Ryen and Chris returned my call quickly to arrange a time to give me a quote to replace some broken roof tiles. They turned up on time and gave me a reasonable quote which I accepted. They managed to squeeze me in a few days later and again turned up when expected with a further text to advise they were on their way. They were professional, friendly and sorted this out with no fuss or issues. The noted a further problem with my roof which has not been touched in 20 years and will send photos with a further quote. I will definitely go ahead with this and totally recommend them

Having noticed some loose tiles and a crack in a chimney flaunching/render (and being unable to get a word-of-mouth recommendation for a local roofer) I searched the internet and found details for the Original Roofing Organisation. Chris came round to assess the work needed and gave an approx. a quote which he followed up in writing soon after. I found him to be approachable and genuinely interested in making the roof watertight. He was able to fit me into his busy (rain-affected) schedule and the work went ahead and was completed in several stages - the repairs involved repointing the ridge and hips, relaunching and render repair to two chimneys, replacing broken tiles and organising scaffolding. I felt Chris went the extra mile to get the work finished (and scaffolding removed) in good time before Christmas. His son and the rest of the roofing team were friendly, hard-working and happy to answer all my questions and concerns. The scaffolders were courteous, tidy and fast. I will use Chris again for any further roofing work.

Performed major roof overhaul, consisting of repointing all ridges, repair flat roof, replacement chimney flashing, reflaunching chimney tops, repair render on all sides of one tall chimney stack, painting two chimneys, refit soffit boards and replacement broken and missing tiles. Professional execution of the work and effective dealing with additional requirements and issues as work progressed. Dedication to and pride in high quality of performance of the entire team was noteworthy. Pricing fair, considering needs for additional work and final repairs after removal of scaffolding (performed promptly). Very satisfied customer!

Having suddenly found myself with a major problem with the roof, Chris came over within an hour on a Sunday afternoon to offer advice, which was invaluable. I received a quote the following day for a number of options and I decided on a complete re-tile. Work commenced the day after giving my go-ahead. Any questions were answered to my satisfaction and I was offered multiple choices on tiles with explanations of their pros and cons. The workforce were polite and considerate and the work was explained to me in detail. Despite periods of bad weather which hindered progress, the work was completed on schedule. The end result looks great.

We had a leak in the boiler room just before Christmas. Chris Marrable responded very quickly to my initial approach and was able to get someone out to investigate and repair the leak ( a problem with the roof valley) relatively quickly, despite the fact that it was the holiday period.

Chris was really helpful throughout: he made time to come and survey my problem, even when really busy. Communication was great. When the job changed - through no fault of anyone - he readily moved work around so he could complete my roof repair rather than rebook me in for a later date. His colleagues were helpful and friendly and were really respectful of my house and space when I wasn't there. Finally, they did great work - to time and to budget. Would recommend to anyone.

I had an emergency roof problem. Chris was very prompt to come and assess the job. He advised me accordingly and gave me his honest views of the problem. I decided to have the whole roof renewed which was completed to agreed schedule, budget and more importantly to my complete satisfaction with the reassurance of their guarantee. Chris and his men were polite, professional, helpful if I had a query while the works were being carried out and kept the channel of communications open all the time. The company is to be commended for their professionalism, reliability, attendances and care. They took great care of the house while carrying the job. The aftercare was very good and they left the house in a clean and tidy state. I settled the account on completion of the works and there was no pressure put on me during the course of the works. Work included two fiberglass dorma roofs, relining part of the roof involving tile removal and replacement, lead work, renewed guttering and general cementing and repointing. All the work was carried out to a very high standard and to the quoted price. Extra work was required as an unseen problem was discovered when the roof was stripped but this was fully explained and cost agreed. Chris, Robert and their employees are honest hard working individuals willing to answer any queries and issues in a friendly and professional manner. All waste was cleaned up and taken away. They also guarantee their work for ten years. I would recommend them to family and friends without hesitation.

Chris and Robert fixed a leak we had in my roof. I spoke with them and made a appointment, they turned up on time and took time assessing the issue. They fully explained the issue with me and went to work straight away. They kept me up to date with the progress. They worked hard and were very professional. They tidied up when they finished and made sure everything was ok with me. They are two very hard working men. A few weeks after they fixed the problem they connected me to make sure everything was ok, which I thought was a nice thing to do. They just really look after their customers. I would highly recommend them.
