We were attracted to the London Bath Company by their offer of a complete service from design to installation. Jonathan’s design was superb - we hardly had to do anything except choose the tiles. The work undertaken by Yurii and his team was of the highest quality, with any issues we raised tackled quickly and efficiently. We felt well looked after by Emma throughout the whole process. It was also useful to know exactly what we were going to pay with a fixed price quotation, which meant no nasty surprises. We would thoroughly recommend the London Bath Company.

We are delighted with the work done by London Bath Company on the complete refit of our family bathroom - Jonathan Middel produced a great 3D design and completely took our feedback on board to optimise the space and create our dream including walk-in shower. As a result we could totally visualise what to expect - a Covid safe showroom made it super easy to finalise our choices - lots of tile options were delivered to us to allow us to choose colours in situ (hence able to judge colours during day / evening) - Pawel was amazing at building the entire bathroom and coordinating the whole process with the electrician where necessary - always on time, friendly, hard working, checking with us when there were options, great attention to detail, craftmanship etc we just could not fault him - the entire team in the office was also always checking we were happy with the progress and we felt our project was very professionally managed throughout. Deliveries arrived on time, and the project was completely substantially on schedule (1 day behind which I think is amazing on any building project especially in old Victorian houses when things always turn up to address) In a nutshell we could not recommend a better firm to manage your bathroom refit.

We commissioned the London Bath Company to carry out a complete renovation of the two bathrooms in our apartment. Tomasz led the works, together with a colleague for the initial weeks. Although the project timeline was affected by factors outside of everybody’s control, Tomasz was one hundred percent professional at all times. His workmanship has been outstanding and his attention to detail second to none. Tomasz always took the time to explain decisions that had been made, double checking what we wanted before proceeding. We felt totally confident leaving him to carry out the work as planned and he communicated very efficiently with the concierges in our building. I would recommend Tomasz without hesitation for a thoroughly professional, high quality service.

Fantastic experience, great, truly great job done on my two bathrooms and the cloakroom. Tomek, Pavel and Pavel were professional workers and exceptionally nice people to be with. Everything finished to the highest standard and on time. Not a speck of hesitation would I have to recommend them to whoever. I am sorry I do not have more bathrooms for them to work on. The people in the office were also most helpful with any questions I had, Nasser, Nisha, Emma. Do not look anywhere else, go for them.

We designed our bathroom with the London Bath Company and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Andre did a fantastic job of bringing our vision to life and finding the perfect tiles based off of some images we had sent him. He made brilliant suggestions and helped us design a space perfect for us. We then waited about 8 weeks for works to begin as some of our finishes were custom. But Nisha, Emma and the team kept us up to date and were really helpful putting us at ease. When the works finally began, Yurii and his team were polite, friendly and extremely talented and competent. The tiling is beautiful and the whole bathroom looks incredible. We asked for dimmer switches to be installed and he made sure this happened even though it wasn’t on the original plan. The next day they even sent a cleaner to leave the bathroom and surrounding rooms spotless! We couldn’t be happier!

The London Bath Co did a fantastic job refurbishing our very dated bathroom. The design was done by Nasser, following some initial instructions from us, and was exactly what we were looking for. Our bathroom is fairly small and Nasser made sure we were using every inch of space, and he also incorporated in to the design the type of colour and pattern detail which we had told him was our personal taste, so it really felt like “ours”. The installation was then done by Yurii and his team, who could not have been easier people to have around the house. They were polite, considerate and tidy- and completed the work well within the estimated timeframe. The project was managed by Joanna, who kept in touch with us regularly to ensure everything was going smoothly and very quickly responded to any questions we had. We were very pleased we chose the London Bath Co because we really did need no involvement once the design was agreed and could get on with our own busy jobs and lives. The pricing was also very transparent. We paid what was agreed in advance. There was one additional charge related to some rotting in our floor which wasn’t known about in advance but the additional work was clearly explained to us, and the additional price charged was very reasonable for what was needed. I would highly recommend.

