Engineer Mike carried out a service of our water-softening system this morning. He was on time, extremely pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. His examination of the system was thorough in the extreme. As well as the routine service he was booked, for he found a problem with a main filter membrane and the flow control valve, neither of which we had suspected. He changed both immediately (no call-backs required!) and tested the system thoroughly. He also managed to ease a stiff drinking water tap. We were extremely pleased with his work and general manner. Needless to say, he left the property clean and tidy. A credit to the company!

After 24 years with us we were over the moon you upgraded to a brand new modern purification system. Your old equipment had exceeded its guarantee by 14 years - quality at its best for sure! Technology has changed and improved these past years and Kevin told me you could feel and taste the difference in your water already, thank you for all your years of loyal custom and for choosing us to treat your water once again.

The chuckle brothers Kevin and Mike are very very popular on here - we do have lots of other engineers!?? but Kev and Mike are true ambassadors of PWP and Which Trusted traders. In truth, they are very good at all things water quality-related and we are very lucky to have their many years of experience and knowledge here in PWP and it shows!!! The engineer replaced our 25 years old system with a new one. The work was excellent and quick and he was very friendly and able to work around our very inquisitive cats with no problem. Explained the system and tidied up before he left. Very pleased overall.

I received a phone call from the engineer to say that he was on his way, he was early but checked with me that it would be OK. Kevin explained in detail what he would be doing and even showed me the clogged up filter that he would be replacing. If you are considering investing in a Water Filter system I would definitely recommend Aqua Tech Water Services, their customer care/after care and service engineers give you a 5 star service. A big thank you to Kevin.
