The technician looked at the appliance, checked everything - found the problem & fixed it immediately, then he checked the entire system, ran a service check & explained the whole process to us. Only downside it was two weeks after reporting problem that he came.

This is an excellent organisation which over the years has proved to be well organised with friendly and skilled employees. My system is old but until late last year gave no trouble. The clock had to be changed which unfortunately had a fault and had to be replaced. The work was carried out promptly and the system is now working again.
