Lewis came to complete the annual service on our water treatment system. He was very informative, explaining each part of the service. The service was completed quickly and Lewis left our kitchen clean and tidy. We are extremely satisfied with our experience today.

Very good and fast installation. We had to lose some cupboard shelving to make room for the equipment but Lee helped us out and created some new shelves. In the end we went through everything we needed to know and he answered all our questions perfectly. Totally recommend their service

Our water system is 10 years old and we have it serviced every year. This company is efficient and the technicians are always punctual, polite and complete the job. The system provides soft water, reducing the amount of limescale and the cost of replacing household goods due to limescale build-up.

The service engineer came today to carry out our yearly service on our water softener. He arrived at the time agreed, was very professional and carried out a full and detailed service on our system. Everything was explained fully, I was extremely pleased with the service and I would recommend the company.

Our regular annual water softener service was carried out in April 2024. This was very efficiently scheduled in a month or so in advance. An engineer, Mike, who had visited us on previous occasions arrived neatly turned out and with a very friendly demeanor. He carried out the work in exemplary fashion. In fact he even tightened a couple of loose waste pipe joints whilst he noticed whilst working under the sink. Mike undertook his tasks in a cheerful but professional way engaging most pleasantly with us during the visit. This is the second time I have used The Pure Water Company in Bristol and for the 2nd time, their pre-sales communication and customer service from Kelly was exceptional. The installation engineer Kevin could not have been more helpful, professional, clean and tidy. Going the extra mile to explain the installation as it was taking place and making recommendations of how to cause the minimum disruption. I don't often right reviews but sometimes a company excels and Kevin and this team were amazing. Thank you.

Choosing Pure Water People for our water softener and drinking water filter installation was one of the best decisions we've made for our home. From start to finish, their service and the quality of their workmanship has been excellent. When it came to the installation, Mike their engineer was professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. He arrived promptly, equipped with all the necessary tools and equipment, and got to work with minimal disruption. The installation process itself was carried out with precision and attention to detail, as we had a slightly more complex kitchen tap setup. Once the water softener and drinking water filter were installed, the difference in water quality was immediate. Our once hard water was transformed into soft, silky water and any limescale buildup has been eliminated. As for the drinking water filter, the improvement in taste and purity was immediately noticeable. The water now tastes clean and refreshing, free from any unpleasant odours or aftertaste.
