Service carried out, to good standard, and talked about how soft-rain unit should work, tested drinking water. Advice about lime scale, as my unit had broken down. He did forget to take old bottle with him, for recycle and testing? But overall a good service.

Mike was quick, tidy and sensitive to the practical and aesthetic challenges our kitchen presented. He dealt with a number of unexpected irregularities in the plumbing and located a near-perfect match to our arching main tap from old stock of drinking water taps. He explained things clearly, and made a few improvements to under-sink pipe work. Unreserved recommendation!

The engineer turned up on time. He was very pleasant and just got on and sorted the problem out. He explained what was wrong. Would recommend this firm to anybody as they have always done a good job, that is from the person taking the call to the engineer fixing the problem. Fast and efficient service by all concerned.