We used The London Bath Company to refurbish two bathrooms sequentially in our Westminster flat. The whole experience has been first rate, from the design meetings with Andre, through to the installation process and the final finishing touches. Florian and his team of fitters have done an exceptional job and we are really pleased with the results. Andre worked hard to keep to our budget, but still delivered luxurious bathrooms with high quality fittings and underfloor heating. There was an issue with the tiles for one bathroom (they didn’t look as we had expected) and this was quickly resolved with Andre suggesting two alternatives, sourcing our preferred choice quickly and arranging them to be ordered and delivered promptly so that we didn’t lose any time. Florian and his team worked cleanly, arriving promptly at 8am every morning and even finished two weeks ahead of schedule. Throughout the process, the communication was excellent and the whole team worked together to iron out the inevitable issues that arise in refurbishment projects. We would definitely recommend The London Bath Company without any hesitation.

The London Bath Co fully remodelled our main bathroom back in 2018, including expanding it into a spare bedroom and doubling the size. They did an excellent job from start to finish. The result was a hotel quality bathroom which has stood the test of time and we enjoy to this day. We had no hesitation in asking them to take on a full refurbishment of our cloakroom. Andre, our designer, provided great advice, took time to listen to our ideas and preferences, and came through with a design that we are very pleased with. The toilet, basin, tiles and fittings are all top quality, very modern and stylish. The installation went without a hitch. Project Manager Jamie was very helpful, kept us regularly updated on progress and the installation began and was completed to the promised timescales. Installer Tom was very friendly, talked to us frequently throughout the build to seek guidance on our preferences, and ultimately achieved an excellent finish. He went out of his way to minimise disruption and left the house clean and tidy at the end of each day. We are extremely please with the final outcome and will certainly be using them again in the future. All aspects of their service is top notch. They provide a top quality result at reasonable prices. Excellent value.

I contacted London Bath Co after I bought a one bathroom flat and needed to have it done before I moved in 3 months. I've contacted other companies before. However, everyone I contacted requires me to use only their product, or I have to project manage it myself. As I have wanted a deep soak tub which was only made and sold by one company in the UK, as well as having a full-time job, I need to work with a company that understands what I want and can manage it from start to finish. London Bath Co is precisely that. I sent over pictures of the bathroom I liked during the consultation, and they helped me design my dream bathroom. They take into account things that are important to me and make sure I get the items that I like. In this case, a deep soak tub and a Japanese-style toilet. They accommodated me in such a short time, and it was done before the time to move in. During the process, they maintained open communication and updated me at every step. They also accommodated some changes I needed to be done after installation. I never had to worry about the entire process, which enabled me to concentrate on everything else. I have also recommended this company to my other friends and family, and I would wholeheartedly work with them again if I ever build a new bathroom.

We needed our bathroom to be renovated quickly as we knew we had a leak that was going into our basement below. We had a design appointment with Andre at London Bath Co's St. John's Wood showroom and he was fantastic. We weren't sure exactly what we were looking for, but he was so patient with us and gave us his advice and we arrived at a design we were delighted with. Because London Bath Co have their own directly employed installers, we had a really quick turnaround between design and installation. We did have some additional costs as it was necessary to replace rotten joists in the floor, but we'd anticipated this and the project was still completed on schedule. We were out of the country while the work was done, but Jamie gave us regular progress reports with photos and when we returned home the property was in immaculate condition. Our installer Yuuri did an incredible job and we absolutely love our new bathroom. London Bath Co were not the cheapest, but I do think they're the best.

I couldn't be happier with my new en-suite bathroom from London Bath Co. They managed to meet the challenge of matching my tastes (expensive!) with my budget (limited!). Two visits with the designer and three weeks of stripped-to-the-studwork renovation and I have a fabulous new en-suite. They even managed to find me an early start date for construction. Sophie-Anne (designer), Karen (project manager), Tom and Pavel (construction team) were amazing from start to finish. Tom especially kept the project moving at pace and was extremely patient in answering my many questions. This project was definitely an investment... and worth every penny!

The London Bath Co were amazing from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed our discussions and bathroom design meetings with Andre. We met in person 3 times at the office in St John's wood. Andre was patient and very helpful in bringing together ideas. The attention to detail and input from Andre (beside the 3D mock-up software) really helped us visualise our dream bathroom. We knew from the beginning that we were in safe hands, the 3 year guarantee was the cherry on the top - a brilliant unique selling point which made us feel confident that London Bath Co took pride in their materials and installation. Jamie handled the communications throughout the project and was always very clear and prompt. At no point did we feel uncomfortable or worried. The strong communication throughout the project really added to the peace of mind. Sigis fit our bathroom and the operation was a slick and tidy. Sigis is clearly very skilled. Tom finished off the paint, the concrete textured finish looks brilliant. Sigis and Tom (and the rest of the team) clearly take pride in their work and we could not be happier with the result. A brilliant bathroom delivered by an outstanding team - very happy customers!

