We’ve been using this company for over 20 years. Lewis the engineer this time has been about four or five times over this time. Very polite and tidy and explains what he’s going to do and any problems that might be needing sorting out. Over the years we’ve never had a problem with this company and that’s why we are still with the after all these years.

Prompt efficient service. A telephone call was received in advance to narrow down the time slot. The work areas were left in a tidy state and the engineer (Lewis) provided an update and a rationale on work completed. Kevin, from The Pure Water People, Carried out a yearly service on a House hold 10+ year unit , Professional, The equipment has been such a bonus to the home after undertaking a large refub 2007 , Very reliable company, Never had to clean the glass in the shower, Taps are spotless , Boilers still efficient, And the Mother inlaw always asks for a cup of our nice coffee, It’s not the coffee we use it’s the water which is cleaned and tastes better , the kettle has never been so clean for years.
