We have our soft water and drinking water system for a year now. There is no doubt that our water quality has improved drastically. Glasses of water are pleasant to drink and we no longer buy any bottled water or most fizzy. There is no limescale in our shower or kettle. We had our first service today and the engineer said the pipe insulation could be improved and he would arrange for the company to undertake the work.

Pure Water ( then Aquatec) fitted a water purification system 9 years ago and most years it has been serviced by Mike. Now he is the only engineer we will have and as usual he came on time, was pleasant, efficient and got the job done well. We insist on Mike as our engineer due to one occasion some years ago when another engineer left us with problems. Pure Water understand this and we are only offered Mike to service our system.

Kevin sounds more like a doctor from that title, and I suppose he was, really. He arrived with a good 'bedside manner' , checked the water softener 'patient', changed it's 'treatment', then gave it a clean bill of health. A pleasant company to deal with altogether.

Kevin attended to revamp my pipe work and to install a new bypass. He checked for leaks and adjusted the PVR to increase the water pressure. He lagged all the pipework and the pressure is better. He was absolutely brilliant and then patiently took me through the new bypass system and wrote it down for me with diagrams . His work could not be bettered and he was very pleasant and friendly . I highly recommend him and the company which I have used since 1992 approximately.

Mike spent two days with us on what was a complicated job, moving our softener from the loft to the garage. This was a complex and detailed job going from one side of the house to the other and from upstairs to downstairs. We could not fault the work in any way. Mike was punctual, pleasant and fastidious. He left everywhere that he worked tidier than he found it! He worked nonstop and explained each change he made, discussing it with us before making final decisions. He did a brilliant job and we are delighted with the outcome. We would not hesitate to recommend your company and would particularly welcome Mike back for any future work Thank you.

He was v professional, polite & punctual, even calling beforehand to let me know what time he’d be arriving at the house. We had to change the CRV on the main unit after 5 years of use and the filters in the drinking system. The job was done by Kevin who had around 30 years of experience and you could tell as he was able to explain every single part, piece of the equipment. First time I have seen the inside of the unit which looks like the crankshaft of an engine with valves etc…awesome. Kevin is the type of person who goes the extra mile as he checked other stuff and made it better. I really recommend this services as they are always on time and very professional.
