Our flat garage roof felt needed replacing with new fibreglass layers. The work was completed as per the quote and completed ahead of time. This was a complicated task given the weather and finding other issues during the work. Chris, Ryen and team were excellent ensuring the work was completed to a high standard and making follow up visits to quality check their job after completion. A friendly and delightful team, and a great experience. I was very pleased with the result and would highly recommend this company. Thank you!

Did an excellent and very neat job on repairing the mortar around the valleys of our roof. They were starting to leak and cause dampness inside. Despite the weather holding up the day for which the work was originally planned, we were kept informed about revised days for doing the work. Although the job was quite expensive, but that seems to be the case for all roofing work today, it was completed quickly after the estimate was accepted and that was much appreciated. Would certainly use them again and would recommend them to others.

I had the most positive experience from start to finish with the Original Roofing Company. They were called in to rectify some major issues with my roof which should have been fixed by a previous roofer who failed to complete the job properly. Ryen and Chris and their team were polite, transparent and prompt. I liked especially that they took the time to explain what work would be required and how they would execute it. Work included two fiberglass dorma roofs, relining part of the roof involving tile removal and replacement, lead work, renewed guttering and general cementing and repointing. All the work was carried out to a very high standard and to the quoted price. Extra work was required as an unseen problem was discovered when the roof was stripped but this was fully explained and cost agreed. Chris, Robert and their employees are honest hard working individuals willing to answer any queries and issues in a friendly and professional manner. All waste was cleaned up and taken away. They also guarantee their work for ten years. I would recommend them to family and friends without hesitation.

We had a leak in the boiler room just before Christmas. Chris Marrable responded very quickly to my initial approach and was able to get someone out to investigate and repair the leak ( a problem with the roof valley) relatively quickly, despite the fact that it was the holiday period.

Performed major roof overhaul, consisting of repointing all ridges, repair flat roof, replacement chimney flashing, reflaunching chimney tops, repair render on all sides of one tall chimney stack, painting two chimneys, refit soffit boards and replacement broken and missing tiles. Professional execution of the work and effective dealing with additional requirements and issues as work progressed. Dedication to and pride in high quality of performance of the entire team was noteworthy. Pricing fair, considering needs for additional work and final repairs after removal of scaffolding (performed promptly). Very satisfied customer!

Ryen and Chris returned my call quickly to arrange a time to give me a quote to replace some broken roof tiles. They turned up on time and gave me a reasonable quote which I accepted. They managed to squeeze me in a few days later and again turned up when expected with a further text to advise they were on their way. They were professional, friendly and sorted this out with no fuss or issues. The noted a further problem with my roof which has not been touched in 20 years and will send photos with a further quote. I will definitely go ahead with this and totally recommend them

Ryen fixed leaks round my chimneys which a previous roofer had been unable to resolve. The damp patches disappeared from the bedroom walls for the first time in about 2 years, which was a great relief. He also visited promptly to repair storm damage, replacing a fallen ridge tile. When a local builder reported slipped and missing tiles on the roof, he came out to check and honestly told me there was nothing wrong.
