We have been a Samsung Major Service Centre for many years. Our engineers have been trained by Samsung and have many years experience, as do our admin support team.

We look after Samsung appliances and televisions with 'in-home' service across much of London and Essex as well as supporting appliances in Essex, Brighton and East Sussex.

Hi, I just had a visit from the engineer David at my property to look at my TV. I would like to mention that the engineer tuned up on time and I was very pleased with the Investigation. David was well mannered, cared for my property and my requirements for wearing a mask. He answered all my questions and explained all procedures going forward with detail and made sure I understood everything. Very pleased with the service so far, as a part will need to be ordered and a second visit will need to be booked. Would much appreciate if David can make the 2nd visit.

Damaged the cooker hood and wall but denied it, I had a video of the undamaged cooker hood before the appointment

2 failed appointments and on the third appointment the engineer scratched my 6 week old cooker hood in numerous places and when I pointed this out he denied it. I then showed him a video I took of the cooker hood before the appointment and he was apologetic and advised the damaged cooker hood base would be replaced. He also scuffed the walls where he worked on it. Next comes dealing with Mint. Horrendous customer service is ingrained here. They said they would come back within 3 days, but didn’t. They then said it would take a further 3 days and when I chased they said they couldn’t give me a timescale and the manager and director won’t speak to me. I have spent hours complaining to Samsung, and it was escalated to the highest level president complaints at Samsung and Mint then denied causing any damage to the cooker hood or my walls. Samsung have made Mint replace the cooker hood because I had a video showing it in perfect condition before the appointment. But Mint wouldn’t repair the damage to my wall as I had no evidence. Samsung have therefore covered the cost of the damage to my wall. Before allowing this absolutely dreadful company into your home, photograph and video everything. There are other similar reviews of this company. Mint are an utter disgrace and Samsung should be ashamed of allowing them to service their warranty.

I’ve used this company twice and both times the response and service has been brilliant, I couldn’t ask for better. Have to say that each person I dealt with was lovely to deal with, helpful, understood my concern with the appliance and responded quickly to resolve the issue. Cancelled on the day of repair 3 times.
First cancellation, they didn't even call to let me know they weren't coming Second time, they didn't have the part they needed (without ever having seen the part) Third time, engineer's sickness. One month without a washing machine with kids. Waste of time.

Had an employer named Sam fix my machine Very friendly, did the job fast, did a diagnostic test too. Although it is of course his job, he left the place neat, put my machine back in place and tested it. Thanks Samsung, for partnering with good firms like this, I can't fault it!

Long waiting time to get the repair man out to your place Rude repair man, rude people on the phone Finally, I ended up ordering the part from them and do it myself Paid £15 for postal services today is the 3rd day I have received nothing yet they never shared any tracking details We are without a washing machine for 25 days now There are kids under 5 and elderly in the household they didn't give a monkey about it This piece of Samsung rubbish was bought in September 2021 so not even 3 years old for £450 never registered for extended warranty which is my fault Visit charge was £144 part £60

I would like to leave a review regarding Steve, the technician who attended my property on 21st August. I had tried everything myself to fix my Samsung washing machine. Steve called ahead of time to advise that he was on his way. He was polite and professional; wiping his feet before entering my property! He was extremely amiable and knowledgeable and knew what the fault was straightaway. He also answered all of my queries and ge gave me some useful tips on how to use the machine going forward including a sure fire way to get rid of the water from the washing machine filter without much mess! If you have an issue with an appliance, I hope you get Steve! Lovely guy. Please note this review is attributed to Steve and not Mint as a company. When I contacted Mint afterwards to ask where I was able to provide feedback, I was just told to look on Google. Not very helpful.

I have had the unfortunate experience of having to have group fx try to fix my washing machine, I first reported the issue to Samsung in January as my machine was making a metal banging noise. Group fx came in January and told me the washing machine was ok and invoiced samsung for replacing the drum assy which never happened. I complained to Group Fx upon been informed of this by samsung in March when i reported the same issue. Group Fx agreed to return in April and came back replacing the drum assy, problem solved you would hope. No the machine was now louder than before they came and now leaks water, which it never had until they serviced it Here we go again called group fx for them to came back and fix the problem. They came back in May serviced the machine again it still leaked and was so just making the most awful noise when used. Luckily for me they refused to come back for a 5th time. I had to contact Samsung again and go through their alternative resolution process. Hats off to Samsung upgraded me to a newer a better machine

