We've had our Pure water system fitted 5 months now and thought we would wait and see how everything went before giving a review. Everything is brilliant, my daughters excema has improved massively and the water is so good around the house and so lovely to drink with. Neill was the initial person that visited us and he was very relaxed and gave us thorough information, and Mike fitted our system and was very clean tidy and we felt confident that he could and did a good job. It is not cheap but you pay for what you get, we have recommended to friends and family since this - we are very happy!

Filters were changed and water tested. Maintenance charge and charge for filters were normal. The trader is always helpful over the phone and when they come to maintain my water softener. They say if there is a problem do not hesitate to phone them.

Elliott was a lovely man and did an excellent job. We only had the system fitted yesterday, so can't comment on the long term. I was rather pricey but feel it is worth it as we have such hard water being on chalk.

Your system must be delivering all of the benefits that we promised, limescale removal, protecting appliances, savings heating water at home,reversing the ageing process of the original damage your hard water caused..... not to forget beautiful pure water to drink and cook with. many thanks.
