The Pure Water People

Kevin turned up promptly to remove our old water softener and install a new one. Kevin explained his procedure and completed the installation very neatly. We were unable to set up the new APP so Kevin contacted the office to find help. We are really pleased with the service we have received today.

19 years ago the Pure Water People installed a water softener. Following the last Servicing of that Water Softener we agreed to update to a new model, Kinetico premier Compact . The new installation was carried out super efficiently by Mike. Over the years he has been most helpful and we have valued his advice. He recommended we opt to have it installed internally as opposed to the previous model that was situated externally. We are extremely satisfied with the new model and its siting. We have been a customer of Pure Water People for many years and have no hesitation in recommending them as a company.

I recently had The Pure Water People install a water softener at my house. I'd used them for a similar installation at a different address 2-3 year prior. A close relative also had a water softener installed in the last 3 months. That should tell you all you need to know why you can use them with the utmost confidence, but let me highlight a few reasons: - Upon initial inquiry, they were able to have a sales representative/surveyor at my door in a week's time - Their sales representative, Neil, was able to assess, pitch and survey in a single visit. His product knowledge was top notch, as was his ability describe and finalise the finer details of the install - Their installer, Lee, arrived promptly on the day of installation. He wasted no time bringing his vast industry experience and product knowledge to bear on my installation, simplifying the technical aspects and improving the aesthetics significantly - The installation took exactly as long as estimated, and Lee left the scene as clean and tidy as he found it.

The annual service carried out by Lewes was both thorough and done efficiently. He explained various things about the system. He was polite and clean in his work He arrived on time considering the current traffic problems.

Our water system is 10 years old and we have it serviced every year. This company is efficient and the technicians are always punctual, polite and complete the job. The system provides soft water, reducing the amount of limescale and the cost of replacing household goods due to limescale build-up.

Lee our installer was very customer friendly and very knowledgeable. He has done excellent job installing the system and also explained how to use the system through the app. Overall very happy the work done by Lee.

Kevin has just been to service our water softener system. What a lovely guy! Polite, friendly, explained what he was going to do, gave me the results of the water tests straight away. It seems a rat had been chewing the pipes so Kevin has advised what to do about it and has lagged all the pipe work as extra protection. He showed me photos to show what he’d done. All work carried out as necessary and as quoted. All replaced filters taken away. Very happy with this company and one of the best “home improvement” we’ve done. Thank you!

Having had a Pure Water System for around 10 years in my previous home, I decided without hesitation to use them again for my new property. They are a great company to deal with as you always speak to a real person and the phone is answered promptly. I discussed with Charlotte my requirements and she was really helpful in sending me photos of what the system would look like in a real situation so that I could plan for the location of my new one in the new property. Once we had an agreed a date, Lee came and did a survey while the new kitchen was being installed so that he could have a discussion with the kitchen fitter. Once the kitchen was completed Lee came back and installed the soft water and K5 system. Lee did a great job in fitting it all in the required space and took care to be mindful of the new kitchen. Having had to drink Thames Water for the last few months and live with a horrible kettle that kept needing descaling, I am delighted to have my filtered water system back again in my new property!

We have used the products and services from The Pure Water People for many years. Our regular engineer, Lewis, cannot be faulted. He is always courteous and polite, helpful with his explanations and advice, and professional, efficient and diligent in everything he does. The team back at the office also look after us faultlessly. I would not hesitate recommending the company and Lewis to anyone that is asking.

Lewis, the engineer, arrived on time and completed his work thoroughly and without difficulty. Once again the service from the pure water people has been excellent, and we shall have pure water for another year!!

We had our water purification system installed about twelve years ago and have had it serviced yearly. This year the service was completed by Lewis who arrived on the date and time as arranged by the Pure water people. He carried out the service very thoroughly, explaining the wiring and the reason for his having to redo a connection. All was carried out competently, reassuringly and most politely. The system was installed at my home, I am extremely satisfied with the system and the installation was amazing. The installation guy Kevin was very skilful. Did the job with high precision and cleaned. I just wanted to put one thing, while the sale mentioned I will get app-based notification for the salt level check I did not receive any communication related to this or how to configure the system in the app.

The annual service of our water softener was scheduled for this Saturday afternoon and, despite the presence of Storm Darragh, Kevin arrived on time and proceeded to work (mainly) outdoors in atrocious conditions. The service was completed quickly and without fuss. I thoroughly recommend the Pure Water People and their attention.

We had a drinking water system installed by the Pure Water People about 27 years ago and had it upgraded to a newer system 7 years ago. We buy our water-softening salts through them and have it serviced yearly by them. The service is always carried out quickly and efficiently, we are given a price beforehand so we know what to expect. We have lovely mineralised drinking water throughout the house.

Having previously agreed a price, date and time for replacement of our old water softener. Kevin arrived on time, explained how the task would be achieved, agreeing a position for the new unit and the type of tap which would be most suitable. He carried out the work very professionally, explaining where all the valves were, and their purpose. He carried out the work neatly with as little disruption as possible, giving a lot of attention to detail, whilst keeping us informed along the way. On completion, he explained and demonstrated how to replace the salt block, when and how to determine when it needed to be replaced. We would highly recommend this installer.

From my initial enquiry, to home visit and then to install has just been effortless and easy. A really great company to deal with throughout. Now have amazing water and can stop worrying about water streaks, less efficient appliances and bad tastes in the mouth!

After 30 years of ownership, our water system has been removed ready for a new extension. You just don’t know how much you appreciate your pure water system until it’s gone!! Our lovely shower smells of chlorine, our soaps, shampoos, and washing-up liquids don’t foam up like they used to, and I boiled the kettle twice without putting the water through a jug filter and it’s already showing signs of limescale…… ….and we know what that’s doing to all our plumbing/shower heads/washing machine etc!!! We had new water softener installed (to replace a very old one). Kevin the installation engineer was very knowledgeable and not only did the work cleanly and efficiently, he also improved our water pressure, and made the pipe fittings and taps more accessible and went through everything to make sure we had the full information required.

Lewis arrived promptly and completed the work efficiently. He was very helpful with hints and also explained each stage of what he was doing very carefully, including giving advice on additional work required.

Mike and Steve the fitters turned up on time and introduced them selves to me, Mike then explained in detail what they would be doing, they then removed the old unit and took it to the van. After a good clean up they started to fit the new unit, Mike then asked me if I wanted the flow pipe placed under the stones next to the patio slabs (it was previously on top of the patio fixed to the wall) I thought that was a good idea so I said ok. They then continued to fit the unit and the covered box. After another clean up they described what I needed to do to it and the amount of salt to add to it. You could tell by the way they worked and how tidy they left the area that they took pride in their work. I have been using the company for 26 years and consider them a great company.

We just had the annual service carried out on our system. Fantastic as always. Lewis arrived on time, worked very efficiently, explaining what he was doing throughout. Great communication from the team from start to finish. Highly recommended.

The engineer (Mike) arrived on time and carried out the work without disruption or fuss. All work carried out was explained to me clearly by him, including recommendations for items additional to a normal service. Completely satisfied.

Mike came to service our drinking water purifier. Mike was very friendly and professional, and very knowledgeable too. He went above and beyond to make sure the system was working well and I was happy with everything.
