The Pure Water People

The Pure Water People installed the water softener and water purifying system in my flat for my predecessor here. I contacted them when I saw their phone number on the filter unit under my sink, as I was left with no paperwork to identify the system / the supplier. The Pure Water People gave the system a comprehensive overhaul 3 years ago (as it had been neglected for a few years) and have given it an annual service every October since. They are all friendly, helpful and do an excellent job efficiently and leaving no mess. Their water softening system is very efficient (no limescale, no furring, less soap and detergents) and the filter is wonderful: clean water free of chemicals, as good as the best spring water on (a separate!) tap every day. Transformational.

We recently had a water filter installed at our home by Pure Water People, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The installation was carried out by an exceptional plumbing technician Mike who was not only friendly but also very professional. He explained everything clearly and even made some thoughtful changes to our existing plumbing system to fit the filtration unit perfectly. Since the installation, the company’s support has been fantastic. Whenever I’ve needed help or had a question, they’ve responded very quickly — whether by email or over the phone. It’s great to see a company that genuinely values its customers. The filter system itself has been flawless. We haven’t had a single issue since it was installed, and the improvement in water quality is incredible. No more limescale, and we’ve noticed a real difference in our hair and skin — no more dryness or irritation. I highly recommend Pure Water People to anyone looking for a professional installation, excellent service, and noticeably better water quality.

Pure Water People replaced the existing water purification system which was installed in 2011 by a previous owner of the house. We live in a very hard water area and the old system had been serviced by PWP. They had been very good and the water was definitely soft but the components seemed to be showing their age. The new system seems to work better, is easier to use and can be managed with an App.

Had a new water filter installed. The whole experience was hassle free from start to finish. Mike who carried out the installation was polite and friendly and did a great job. Will definitely use again.

I replaced a system that I had had for 23 years. Everything went very smoothly and the place left clean and tidy. I have waited a while before reviewing the actual product because I have become very used to soft water. I can confidently say that the water is now softer than ever. I have a clear glass kettle which hasn’t been descaled for 6 weeks and there’s not a hint of limescale to be found. This is one of the best purchases I have made.

Really impressed with this company and the way they handle customers. From initial contact with Charlotte in sales, who promised to keep me updated - and she did, which makes a pleasant change. She went through the price structure, and then we agreed a date for installation. She rang me the day before to confirm the time. Mike, the engineer, turned up on time. Extremely friendly and helpful, took me through what he was going to do. Workmanship was first class, very impressed with the fitting. When it was finished, he explained to me and the wife all the details of the machine including re-filling. So, Charlotte/Mike thank you for making this a pleasure, not a disaster.
