Lewis was professional and efficient at servicing my AQ10 22 year old unit. In all the 2 decades Aquatec have always been upstanding and professional with their communications and engineers, without excessive advertising i.e. once or twice a year.

Installer Mike went out of his way to make sure I was happy. Even put in a shelf in my airing cupboard and under the sink as he had to use most of the space for the installation. Moved the stopcock at no extra charge. Left the place really tidy, I am really pleased.
