Planned beforehand for a convenient time, accurate time of arrival fine. Efficient check all round the actual equipment, all taps in the house and garden, electric plug point. Salt topped up, which was a great help, saving me a heavy lift. Could not have asked for anything more. Well pleased.

Kevin the Engineer came out very prompt for our appointment, our water softener machine was not working correctly, Kevin came out and rectified the problem in 10 minutes, very happy customer & Kevin is a really lovely guy.

I have just had the annual service of my Aquatec Rain Soft system by the Pure Water People. Their representative, Lewis, arrived on time, was very professional and thoroughly checked the system to make sure it was operating at peak efficiency. He was happy to answer all my questions and gave me advice on good maintenance. I live in a hard water area but since having this system installed there has been no scale in any appliances and I am extremely happy that I made this purchase seven years ago.
