I have used this company twice to work on my roof, with the first time a very quick response to an emergency call out. Having recently purchased the property I was aware of a number of roof issues that needed attending to. The company very kindly reviewed the survey and advised on various options available to correct these. The issues included chimney stack & pot repairs, repointing valleys, repairing/replacing guttering and moss removal. The company was able to provide different solutions to resolve the issues, clearly outlining the costs, benefits and suitability for my requirements. At all times I have found the company to be professional, responsive, open and client focused. I am very pleased with the work that the team carried out, and I would not hesitate to use again.

Our flat garage roof felt needed replacing with new fibreglass layers. The work was completed as per the quote and completed ahead of time. This was a complicated task given the weather and finding other issues during the work. Chris, Ryen and team were excellent ensuring the work was completed to a high standard and making follow up visits to quality check their job after completion. Ryen fixed leaks round my chimneys which a previous roofer had been unable to resolve. The damp patches disappeared from the bedroom walls for the first time in about 2 years, which was a great relief. He also visited promptly to repair storm damage, replacing a fallen ridge tile. When a local builder reported slipped and missing tiles on the roof, he came out to check and honestly told me there was nothing wrong.

Ryen and Chris returned my call quickly to arrange a time to give me a quote to replace some broken roof tiles. They turned up on time and gave me a reasonable quote which I accepted. They managed to squeeze me in a few days later and again turned up when expected with a further text to advise they were on their way. They were professional, friendly and sorted this out with no fuss or issues. The noted a further problem with my roof which has not been touched in 20 years and will send photos with a further quote. I will definitely go ahead with this and totally recommend them

Chris and the team did a fantastic job fixing my flat roof. The lead time was super quick from agreeing quote - 1 week, and job completed in a few days. Good workmanship laying a GRP roof covering over an existing EPDM that had failed. Professional and courteous team. Would use it again.