Now that we have had a chance to use the bathroom conversion in our daily routine, we find happy surprises in the design that we had forgotten, and, more important, we see that under an expert eye, a small space could become bright and roomy. Transforming a Victorian conversion flat

A decrepit bathroom in the ground floor conversion flat in a 120-year-old terraced property was completely re-thought and transformed into a smart, comfortable, modern, wet room which is now a pleasant extension of the living area. It's made the worst area in the flat into the best area. Richard Taylor gave excellent advice based on carefully listening to my needs, experiences and concerns, and came up with an outstanding and deliverable plan for the (extensive) works needed. The bathroom now has a new suspended ceiling with LED lighting included, a new extractor fan, new plastering on one wall and plasterboard on another, and the two main walls have been , and a completely new floor, beautifully tiled and sealed, with entirely new drains underneath. There is a new double-glazed window with a tiled windowsill. There is a new electric shower with a shower-screen - to protect the wash-basin and mirrored cabinet, which also has a charging point for my toothbrush and shaver. Plus a new heated towel rail, and storage for towel, toiletries and cleaning materials. They trimmed and re-hung the door, to fit with the new flooring, and included the hallway immediately outside the bathroom which also gives access to the garden. Switches and isolation valves are all now accessible and in sensible locations, which was not previously the case. This work took longer than first expected, because some of the challenges were not obvious at first and required additional structures, but the company stood by the initial quote and has delivered an excellent result. The fitting team worked very hard and thoroughly, didn't cut corners, and have followed through in sorting out minor issues afterwards. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.

The project we gave the London Bath Co. was really quite a challenge from the problems of a very poor untouched 1966 pink bathroom being made into a modern, light, habitable, efficient bathroom. From Steve's original creative ideas, through Emma and Jonathan's administration and communication skills, which we are sure were put to the test. To Yuri, Pavel, Sacha and Roman's practical skills the project was well conceived, well thought out, well timed and executed and kept to deadline. The complete team where flexible in the sense that any problems that occurred or presented themselves where quickly and professionally addressed. Our overall feeling was one of confidence and competence with the London Bath Co. in what we where trying to achieve and that they where completely behind us and there to give us advice when needed and keep us up to date on any on-going costs. We where so encouraged by the finished product that another project may be proposed next year. Again, Thank you the London Bath Co.

After searching far and wide for a company that would really do it all and also truly care about the project as if they were an owner themselves, we found London Bath Co. The whole process was super smooth, professional, and reassuring throughout. After having done the design consultation via Webex and gone back and forth a bit on different tile samples we agreed on a plan. We then left the country and handed over our keys to our 1 bed London flat knowing we were in safe hands. Despite being out of the country, Nisha and Emma were providing progress updates almost daily via email including pictures (this was our preference) and flagged important questions that needed our attention. They really cared that the bathroom be exactly according to our specs and wishes and genuinely went above and beyond to make that happen. Sigis, the installer or should I say artist, has the best workmanship I have seen with real attention to detail. For e.g. Sigis aligned tiles, put things together with the same care and thought he would as if he were installing this bathroom in his own house. You cannot wish or ask for more! Even now with the bathroom complete everyone on the team made sure that everything was exactly to our liking and there were a few things we wanted to change a bit and modify, and without any issues Sigis and his team were here within a few days and did everything. Trust me you will be extremely happy you went with London Bath Co.

Mario and the whole team at LBC have been amazing to work with right the way through the process from Nasser’s incredible design ideas right through to the installation and finishing touches. Mario is a perfectionist and made sure every element was exactly as it should be. The materials were high quality. The finish perfect and the aftercare above and beyond. When installing a bathroom, you always expect the odd hiccup once installed and I was expecting a few things to go wrong once I started using the bathroom but aside from a tiny issue with a little sealant around the shower, which was resolved instantly and the need for a stronger flush because of the water pressure in our townhouse, which was also addressed swiftly, there was nothing. It was not a cheap bathroom but I didn’t want something cheap that I’d need to replace in ten years. This bathroom feels like it will stand the test of time so I feel it is good value for what it is. I’m so impressed with them, I’m planning to do my second bathroom with them also. So happy with my bathroom! Thank you Mario, Nasser, Emma and Nisha!
