If you are prepared to pay annual maintenance costs for pure water, this company provides a quality product. Be aware however that the warranty for any work done / servicing only last 3 months. For several years we have had the same technician, Kevin, who works to a high professional standard and provides excellent personal service.

He demonstrated the checks he performed and confirmed that the system was functioning well. He was respectful, timely, competent and neat - he took care of all the waste and left everything tidy. Kevin was the engineer that came to see us, he arrived at the expected appointment time and carried out the Water Filter Service efficiently. He explained the checks he was doing and that the system was working really well so he was very happy with it all. He was friendly, polite, punctual, efficient and very tidy - took the old filters away with him for disposal and didn’t leave any mess for us to clear up. Would definitely recommend Kevin for Water Filter services by The Pure Water People.

From the time Kelly phoned us to make the appointment, we have been kept up to date all the way. Initially we were told the type of service, the total cost, and what happens on the day. On the day Lewes arrived at appointed time and calmly professionally carried out the maintenance service, all the time keeping us up to date on what he was doing. We had additional questions, and he solved them, and we were grateful. Job was done, all cleaned up, paid for, and we were satisfied. We have only had good views on this company, and would recommend them to anyone
