This is the second time I have used the service of the original roofing company. I have found Chris, Ryen and their team to be very professional. When I called Chris out on both occasions to give me a quote on my roof. I was given a detailed quote which gave me advice on how I could improve on my property and get it up to building regulations. There was no pressure at any time for me to take the advice. It was always our choice . The workmanship is extremely high quality. I would without a doubt recommend the original roofing company. Ryen and their team are very professionally, polite , friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Chris and Ryen made be feel at ease throughout my roof project. They kept me up to date if there were any changes in the plan. I fully intend to use the original Roofing Company for any more work in the future.

I have been very impressed with the service from the company. I had an emergency roofing problem and they came out on NY eve and worked on the issue, returning to clear up and give the 10yr guarantee. Chris was really helpful throughout: he made time to come and survey my problem, even when really busy. Communication was great. When the job changed - through no fault of anyone - he readily moved work around so he could complete my roof repair rather than rebook me in for a later date. His colleagues were helpful and friendly and were really respectful of my house and space when I wasn't there. Finally, they did great work - to time and to budget. Would recommend to anyone.

We had our entire tiled roof, soffits, fascia and drain pipes replaced on our 3 bed semi-detached house, as well as new velux windows and insulation installed in our loft. We were very nervous about finding a roofing company that we could trust to undertake this large project. However, Ryen and his team really put us at ease. He explained the process and delivered from start to finish. They kept to the promised timescales and ensured we were updated throughout with regular pictures, videos and visits. They made helpful suggestions as they went (eg painting and finishing touches) but in an unpressurised manner. They promptly answered all of our questions throughout and after completion. They ensured the house was looked after and tidied up at the end. I couldn’t compliment their levels of communication and professionalism enough. What we anticipated to be a very stressful experience was anything but… and so straightforward! I would strongly recommend the Original Roofing Company if you are looking to do similar work.

We were very curious about choosing a tradesmen until Chris came round & put us at ease, we understood that price was not the cheapest but well worth the money considering how professional the team was. Would also like to point out Louis kept the site extremely clean. The works carried out have been completed to the highest standards with pictures & videos throughout keeping us informed stage by stage.
