The chuckle brothers Kevin and Mike are very very popular on here - we do have lots of other engineers!?? but Kev and Mike are true ambassadors of PWP and Which Trusted traders. In truth, they are very good at all things water quality-related and we are very lucky to have their many years of experience and knowledge here in PWP and it shows!!! Five fabulous stars means a lot to us and to them too. Hers's to years of wonderful treated water to come.

The engineer replaced our 25 years old system with a new one. The work was excellent and quick and he was very friendly and able to work around our very inquisitive cats with no problem. Explained the system and tidied up before he left. Very pleased overall.

I received a phone call from the engineer to say that he was on his way, he was early but checked with me that it would be OK. Kevin explained in detail what he would be doing and even showed me the clogged up filter that he would be replacing. If you are considering investing in a Water Filter system I would definitely recommend Aqua Tech Water Services, their customer care/after care and service engineers give you a 5 star service. A big thank you to Kevin.

The pure water representative Kevin arrived within the agreed time scale, and with the minimum of intrusion carried out the annual service of my water softener system. Kevin was very polite and friendly and the job was completed within the hour. The cost was as previously agreed. I have no issues whatsoever.
