I received a quick telephone response with an explanation of what they can offer. They were able to schedule a survey visit to our house within days. Just four days later the water purifying and softening unit was fitted with zero fuss. The engineer was able to cleverly hide the drinking water section thus avoiding us losing kitchen cupboard space. Everything was explained in full. Two months later the benefits are obvious. Truly pure water which seems more pleasant to drink. I feel reassured that I'm not ingesting heavy metals, micro plastics, oestrogen etc. The kettle and glass shower doors are noticeably scale free and we are using way less washing powder and dishwasher soap ( a financial saving and win for the environment). This system is not cheap but should last 25 years with minimal servicing. Plus I'm confident I can speak directly to someone should I have any questions or issues. I can highly recommend them as a company to deal with.

Lewes checked the whole system thoroughly as well as testing the water quality, checking the water pressure and replacing the filters. He explained what he was doing and why as he went along. We have been delighted with the water softener as we have battled with limescale for years but we are now completely scale free. The kettle is still like new. Lewes was able to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable. The charge was as per the pre-agreed price for the service and all the work was completed in about an hour.
