with them, I’m planning to do my second bathroom with them also. So happy with my bathroom! Thank you Mario, Nasser, Emma and Nisha!

The whole experience was painless and so much better than other firms we have used in the past - would thoroughly recommend the London Bathroom Co. The whole team was very professional and responsive. The work and payment schedule was agreed upfront. They kept us informed every step of the way and the work carried out by Egis (our installer) was to a very high standard. He was clearly skilled and very respectful and organised while in our home and we are very happy with the end result - it's a beautiful bathroom. Any questions raised were immediately dealt with and the before, during and aftercare from the whole team was fantastic. Great job.

London Bath's premium service has been a fantastic investment and their excellent reputation is well-deserved. Our bath's complete renovation was handled by them A-to-Z in a most professional & competent way, and the lead builder on the project—Tomasz—is a hugely gifted jack-of-all-trades with an outstanding eye for detail and a work ethic that is second to none—truly a rare gem in this day&age! In short, we're in love with our new bath and the end-product has turned out even better than projected. 'would highly, _highly_ recommend!

We’re delighted with our finished bathroom. Klaid and his team were very easy to work with. Their attention to detail and tiling skills are excellent, which shows in the finished job. Minor snagging issues, were dealt with very promptly. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Klaid again.

We designed our bathroom with the London Bath Company and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Andre did a fantastic job of bringing our vision to life and finding the perfect tiles based off of some images we had sent him. He made brilliant suggestions and helped us design a space perfect for us. We then waited about 8 weeks for works to begin as some of our finishes were custom. But Nisha, Emma and the team kept us up to date and were really helpful putting us at ease. When the works finally began, Yurii and his team were polite, friendly and extremely talented and competent. The tiling is beautiful and the whole bathroom looks incredible. We asked for dimmer switches to be installed and he made sure this happened even though it wasn’t on the original plan. The next day they even sent a cleaner to leave the bathroom and surrounding rooms spotless! We couldn’t be happier!

We had a bathroom re-done. Emailed the website and 6 minutes later I received a phone call. We arranged a visit to our house for their surveyor that week, and a showroom visit for us the next weekend. Happened as planned, Nasser had designs ready, which we tweaked over a couple of hours in the showroom, chose tiles, taps etc etc, and a fully costed proposal was with us a couple of days later. We confirmed and due to a cancellation, work started almost immediately. First day they cleared the drainage issue that had been plaguing us for ages. Pleasant experience having 3 professional and friendly Ukrainian guys in the house - excellent workmanship, really responsive to the small tweaks required, cleaned up thoroughly every day. Thank you Yuri, Ruslan and Sergei! Although we spent more than we had initially planned, the quote Nasser gave us was respected, and the finish is brilliant. It is a super job. Time-wise we were lucky and due to a cancellation, a month after my first email to the website, we had a brand new bathroom. Build time was just under two weeks. Summary - they are not cheap, but the final outcome is impeccable, the experience of the builders in the house was one of the best we have had, and the overall customer service is extremely good.

I am so very glad I got In contact with the London Bath Co. Nasser and his team have been absolutely brilliant in coordination and making sure the project was delivered on time. The experience was seamless, I did not have to coordinate deliveries with the contractor. I am thankful to the whole team for making this happen in a timely manner and the end product looks very good. I will not hesitate to recommend the London Bath company to my friends and if we were to redo bathrooms or kitchen in the future, they will be my first call.

When my 24 year old bathroom started experiencing issues I went to the London Bath Company to see what they could do for me. They sent a surveyor round to measure up and the following week I was in the showroom discussing their design recommendations, choosing tiles and getting a look at some of the actual fittings. A few days after the design meeting I received the quote and a video of what the bathroom would look like. Having accepted the quote, the installer came round to ensure that the design would work with regard to the electrics and plumbing available in the existing bathroom area. Three days later work began. On the first day all floor areas that would be accessed by the install team were protected with plastic and cardboard coverings. The install team then managed all the deliveries and installation and all I had to do was make the odd coffee. The installers worked really hard and to a high standard from 8 in the morning until 5 in the evening, 6 days a week for 3 weeks and 1 day and the result was amazing. When the job was complete all rubbish and my old bathroom was removed from site and the following day they sent a cleaner in who did a brilliant job of removing 3 weeks of dust and making the bathroom all shiny.

