The whole experience with Pure Water has been very positive and highly recommend them. Kevin was very professional and very helpful clarifying all the steps of what he was doing for the service contracted. Very happy with the whole experience indeed.

Maintenance of a previously supplied and fitted water purification system. Always on time and efficient, this time no different. Filters changed, system checked, advice given. All good. Mike Hagues was the engineer today.

We have our regular maintenance done yearly and Lewis has done it several times now. He is punctual, efficient, friendly and always explains what he is doing. A great service every time.

Lewis did our service. He explained everything and did a great job. He said what we needed to do next year.

From our first call the office staff were friendly and most importantly not pushy. Kelly and her team in the office arranged an appointment the following Saturday and confirmed the appointment the day before. Francois visited on the Saturday and both myself and my wife were fairly adamant that we would not be buying anything. The presentation we received was informative and friendly and when the quality of our water was demonstrated compared to "Pure water" we were amazed and had changed our minds very quickly. Again there was no hard sell here and we were not pushed at all. Having decided to proceed with the system an appointment was made for today (Tuesday) where are engineer, Mike, arrived on time and could not have been more friendly. He explained what was happening as he went on and was always happy to answer any questions (having the equipment himself this was no problem). Once the installation was done he carefully explained what each part of the equipment did and specifically which parts we would need to look at and deal with. The quality of the fittings were excellent and Mike worked very neatly and left no mess. I would strongly recommend from my dealings to date and look forward to enjoying amazing quality water for many years to come.

We had our original install in 1999 and have been very pleased with our water softener and drinking water system. We needed to move our unit outside and decided to upgrade our 22 year old unit to a new gold system. Pure Water People were very helpful and efficient to deal with. Cathy was very friendly and appreciative of our lengthy and loyal custom when giving us a quote, Kelly was very quick and efficient responding to emails and Kevin did an amazing job on install. Kevin explained all the pipework changes well and did a neat and tidy job. We are very pleased with our gold unit install outside, the wooden box looks very smart.

We have had our system fitted for over a year now and have just had our first service. The original installation was carried out in a professional and efficient manner as were two small jobs that needed to be completed after installation. The filter system has done all the things we were promised by the representative who introduced us to the system which is really great due to us living in a very hard water area. It did take a few weeks for all the old limescale to clear our pipes, electric shower and hot water tank, but now provides us with quality filtered water. In addition to having better tasting drinking water, a scale free kettle, clear shower screen etc the money we save on cleaning and skin care products plus jug water filters goes a long way towards the running and service costs. All the staff members we have met or spoken to on the telephone have been helpful, friendly and human and it is refreshing to deal with people who care and actually do what they promise whilst providing great customer service. On the couple of occasions we have encountered minor problems the help and advice has been easy to understand and the hiccups sorted. We have no regrets on making this investment, would certainly recommend the whole package and look forward to our future ongoing relationship with The Pure Water People. THANK YOU.

I have had a Aquatec system for 25 year, and just had a new one installed which is a lot smaller and will be more efficient to run. I have had good service over the years and the engineers are great and the installation done yesterday by Mike was no exception. Brilliant tidy work and explanation of the working of the new system - cannot fault anything. All the office staff make bookings an easy experience.

We have been really pleased with the water system installed by Pure Water People. The difference in taste and general quality is far superior than normal tap water. We just had our filters changed by Lewis who was really helpful and explained the various filters life spans in detail. I would recommend installing this system as it makes a massive difference to your water quality!

We just had our 5th annual water softener and water purifier scheduled service. For an area with very hard water, it's amazing that we have forgotten what limescale even looks like. A big thank you to Charlotte for helping find a date for the appointment and for having impeccable phone manners. A big thank you also to Lewis, for being punctual, quick and efficient with the servicing. Overall, a very nice company with great people working for them.

I would like to thank Kevin for his usual efficient work on the service of our Pure Water Filters. He is friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. I like the tidy efficient way that he works. Kevin advised me on the right salt level for our system and on the best way to order a salt delivery.

Lewis came to service our equipment today. He was very pleasant and professional, answered all questions clearly and did his work efficiently. We are very pleased with the Pure Water People who fitted our equipment originally and service it annually. They are always available to answer any queries by phone with no number system and electronic voice. There is a real lady! We get lovely silky soft water in our shower and bath and are pleased that the kettle does not fur up at all when we use the water from the drinking water tap. It gives us peace of mind to know that we do not have impurities in the water and that our washing machine and dishwasher work better as a result.

we installed the water purification 2 yaers ago and it is great. No, limescale, and the water tastes fresh and clean. we no longer have limescale in the shower, kettle, and all other applicances. we had the system serviced by Lewis, who was very helpful, effiecent and offered good advise.

Pure Water ( then Aquatec) fitted a water purification system 9 years ago and most years it has been serviced by Mike. Now he is the only engineer we will have and as usual he came on time, was pleasant, efficient and got the job done well. We insist on Mike as our engineer due to one occasion some years ago when another engineer left us with problems. Pure Water understand this and we are only offered Mike to service our system.

Work carried out very efficiently and identified two problems; one was simple and rectified at the time, the other required a replacement of a faulty part which was also ordered at the time. The technician was very pleasant and clearly explained the problem. He effected a temporary fix for the faulty part which kept the system operating. Considering that the weather was very cold the work was done extremely well.

Kevin arrived to do the yearly maintenance on our water system. He came in and got right down to work he was friendly and courteous after the work had been done he left no mess taking any rubbish with him. I had to have a new faucet as mine was leaking, unfortunately, Kevin didn't have one to fit so after a few days Ian arrived to fit the replacement done in a jiffy with the same efficiency. Also thanks to Kelly in the office she is the voice on the end of the phone always nice to talk to her even if it is only once a year.

Following a routine service the stop valve under the sink started to leak. It was very slow and unnoticed for several week. I contacted them and they came out very quickly and replaced the stop valve. Kevin the plumber was polite, quick and efficient. The company have always given excellent service and respond very quickly to any queries. The water filter system has been in place for approx 10 yrs and I would recommend it to anyone.

I have no hesitation in recommending The Pure Water People. We had their purification system installed 10 years ago. Their annual service is excellent; we have never had to call them out at any other time to rectify a problem. Lewis carried out the service today and was efficient, knowledgeable and obliging. The purified water leaves our stainless steel sink easy to wipe clean; saucepans are easier to clean; the kettle does not have any limescale; the toilet bowl doesn’t have a limescale ring and the glass shower door and surrounds dry without needing to be wiped dry and there is no limescale residue.

In 2016 we invested in a water purification system mainly because I had excessively dry skin and the GP suggested a water softener. My skin is now smooth and we consider the system a good purchase. It also includes a drinking water tap and ours needed to be replaced. Lewis from The Pure Water People came on time and was careful to use shoe covers and a mask. He replaced the tap, checked that all connections were secure and everything was left clean and tidy. He did a good job and was rewarded with a cup of coffee plus biscuits.

We had to change the CRV on the main unit after 5 years of use and the filters in the drinking system. The job was done by Kevin who had around 30 years of experience and you could tell as he was able to explain every single part, piece of the equipment. First time I have seen the inside of the unit which looks like the crankshaft of an engine with valves etc…awesome. Kevin is the type of person who goes the extra mile as he checked other stuff and made it better. I really recommend this services as they are always on time and very professional.