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Group FX, Samsung's preferred repair specialist, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare. This company's complete lack of customer service and unprofessionalism left me incredibly frustrated and disappointed. To begin with, the staff members who answered my calls were anything but professional. They seemed ill-informed and incompetent, providing me with incorrect information and failing to address my concerns effectively. It was clear that they were not adequately trained to handle customer inquiries or resolve issues. The most infuriating part of my interaction with Group FX was their blatant dishonesty and disregard for my time. On not just one, but multiple occasions, they canceled my appointments without any prior notice. This left me waiting for a technician who never showed up, wasting my valuable time. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to call me around 5pm, long after the scheduled appointment time, to reschedule. This level of disregard for punctuality is completely unacceptable. I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with Group FX's performance in repairing my Samsung products. Their lack of professionalism, frequent cancellations, and constant rescheduling demonstrated a complete lack of respect for their customers. In conclusion, I strongly advise against using Group FX for any repair needs.

Worst service ever received, I waited over 8 weeks for my washing machine to be fixed. Paid out over £220, parts were fitted and still didn’t work, engineers made excuses for why it didn’t work ordered more parts, which were delayed, Group FX kept rebooking visits, they had the worst customer service, little to no communication and wouldn’t let me speak to anyone senior, they didn’t respond to emails, or have a complaints procedure. An absolute joke of a service. This service needs to be shut down.

Kevin visited us today for a second call out on our Samsung Washer. He was not only bang on time he had the fault diagnosed within fifteen minutes of being onsite. The faulty components were changed and he was ready to go within the hour with no mess. Today we were lucky to have a genuine tradesman visit us who knew totally what he was doing. This is not necessarily a review for Group FX Limited but for the guy who fixed the machine, Kevin Well done mate.

I am in a dispute with GroupFx as they told me my fridge was not under warranty even though it is. Being the week before Xmas, I had no option but to pay for the repair (£145) now that I found my warranty form, and Samsung has confirmed it is valid, GroupFx is not even bothering to answer the phone or even reply to emails. Samsung needs to stop using them as they are ruining their brand

Samsung 75" TV reported to Samsung audio issue repair under warranty. Left my TV covered in smears and finger prints. Took paint off my walls. Left the mounting bracket bolt off and one connect cable floating. LEFT TV in worse state than when they arrived still same issue. Called head office to speak to someone in management and was promised a call same day, no call received. Called up 3 times and was promised call backs none arrived.

Waste of time, visited address 4 times did everything wrong, their staff damaged the TV. They failed to notify Samsung who in turn will not replace my TV which is less than 9 months old. because FX failed to notify them. I have a TV that does not work and Samsung will not replace it thanks to FX not doing their jobs. Attempted to phone them was a complete waste of time. Sent 4 e-mails they did not even reply. Terrible service

The first time we called Samsung customer service there was no engineer visit sorted out which was a negative on Samsung CS not Group FX. The second call produced an engineers visit within 24 hours of the cal. Kevin worked proficiently, finding the issue and resolving swiftly. I now have a excellent washing machine that is fit for purpose. Delighted by Group FX service.

Engineer damaged my dishwasher

Group fx engineer damaged my dishwasher while attempting to fix, it still broken. Samsung have refused to replace it. Group fx won’t let speak to a manager, awful customer service. My dishwasher broke and its only 6 months old Samsung sent a company named Group FX to fix it 4 times they have tried and failed, on the 3rd the engineer damaged the machine beyond repair. Now neither of them will accept responsibility for the damage and replace my dishwasher. I called on 19th March asked to speak to the customer resolution department and they tried to put me though but the resolution department said they didn’t want to talk to me. I’m now stuck with a damaged and still broken dishwasher after spending 30+ hours on the phone I don’t know what to do next this has been going on since mid January.

Group FX pride themselves on being at the forefront of technical expertise. That couldn't be farther from the truth. They were hired by Samsung to fix the speakers of my brand new TV. Their engineers didn't have a clue what they were doing. Instead of fixing the speakers - they ended up breaking the display! Now we are all humans and notwithstanding their act of recklessness, I would have liked giving the benefit of the doubt. But it's been a week already and despite leaving many messages, I have not heard back. In fact Group FX didn't even bother to apologise for the damage and inconvenience caused. And that just inexcusable. Avoid!