An absolutely faultless experience from start to finish. We loved our fitter, who was tireless and uncomplaining up and down stairs through hot weather. The quality of his work is outstanding and he has been a pleasure to have in the house. I would thoroughly recommend.

I researched a number of companies that do bathroom renovations and decided on the London Bath Company. This was based on their standing on review sites and their willingness to take on a fairly small bathroom. Throughout the planning stage the designer, Andre, demonstrated his experience and detailed knowledge of the mechanics of bathrooms. The attention given to detail and the companies' willingness to listen to what their customers really want ensured that the final bath bathroom was exactly what we were after. Installation was just as competently executed and the installer, Michal, worked exceedingly hard and finished the job within the initial estimated time despite encountering a number of problems arising from the poor condition of the original bathroom. He was courteous, responsive and helpful throughout the construction process and visited us afterwards to ensure that there were no problems and everything was completed to our satisfaction. At all the stages of the process Emma was in email contact with us, ensuring that we were happy with the process. I am happy to recommend this company to anyone. They are not cheap but they are probably still good value for money given the high standard of the materials, fixtures and fittings and workmanship.

We were delighted with the service from start to finish. The design team came up with a really clever design that completely transformed a small and awkward space into a lovely bathroom with great storage. The fitting took place weeks earlier than we were initially told it might, which was a huge bonus. The work was completed on time and to a very high standard. The finished product matched the plans exactly. The fitters communicated with us throughout to keep us up to date. The cost was high but there were no hidden extras and when we had a very minor snagging issue they dealt with it really quickly. An added bonus was that the company sent a cleaner afterwards so that the flat was spotless.

Full rip-out and installation of a new bathroom in a Victorian Terrace. Included underfloor heating and all decoration. Full design and project management service in addition to installation. Slight over-run on schedule but work done to budget. Good communication with the office team and the installer. Clear commitment to delivering a high quality installation. Minor issue arose during installation (small leak) but was quickly resolved and remediated. Not the cheapest service but worth the extra cost for the full design, procure, install and manage service.

We have had a flawless experience with the London Bath Company. So much so that we are going to use them to do our second bathroom. Firstly, the communication right from the start to finish was excellent, which is so important to us. The company are extremely responsive on email and phone and very good at keeping us up to date. Everything just worked. Andre is an incredibly talented designer who is extremely knowledgeable. We did not believe the bathroom he presented could fit in our space. It was far beyond what we imagined (in a great way!). The design was fabulous and Andre was great at going through it, highlighting different features with honest advice. Michal was a wonderful fitter. Punctual from start to finish and always in communication with the team, he was very pleasant and made the process as smooth as possible. We are most grateful He was also very clean. At the end of the job, the bathroom was professionally clean and we are just in love. The transformation is incredible- we now can't bear to look at the other bathroom! The London Bathroom Company did a great job installing my new bathroom. The design makes great use of the limited space available and the work was completed to time. The builder was also excellent, keeping me updated with developments and quick to make me aware of any necessary adjustments. Would definitely work with this company again.

I'm very happy with the service provided by the London Bath Company. From design to completion they were professional, courteous, and efficient. Nasser's design suited my style, requirements, and preferences. The builders LBC engaged to do the work were considerate and very skilled at what they do. The cost of my bathroom rose considerably after the initial quote, but this was because of structural and plumbing issues the builders discovered during the initial stages. At every step I was fully informed of the potential additional costs and the various options that were open to me. Yurri and his team did an excellent job. The quality of the tiling and the attention to detail were excellent. There was a small amount of damage done to my garden during the works but this was addressed after the work was finished and resolved to my satisfaction. The London Bath Company is certainly an expensive option, but you get what you pay for. I did not have to organise a thing. At one point the wrong tiles were delivered and LBC sorted it out in less than a day. I absolutely love the finished product, it is exactly what I pictured in my mind as my dream bathroom.
